Sanford and his team are the best! Friendly, professional, quick and reasonably priced. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. We ve taken our cars in for a/c work, trans stuff, and power seating issues, which they did a great job each time. I think they are good mechanics, but i didn't like their business practices. Wasn't a good experience for me. Diagnositc was on the expensive side ($110), and told me what I sort of already knew. They were sort of peeved when I decided to pull my car out and do the repair myself. They quoted $1,500 for fuel injectors. I did it myself for $500, and it was a piece of cake. Less than 2 hours for me, even for first time. They wanted to tune the engine before they diagnosed a vibration in the drive train, which turned out to be just low transmission fluid.They didn't want to use anything but OEM parts, which are difficult to find and expensive on a 29 year old car. They wouldn't cross match parts for me, or even tell me the specs on the original part, or even tell me the p/n of the original part, so I could find some myself. Which i did later with ease and without their help. They were vague in what they did and how they diagnosed, although they were more forthcoming after I said I was taking the car away.To top it off, a couple of vacuum lines were disconnected from the engine when I went to do the job. And a golfing tee was stuck in one of the ports. Not sure if they are to blame, but i think i would've seen it if it were that way before. Seems they would've had some questions about it too.I'll try to find some mechanics who are a little more forthcoming and open next time. Sorry, but it's 2 stars for me. This place is scary.

This was our first time purchasing an automobile online. Steven was a pleasure to work with, everyone was just wonderful from sales to finance. Our Jeep arrived this afternoon , we are very pleased. Everything about this place yells excellence. I took my car to the dealership and they gave me an over $6000 repair quote and still not knowing what was wrong with It. The next day I brought my car in To accelerate automotive and they had my car right right less than $80 later.Service was fast and friendly ... when I tell you This is the place your vehicle needs to be... The quality, pricing, professionalism, etc... Every time I come to get my car serviced. Took my BMW X5 here for new brakes. Very friendly manager, clean waiting area, and fairly priced. Took just under 2 hours to get the rotors and pads on. The thing that I noticed most was another young guy was in the waiting area, and the manager couldn't have been more patient explaining the gentleman's options to him on repair. Have no worries taking your car here.Had another repair performed here on my X5. A month later my car is running great. It is old and Samford saved me from a car payment as I still enjoy driving my old car. Thanks Accelerate.

Such a great local company! I highly recommended them to my friends after service. Reasonable rates and awesome staff! Accelerate is excellent! I trust them implicitly. They do great work and the owner (Sanford) and the front office Assistant ( Samone) are both professional and friendly. They go out of their way to make everything easy for the customers. My one and only complaint is that when working up front with customers during a pandemic, they should wear a mask. My personal belief is when customers spend their money at a business during a pandemic, they should feel comfortable .Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I have been taking my Jeep here for over 5 years. The service, both on my vehicle and for me, is always top-notch. They are reasonably priced and pretty quick with turn around time. I have always been satisfied with Accelerate Automotive.

I have been searching for a professional and competent mechanic that operates with integrity and displays excellent customer service since moving back home from D.C.I have found exactly what I've been searching for!Mr. Sandford Faulkner and Accelerate Automotive have proven to me that there are still great mechanics out there.When searching Google Maps using the word Integrity, the GPS should automatically direct you to Accelerate Automotive! After ramming a curb, I saw liquid dripping from the area of brake line. Took it to Accelerate and they saw me promptly, diagnosed my problem (water from AC condensation) and I left with no charges. Simone at the front office was courteous and prompt, the mechanics probably got a good laugh, and I left happy. I highly recommend this place where honesty still operates.

The service was great except the tech did not completely attach the the overhead air intake system to the throttle body. it was a rough ride home but I was able to get a family member to video the problem and show the correct way the it should had been done. I sent the video to Accelerate.

Accelerate Automotive team is the best. When I take my car they recommend services and advice me when its not worth getting a service due to the age of my car. I recommend Accelerate to my family and friends. They stand behind their work, if you have an issue they try to resolve it quickly.

Dealership quality with hometown feeling and prices!! Turnaround time is same day almost every time I use this place. They have a computer area for adults and a play center for the children with free drinks!They have fixed our church buses as well and have traveled to fix them on a few occasions! Sanford and his team are what anyone would want for a dependable mechanic!

Saved me an incredible amount of money!! They could have really taken advantage of my ignorance, but instead they showed me my very minor problem fixed it and charge me $50 less than the original quote. Sanford, very nice guy.... Took my car in not running too great.... Explained the situation to Sanford, and handed over the keys... He called me and told me what needed to be done, I gave the ahead.... A few hrs. later, I picked up my car.... She runs better than she did when I bought her.... Thumbs up to Sanford & The Crew @ Accelerate Automotive.....

These guys were so awesome. Im a woman and had tried to fix my car myself but got to a point beyond my abilities. They didn't try to take advantage of me and did not try to sell me extra stuff. I had my car towed there, they were on it right away and replaced my starter within hours. They even cleaned up the mess I had made taking apart my steering column. >.<

Best shop around Sanford always gets my truck fixed up right and for a fair price and in a timely manner. Very respectful team always satisfied with their work.
