The guy that towed my car was great , very nice ! And my service with ABS automotive was quick ! HOWEVER the receptionist guy was VERY RUDE ! But the owner was nice overall ! But service so far was 8/10 ! Will update review if I have any problems with the service they provided which was replacing my starter .

I had a vehicle towed today and the driver David was amazing not only did he make me laugh the entire ride? He could sense that I was in distress at work about my vehicle it was very comforting too know that he was worried about me and my car the customer service guy was being very rude to me and when David saw this he actually step in and not even five minutes later I got an apology and my call was The service lane I don t know what he said to the service guy, but it was handled very respectfully and I appreciate it

I would highly recommend this place, my F-150 was running rough and threw a check engine code, dropped it off and they called with a diagnosis within 24 hrs of it being there. They gave me an estimate and repaired it with OEM parts for exactly what they quoted me, and repaired it within 2 days (had to wait on parts). Picked up truck and its running great again, then the owner checked on me and the truck 2 weeks later to make sure i was satisfied. They also gave me a warranty on the work that was completed.

Tavon the tow man was so awesome, he came very quickly to pick up me and my car to get me out of the heat! Lamar worked on my car right away! First time here, recommend this place to everyone.

I regret trusting this shop to service my vehicle. I had it towed in for a repair job and not only did they take almost 3 weeks to service the vehicle, they did not even fix the problem. They completed a service that was not necessary or conducive to the problem my vehicle was having and it cost me almost $600.

Ok so I took my car here to have some electrical work done on my car when I came to pick it up and made it to the house my radio and lights didn't work so I call to tell them something was not right took it back to them and when I came back to get it they charged me $125 and said I need a alternator so I had to have my car towed from they shop because it wouldnt start and I was not about to pay them another dime because I really believe they messed some up on my car. I didn't drive it because I had another car and was waiting until I could get it fix. I got the alternator fix and my car still would stay crank with a boost off. When I drove it after getting the alternator fix the car drive like it wanted to cut off so I was heading back home but before I made it the car cut off and caught fire. I just know they fukd up on my car even my mechanic said it's looks like a wiring issue that cause the problem(fire) now I'm out of a car I hate I ever went to this place. What it's going to cost to fix might as well buy another one smdh. Be Aware!

If I could give less than one star, I would in a heartbeat. They left the windows down in my car, it rained several days so my seats were wet. Then because the windows were left down, mice, rats or cats got into it and destroyed it. I asked the gentleman at the desk, he gives me a blank look and says I don't know anything about that. Really, you work in the darn shop and don't notice things like windows down in the rain and rats/cats destroying someone else's property?!?!?

Incredibly grateful for the guys here at ABS. We had a bit of an emergency in the middle of a long road trip, and they managed to squeeze us in despite how busy they were. They were super friendly, kind, and considerate (and quick!). Lamar and the other gentleman at the desk who took care of us are great guys. Definitely come here!

Hello everyone if you are here reading our reviews you see the last 2 dishonest and impulsive reviews are conflict of interest between an ex employee, his wife & his unhappiness of quitting his job. I had my car towed here. They found the problem, called before doing the work. The car has worked great since. They topped off my fluids without asking. I will have my next oil change and tire rototation here. Thanks

Had a wonderful experience. Dropped my car off and it was ready the next day. They kept me updated on the status of my repair all the way through. The best part was the price. I didn t have to take out a loan to get my car repaired. I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last towing company out... driver asked me why can't I drive my own car to service after accident. Then send text and say I must locate and have keys before he will come out. Keys was at service desk. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY...

Was having issues with my cars brakes ( master cylinder went out) had it towed by ABS to ABS to be diagnosed. Lamar was quick to get on top of things and let us know what the problem was! Had it fixed with excellency by the shop and now my cars brake system is better than before! Definitely will use them for any other car issues going forward & my husband and I highly recommend them.

ABS took very good care of my wife s 2014 Corvette. From towing, to diagnosing and replacing the alternator, everything was done professionally and quickly. We definitely recommend and will be using them again for other vehicles.

Great service from Lamar and Scott who were straight dealers and reassuring from the start during an emergency repair. Tavon arrived within minutes of submitting a request for road side assistance. He completed a diagnostic test and towed my car for a battery replacement. Very happy with the service received.

I want to first say if I EVER get into another bad situation this will be the first company I call. I was stuck in a ditch and it was cold and dark in the road. David came to assist me and when I say he went OVER and Beyond to help me get out along with giving me a call back later in the day to check on me to see if I was okay. This type of customer service is what we need. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family. ABS if you don t know I m here to tell you David is a Fantastic associate and he will help drive your future business with his type of work ethic.

My vehicle was towed to another repair shop to diagnose the engine. Unfortunately, the garage had no space to host my vehicle. The tow driver was communicative with me and checked with his host shop (ABS) to verify there was space to hold the vehicle for repair. Mind you, I live in San Diego.Fast forward, come to find out the engine was not cracked and the shop called me to inform me that they will refund me $3200. A place that lacked ethics could have walked away and I would not have known anything different. This was a major score and speaks highly of the ethics of the ABS staff. My vehicle was towed to this mechanic after breaking down 3 hours from home and 2 hours from my destination. I was alone with my young son in an unsafe area, stranded. Too many mechanics would have taken advantage of this situation and gouged me, but not ABS. Their tow truck driver was amazing. When he found out where we were, he called me to let me know he was on the way (not in the 90-120 minutes I was quoted by my roadside assistance), and when he showed up, he was so kind and helpful, and made my son feel like we were just having a fun adventure. At the shop, they put our repair ahead of the others they were working on, and ended up replacing the radiator in about two hours, and charged about half of what Google said the going rate should be. They turned a terrible situation completely around, and I am so grateful. A couple of days later, they even texted me to make sure we made it home and everything was good. These are truly good people, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have trusted ABS for a few years and got great service for years. I am uncertain what change in management but I drop my car off at 3:30pm. I was told they would get to it the next day. I called the next day to see what was the results, only to be told that they would not be able to get to it until two weeks without even looking at the car. I was so disappointed as I could have dropped off somewhere else. Honesty is everything with me and customer service.Service: Auto engine tuning

First I will give them props on usually working on a car within a decent amount of time, but my family had recommended this shop to me and at first there was no problems. I then added a BLM sticker to the back of my car window and from there begin noticing them not doing the work how they use to and trying to charge me for additional things. They also have handed me the car I had with the check engine light on when it wasn t on before I brought the vehicle to them and didn t fix it and if I wanted them to I would have to pay more money for them to. Thank god I am done with that car and have no automotive issues but me and my family that have recommended this shop does not come here anymore. And now seeing some recent reviews it all makes sense now. One of the guys are pretty nice and cordial but the other one has a major attitude problem and nonchalant . Like I said before the addition of the BLM sticker I thought they were fine and I didn t have any issues with them. But that is not right just because you don t believe with one another views than you screw them over as a professional business.

My son's Chrysler PT Cruiser started stalling out and intermittently shutting off while he was driving. I was afraid the car would stop while he was driving in heavy traffic. I took the car to another shop which I won't name and they had the car for weeks, when I got the car back it was still shutting off and the problem even got worse. I must say I'm reluctant about trusting a auto repair shop I hadn't done previous business with or at least having a friend or relative that's done business with them. I reluctantly took my car to ABS. I explained the problem and I explained there had been a lot of new parts thrown at the problem in an attempt to repair it. I dropped the car off and a day and half later I got a call saying the car was repaired and ready for me to pick up. After I picked up the car and drove it, I was expecting the fantom problem to rear it's ugly head again. I was pleasantly surprised the car ran great. A day or so later to my surprise I received a text message from the shop owner wanting to know if I had any issues with any of the repairs that were made. He said if I have any issues to let him know. It's rare to find a qualified repair shop and even rarer to find one that has excellent customer service. ABS was dispatched by our fleet management company to remove a work vehicle stuck in a ditch. The driver called when on the way, arrived before promised and was quick, professional and efficient. I would use them again for our fleet, or my personal vehicle. Keep up the great work guys!

ABS has been working on our vehicles and our food truck for over 7 yrs. We learned of them when my car needed towing to Cadillac dealership for very expensive repair. When I found out they had repair also I told driver to tow my Cadillac to ABS instead of dealership. They repaired problem for 1/2 dealership price.We ve been in LOVE with ABS ever since. This family owned/oper shop is auto-knowledgeable, professional, personable, & cost-effective. They NEVER over-charge or tell you something is wrong that isn t.We will be with ABS til death do us part Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair
