After many years of doing business with a local dealership, I opted to go a new route and trusted Rashad Sims at Woody Folsom here in Douglas, GA for my most recent vehicle purchase. I could not have made a better decision!This was the smoothest, easiest, and quickest transaction I have ever made where vehicle purchases are concerned. I recently purchased a 2022 GMC Terrain from Woody Folsom CDJR of Douglas. Rashad Sims helped walked me throughout the entire process! I told him what I had and most importantly what I didn t have! He managed to get me financed with no down payment and with my monthly payments being where I needed them to be! Rashad was very patient and understanding, I definitely recommend. 10/10!!

I have had a good experience at Woody Folsom in Douglas. Rashad Sims sold me both of my cars and provided me with extra customer service. I ve sent 3 family members to Woody since then and Rashad has helped get each of them in a vehicle. I had a few hiccups with my first vehicle but Rashad made sure I was taken care of each time, he is nothing short of professional. Make sure to ask for Rashad if you go to Woody he will provide you with top tier customer service!!

Had a oil change at Woody Douglas, Ga. Once oil change was completed I received my paperwork which gave me all green dot which mean everything was checked and OK. Left the dealership and immediately had to get my front driver side tire replaced nothing stating requires immediate attention called the service Dept and they said it was ok and the guy tried to explain it wasn t needed. Normally they vacuum your car and put the protection paper on the drivers side floor board. My car was not vacuumed or any Protected paper. I have had this vehicle over a year and I have maintained my regular service but this service on August 9, 2023 was not a good service for me. Asked for my survey and no one knows how to get me one. Thanks Woody of Douglas for a poor service.

Salesman Ashley and Finance manager Jacob were phenomenal. I came across Woody Folsom CDJR while looking for a specific color. I live nearly 5 hours away and I would not hesitate to make the drive again to purchase another vehicle from this dealership and to work with Ashley and Jacob again. We are camping at General Coffee and have been trying to get in touch with the service department because our RAM is in need of service asap. Called Thursday, they said diesel tech was out on vacation, would call us back on Friday, to hopefully schedule an appointment on Monday/Tuesday. No call back. Started calling Monday morning - cannot get a live person to talk to. The service need is a pricey one, apparently they do not need our business. We are very disappointed. I will report to Corporate.

We were in town visiting family when my passenger side window would not operate correctly. Went by the service center to see if someone could take a look at it. I spoke with Robert who then connected me with a tech, Randy. Even though he was about to go on break and grab a bite to eat, within minutes, Randy had the issue resolved!! So thankful for the quick attention and courtious serve that this team provided.Would give them 10 stars if I could!!

Kayedee was amazing, compassionate, kind, thoughtful and thorough. Travis was also amazing and all around the whole team helped take a stressful situation and make it as pleasant as possible. Kayedee went above and beyond and we sure did appreciate her. Travis was willing to do everything in his power to help us too, so thankful for their care and attention. Would 10/10 recommend!

The amazing service we received got us back in the door 2 days later. We ended up trading both of our cars and walking away with 2 new beautiful cars. Honestly, the salesman we had was a dream to work with and made the whole process easy. We will definitely come back when we are ready for another upgrade. The entire team is amazing. Know what you want and they will get you in and out and on your way!

This dealership sold me a vehicle with cam phaser issues, old tires and 0 brake material on the brake pads on a 2020 ford expedition.They charged 55k for this vehicle and didn t even sell a road worthy car. That s a scam.

Had a great experience here today! Came in to possibly trade my explorer for a newer car and I ended up doing just that! Very nice staff, quick service and excellent cars on the lot definitely helped make purchasing here a no-brainer! Blake was very patient and helpful during the entire process and made it go by quick and smooth! I definitely would recommend coming here for any vehicle purchase. Blake was an awesome sales rep who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and Ziggy in financing was very funny/friendly which helped make the time go by quicker! Would definitely recommend this place to any friend or relative! Ask for Blake!

Every employee I have met is kind, supportive and helpful. From the moment you are first spotted, they want to be there for you but never has anyone been pushy, dishonest or an over the top salesperson. My salesman Blake, has helped my family twice now under very different circumstances. In January, I went to him to buy a new car while knowing the exact year, make and model I wanted and Blake found it and got it to Douglas. My mother started looking for a used car 2 weeks ago, not knowing exactly what she wanted but knowing what features she needed to make her more comfortable. Blake worked tirelessly to find exactly what she needed and never got frustrated. Tomorrow she bring home a beautiful used car which will make her very happy. Go see them and when you meet Blake, give him a hug for me.

We had the best experience purchasing a car from Rashad! We have purchased several cars form other dealerships in our area (Evansville, IN) with good experiences but NOTHING like the AMAZING experience we had with Woody Folsom! We made a deal (it was actually very painless). They gave us over what we expected for our trade. Then to top it all off, they had a driver DRIVE the car to us the next day, we signed all the paperwork in our garage and then their driver DROVE my trade home!I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the country! This was hands down the BEST car buying experience my husband and I have ever experienced!!!We will purchase from them again in the future!

Poor customer service. Had an oil change today. That went well, but when I got in the car and tried to roll the window up, it was stuck. Told the guys inside about it, and one guy said it would take about a week and $300 to fix it. When asked if they could fix it for free or at a discounted rate, he got defensive and would not take responsibility or even apologize that it had happened. He said, "We fix cars, we don't break them". Yeah right. Granted, my car is older, but a simple apology would have been good. My main question is, why did they mess with the window to start with? It was a nice day outside. I had been going there for years, but today they lost a loyal customer.

Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Poor customer service, salesman was suppose to call me about finishing deal on vehicle after they fixed a mechanical issue discovered at test drive. Told me I had first option on vehicle and would call when they fixed issue next business day after mechanic looked at the problem and complete sale. Never called me back next business day, sold the vehicle to someone else. Probably didn't fix problem and poor person didn't even realize the vehicle was messed up. Places like that is what gives Car Salesmen bad name. Will not ever purchase vehicle from them, and I will advise others to do same. Small community, word of mouth goes a long way.

Communication is bad here. I have been waiting 4 days for a response to a finance application (finance application was ran first day), website inquiry, and email. I requested to be contacted by email as my work schedule is very busy. Sent a facebook message on 3rd day with still no response. Finally contacted on 4th day, and the reply was that they have tried to call me and email me with no response. No emails or calls have been received since the application was submitted. I will look elsewhere for a vehicle.

Long wait. I got free oil changes with purchase of vehicle and they made me suffer. The guy doing the oil changes was the only mechanic I seen doing anything. He was hard working and professional.they won't have to worry bout me no more

Did not have a good experience here.Bought a used 2016 Ram from them. They delivered it down to me in Florida which was nice. Then I ran into the problem of them sending the correct paperwork to the bank. That took a few weeks to sort out so I went to register my truck and found out that the dealership hadn't sent my paperwork out yet and this was 45 days after I bought the truck. Multiple calls and being transfered to different people and hung up on i finally got them to send me a new temporary plate. They said they would overnight it but a week later I still haven't recieved it and have gotten no help from the dealership. Guess once you pay for a vehicle here they stop caring about customer service. I wouldnt buy a vehicle here again.

Great service and atmosphere to make a choice for a new or used car! Office staff are a joy! Sales department is always ready to help. Small kids area between front room and office/service/parts area, which includes a clear window to check on them without going out of your way. Waiting area has super comfy sofa and chairs with vehicle books, magazines, fresh coffee, and TV . Restrooms are also nice but the vanity is the women's bathroom is gorgeous!!! They also help local schools and more which is evident on the bulletin board of thank you notes and other cards. Managers also willing to please and work hard for my needs. Recommend you come by before you buy a vehicle anywhere else and see for yourself! Tell them ' MA ' sent you! A few may know who I am... <3
