They are always fast and courteous. I usually bring my own oil and filter and they charge me $30 to do the labor which is reasonable too. Highly recommend.

ONLY ONES I WILL USE FOR MY OIL AND TUNE UP NEEDS .I've been telling myself to leave a review and keep forgetting. Since this is my first new car, I always used the dealership to change my oil n do tune up. But unable to give them half a day of my time for an oil change when due, I reluctantly used rapid lube Douglas ga, and I was forever changed. I will never go to the dealership again, having to make an apt, and spend 3 or more hours waiting on my car. I love that the same faces are always under my hood now, and the fact I can stop otw home from work and sit my tired butt in my car while the work is done. I'm sold. Cheap n price. But not in service Been using this rapid lube for about a year now. And always will in futureService: Oil change

I have went to this place twice and asked for the Extended Mileage Mobile One oil. They won't do as I ask. They put Mobile One Super oil in my car. I don't have time to get my oil changed every 3,000 miles. I'm aggravated that they won't just put the oil in that I asked for. I'm the one paying, after all. Other than that, they are fast, courteous and thorough.Service: Oil change

So about 4 weeks ago I visited Shell Rapid Lube and got my oil change. I posted about this place because I was upset about the service I received. I went to get my oil change and I was upset because I did not get all my fluids topped off. Basically I was upset so I post it about their service. But what I realized is that I was upset about not receiving a service that I did not ask for. I asked for a oil change and filter change only and did not realize that if I wanted extra Services I should have said full service. So basically I paid what I asked for and it was not the fault of the staff at Shell Rapid Lube. I'm the type of person to admit when I'm wrong about something and I was wrong about what I posted. I cannot expect something that I did not ask for. So to the staff at Shell Rapid Lube keep doing what you're doing and that is delivering quality service to your customers everyday. Thank you again and I will see you in about 2,000 miles...

Best place to get an oil change in my opinion. I went to Wal-Mart previously however waiting 4-6hrs for an oil change where there are only 2 cars ahead of you made me look elsewhere. Friendly staff, fast service, and very reasonable prices. A+ in my book.

Wonderful service! Mr. Cliff, Chelsea, Brandon, Marcel, Donnie, and the rest of the staff are always very friendly and eager to help! Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere but here!

Waited 15 minutes for open bay ( not a problem) then as soon as a bay opens up another vehicle (WHO JUST PULLED UP) gets put in there ahead of me. This place has lost my business-3 vehicles x 6 oil changes per year..... You do the math. On top of that, I will certainly share this experience with others.

The owner is a good person and treats his customers with the utmost respect and always has something positive to say to his customers, Brandon his technician is very knowledgeable about all vehicles and knows his job well. From oil changes to tire rotations to everything in between go to Shell Rapid Lube in Douglas and you won't go anywhere else because they are family owned and you are treated like their family

I love this place. Most the guys have worked there for YEARS so they know what they're doing and they know my face so it's a little more reassuring to me, as a woman, that they wont try to charge me for something I dont need.

They were very fast and helpful. They even noticed something wrong with the undercarraige of my car and offered to fix it. It had been that way for months, but they fixed it in less than five minutes.

I had my son take my car to get an oil change and we began having problem. Took it back the following day and explained to them what was going on, was told the oil low and needed a tune-up, which was not true being that it had just been changed. Took it to a repair shop because of all the issues that was going on. Shell glued my oil pan, ball barren had to be tighten and also was stated rusty oil was placed in the motor. I suggest no one go there for an oil change because it will cost you a lot more in the long run.

Nice staff I went to have my transmission fluid checked. New ones built under the car no dipstick they checked it only 10 bucks for labor
