I know sales associates are not made the same, but I'm here to tell you that Mr Chase of the Douglas store is one of the best. Today it was pouring rain and as a procrastinator I needed windshield wiper blades on my pickup. Mr Chase went up and beyond the call of duty to see that they were installed onto my truck. He could of said wait till it's not raining to come back, but no he never hesitated and jumped out in a heavy downpour of rain and installed them for me, thank you Sir! They broke the mold when they made you Sir!!!

They're usually very friendly and knowledgeable. Although, if you aren't certain exactly what you're after, you might get sold the wrong part, but don't worry, the returns process is easy.

I called was told my part was in stock I get there it s not in stock the employee blamed it on the manager that just left so I ordered the part was told it be in by 8 am and was told I would be called as soon as it came in here it is 10:30 am the next day still no call so I called them the first guy that answered the phone did nothing but stuttered ask for my number 4 times I then got upset asked for someone else took almost 20 minutes for a manager to come to the phone that took another 10 mins to tell me my part was in so I get in the car head to pick it up go pull in and one of there drivers are coming out the wrong way almost hits me head on I then proceed in the store to get my part old lady grey hair asked my number and my last name I spelled it 3 times she asked again I grabbed her pen and paper to write my name down a mbig man walks in she said will you deal with her if you can t spell a name after 4 times of repeating you definitely don t need to work counter this store needs to be flipped of new people that can do the job the right way

I stopped going there after one if their employees refused to replace a windshield wiper blade that was lost because of a misinstallation by their employee and got their gm from alma involved. Insulting your brother, calling them a "shady tree mechanic" is not how i'd expect a place to conduct business. They may have corrected the problem, but it was almost a week after the incident

I had alot of trouble with the advanced auto parts store. I decided to come here and a guy named jemiski helped me. My car was about to break down, but due to this guy's amazing attitude and work ethic. I was able to ride away like brand new. He made sure I found the right tools and fixed in no time. I would suggest coming here over anywhere else.

Where i buy all my truck parts. Couldnt ask for better service. Especially my favorite employee (Koda) she always helps me however she can. Always seems like you walk into a friends house when i go. Conversation and helpfulness really makes an experience. 1000/10

I love O Reilly Auto Parts most everywhere in the country. They have been accommodating to me and my trucking business. I have called numerous stores throughout the country, paid for a part, and a driver could pick it up. It is VERY sad that one of the 2 stores I do business with the most(the Douglas store and Alma Store), will not let me pay over the phone for a part and have a driver pick it up. They say that company policy is for me to pay in person. That is absurd. What am I supposed to do when a driver happens to be 500 miles away and needs a part? Shame on you, Tori, and the Douglas store for your poor customer service!! From now on, South East Cargo and Dale Wood and anyone I know and or can tell, will shop in Alma or Baxley, where they actually care about the customer and understand that I myself can not always come to the store. Furthermore, if I had to order a part, and prepay for it, they take a payment over the phone. Just goes to show you that they could care less whether they have any customers or not.

The salesperson was great but it's like any parts store that you go to, everyone avoids you like you have a disease it takes forever to get waited on even if you're the only person in the store I hate to go to an Automotive Parts Store, they want your business but they hate to have to wait on anyone. Put that in your pipe and smoke it!!!

The women in the store were not knowledgeable about the products customers needed assistance with. She had an attitude before I was able to ask my question. She then proceeded to tell me to go to their competition AUTO ZONE instead of trying to assist me.

Very friendly and helpful. A young man by the name of Brady, took the time to look at my headlight and even fixed it for me. Quick service. And very knowledgeable!!! Thank you Brady, and O'Reilly's Auto Parts! Your customer service and customer care is a five star satisfaction!!!

I bought a pair of carseat covers which I have had before. They held up nicely and protected my seats from dog hair. The salesman was courteous and helped me to replace my old set.

My friend and I went in the Douglas, GA O'Reilly Auto Parts because her check engine light was on. Steven waited on us and immediately went to my friend's car and ran a scan on it. He found the problem then went inside to find the cost of the part needed. He was so nice and helpful. Thank you, Steven!

Kelly in Douglas is the one who helped me on my Corvette and she was very knowledgeable and very helpful and she had a great attitude.i will be going back there soon.They have great prices and great products and a wide selection. Thanks slot Kelly

They need people in there that knows what there doing.. you sit there for 30 for a guy to try and fine a 3157 bulb.. I've starting doing more business with napa now because of this issue.

I recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts to anyone fast easy service with a smile I went in there to order a part or actually to pick up a part that my brother had spoke to mr. Scott in there about the day before and I couldn't remember the name of it just explain where it went and the guy knew exactly what it was pulled up my name and everything fast and friendly helped me out a lot absolutely love O'Reilly's Auto Part

mostly knowledgeable staff. prices can be a bit higher than some of the other places nearby but they usually have more stuff in stock instead of having to wait to order it.

Good place to get car parts... With one exception. Was having a blinker blub replaced. The part where the blinker blub screws in broke. I was told to get on Amazon or eBay and get one. Aren't they suppose to replace it??? Now, I'm stuck to buy a $12.00 piece they broke. Will not ask them to do anything else. Will go somewhere else. They act non caring and irresponsible.

Just so you guys know your employee named Steven in the Douglas GA store was great he stayed 2 hours after their store closed down to make sure we was good and he let us borrow tools
