I come here all of the time for my personal vehicles as well as my work truck. Always efficient and friendly service. If they find another problem while replacing the original problem they do very good about communication with the customer. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable as you wait as well.

They were great! The customer service was phenomenal answered all my questions and let me know how it was gonna go being as I went through their third party. Reggie Ethan Ontario were on point! Got 4 new 60k 215/55/17 Mavis Brand by Hankook. Seems to be up to par a little road noise but a lot smoother on my long drives. Thanks guys I ll be back and sending more.

Absolutely love how kind the techs are and the customer service is amazing. I ve worked in automotive for 13 years and I will say mavis is the place to get great tires from good people. However, staff is not given enough accreditation nor paid an appropriate wage for their work. I did my research and floor staff makes 13.50 for dirty and heavy labor not including small payments for commissions. Staff definitely deserves better than they are receiving.

Arrived at the store within with 1/2 hour of closing and they still did everything that they could to get my business!! Very much appreciate that!! Very good customer service and friendliness. I left feeling like I got the best deal in town for some brand new tires.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The manager was very unprofessional and took advantage of me knowing that I am only a 19 year old girl that didnt know much about my car. I went in for two new tires and a tire rotation. I left paying $950, which is absurd which I didnt know at the time. They told me I needed new rotors and brakes and a new battery!! This is absolutely crazy! Needless to say my grandfather went back up there the next day, and all they had to say after showing him the rotors and brakes, which could have lasted much longer is that "they were just trying to prevent anything from happening". They took advantage of me because they knew they could. I would never ever send anyone here knowing they did this to me. I would have gave 0 stars if I could. MAVIS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!

The store manager Terry and his staff at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Douglas have been awesome! The rear passenger tire on my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe had a slow leak. The staff took me in quickly, found a nail, and patched it without any cost. Please service your car with absolute confidence at Mavis in Douglas, Georgia NOT Douglasville, Georgia!!!

Had to stop by during my road trip to Florida because my tire pressure was low. They were able to get me in fast and figure out what the issue was with my tire. Very friendly and professional staff. 10/10 recommend!

Thank you Terry for the fast and professional service! I had a screw in my tire and he was able to fix it with an inside patch that lasts the lifetime of my tire. Wonderful service!

I had the pleasure of meeting Reggie this morning Johnson sold me a tire within five minutes of my arrival we got personal. We learned about each other s background in five minutes and I have to say that when somebody receives customer service like that you re going to come back. Thank you!

We went to Mavis for tires and they were very courteous and knowledgeable. When our tire picked up a screw they fit us in despite being busy, I would definitely recommend them for tires and service.

Great helping the customer and are caring about the customers need if you need tires or an alignment are anything car wise go to the best shop there is Mavis tires and breaks because they really and truly care about there customers and if you call ask for Greg because he will treat you right
