I always start my search for parts here and most times it doesn't go elsewhere. Look for Aaron at this shop. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.

There was a young guy named Aaron at Autozone that assisted me in a minor vehicle malfunction. Though it was minor, he made a huge impact to me, showing that there are still good helping people in our small city of Douglas, GA. Theres' never a disappointment when I visit Autozone. Thanks Aaron!

Mrs. Debbie!! My lifesaver. My battery decided to die in the middle of the street. Fortunately, I was able to make it to the Autozone. Mrs. Debbie was amazing. She changed my battery and helped me make it home!!

Another Day, another autozone! Yesterday I Could not get the parts I needed from a different store while I was traveling. Also they did not have the part in stock at the store near my destination so I called last night and the woman ordered it for me and told me it would be here at 10:00 a.m. I arrived shortly after 10:00 a.m. and Michael helped me right away found right away found my part, gave me some useful information about my repair, and of course credited my rewards it's all within a couple of minutes.Now it's time to go do the repair thanks again autozone.

My battery went out on us while we were visiting from Atlanta and I called them for help.. Long story short.. The two guys inside had the Best Customer Service EVER!! They were very patient and polite with us. Extremely helpful and pure gentleman. I recommend this place to Everyone. They got me together and back on the road. Thank You Micheal.

I Called up there the other day to price a part for my vehicle. They didn't have the part but Brittany told me that they can get it there the next day. I got it the next day and I'm back on the road. Great customer service. I really appreciate that!!!

I started going here instead of oreilly's because of a problem i had at oreilly's with one of their more senior employees. Also autozone occasionally will have 20$ off coupons when you use a phone#

I had a battery go dead in my truck. James was vary professional while swapping it out used all of the safety equipment that was available. In my opinion he should be in management. Thanks for saving our vacation.

Went Sunday to the store in Douglas 4 different times to buy different parts for the project I was working on (full brake job all the way around on the wife s truck) and dealt with 2 different team members..... Ray and James and I had nothing but the most OUTSTANDING most AMAZING customer service EVER.. plenty of knowledge and way beyond more help than I deserve on making sure I had everything I needed and more... I can honestly say that they have an amazing team! Reggy, the store manager and the whole team brake their backs trying to satisfy everyone! THANKFUL FOR AUTOZONE AND THEIR TEAM!!

Brittney and Mary were a great deal of help. Very great workers. They make sure you get the right parts and they won t answer a question unless they kno they are correct on the problem

I came to Autozone not knowing whether my starter or battery was working properly. The staff here (Ms. Diamond, Mrs. Brittany, Mr. Mckale) werr extremely helpful. They exhausted all of their resources trying to find the problem with my Ram 1500 until they finally found the issue. They then informed me off my options to fix my issue. Above all they done this all while having a positive attitude and a smile which shown through their mask. I'm thankful for them.

Britanie was very helpful with assisting me with my 2012 Dodge Ram headlight (Which was very complicated). Also the Abigail was very good for making sure the store was running while Britanie was assisting me. Thanks Douglas Auto Zone for assisting me.

Friendly and helpful. Came out and checked my engine light for free and checked my car fluids. Saved me money not having to buy unnecessary items. Will go back

Auto zone will sell you the wrong part then make out like its your fault! Truth is they don't know what they doing up there. Prices always higher than anywhere else. And their price match any other store don't hold your breath!!!

Dont usually there. However, they were the only parts store that had what I needed in stock at the best price. The only downside was how busy they were on a Sunday. Understaffed for the amount of foot traffic in the store.
