Love this place!! Got my car today, low miles, great payment plan, the entire process was excellent from start to finish thanks to Ty for his professionalism, excellent assistance, and his above and beyond service. Quick, painless, and wonderful experience all around! Would give 100 stars if I could. Go see Ty he'll make your dreams a reality for real at Auto Mart in Douglas!

I spoke with salesman Ty all day yesterday about a car and was given prices for the car and let him know I wld be coming Saturday due to having to work all week and needing to get a ride to Douglas. Messaged him this morning for the vin number on the car so that I cld get insurance and was messaged back saying car was sold! They sold the car right out from under me and then wanted to say oh we can help you pick another car. Like really!! That s NOT how you do business at all. Kept saying we don t hold vehicles but never told me someone else was looking at it or anything. I cld have paid my down payment for the car to hold it

I love the car. But been having problems with it like when I put in drive the car automatic rolls backwards. Been calling them letting them know that something is wrong with my vehicle they don t have a car I can use temporarily until they see what s wrong with mines. I m a single mom this my only ride to get from work and to school at night

This has been the worst car experience ever they will not work with you, they have bad customer service, and they will literally push you to the point because they don t communicate within their branch. I will NEVER get another car from Auto Mart after my lease is up. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER JUST SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE DO NOT DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU RE A SINGLE MOTHER OR SOMEONE THAT BE IN BETWEEN JOBS OR JUST YOU KNOW YOU CAN T PAY IT JUST DON T COME HERE. Because most car dealerships understand and they work with you well this one DON T. The customer service the cars they lease out or you can buy if you have the money are not even worth it. AT ALL HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! (BUT IF YOU NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE AND REACH OUT FOR HELP PLEASE ASK FOR MS.DANA BECAUSE OUT OF EVERYONE SHE IS THE ONE THAT WILL HELP YOU AND WORK WITH YOU JUST EXPLAIN WHAT S GOING ON AND I PROMISE MS.DANA WILL TRY HER BEST TO HELP YOU BUT YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR MS.DANA AND YOU HAVE TO SPEAK TO HER SPECIFICALLY NOBODY BUT MS.DANA I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!!! Do not buy a car from here they will screw you over anyway they can we got a 2016 chevy cruze that had engine problems they wouldn't even fix it said it didn't involve the motor then decided they would tow it off in the middle of the night.

I wrote a review on this place a years ago and I guess they took it down but if your going to spend your hard earned money on a car this is not the place to do so. There are plenty of other places with better options.

I purchased a vehicle that only lasted 12 days they will not let me exchange the vehicle or they wouldn't give me a refund back customer service is a zero

They sale lemons they lie about fixing cars while under warranty and basically say screw you just go anywhere but here
