The service department at Anderson Ford are awesome to work with. Scheduling an appointment was easy. They picked up my truck from my job and delivered it back, when they were finished. Everyone I came in contact with was super nice and eager to please. I recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle or needing your Ford fixed.

i bought a 2018 hyundai sonata 3000$ down 40,000$ after interest and all paying 600$ a month for 6 years havent had the car maybe 4/5 months and it s already giving me a lot of trouble leaking oil out the plug leaking oil in the sparks plug bent sub frame every time i call this place they don t care and do nothing to help me tell me they ll call me back and never do and now i can t even get the sales manager on the phone so now here i am 24 years old finna be stuck with no car and still paying on it for 6 years if i wanna keep my credit score right if i could give less then 1 star i would they don t deserve one they care about themselves and nothing more i don t recommend anyone go here for a vehicle!!!!

When there late December something wrong with my truck... they say engine locked up and would be 11grand + and if I got my own 4grand plus I waited over a month figuring out what I was gonna do I took it to a different shop in town they found out in less then 2mins that my engine was not lock up bit the ac compressor did well it was a quick fix and nowhere near 11grand a $200 part lol almost got me AndersonFord smh......

I got a truck from Anderson Ford September 16th. Rodney Ates delivered this truck to my house, 8 hours after the time promised. After I signed all the forms Rodney Ates said he didn't know what copy's I would get. He said he would have to go back to the office and he would mail them to me. He has NOT sent me anything! He got my money, now he won't return phone calls. Please don't use Anderson Ford . I do NOT recommend this dealership. Update I do Not like this dealership they are not to be trusted.

Not sure who was the one striking the deals today but they weren t exactly professional.When their trade-in value offer on my vehicle, which was the 6th dealership offer in the last 8 days, was significantly lower than other offers, I kindly told them. The salesman wanted a specific number for the trade in and what it would take to get a deal done right then, so I gave him those. He went to another room, and came back telling me, and I quote We re just too far apart. [They] said if someone else is offering you that, go twist their arm. He/she clearly had no intent to work out a deal or even a discussion. I had ability to move.To boot, didn t even have the courtesy of walking us out, kind of just had to grab our stuff and leave. It s not a cardinal sin, but it s impolite.It s unfortunate that Henry Ford built Ford Motor to bring vehicles to millions and this dealership bearing the name throws customer service out the window.Unfortunate. Was prepared to purchase my 5th ford.

Update: 12/9/2020J.T. in the service department is the nicest service writer I've ever done business with. He explained everything that was done to my vehicle and how it checked out. I appreciate the work and good customer service at Anderson Ford.August 2018 -It's hard to say I loved Prince Ford because I had to go in debt for tires. However I must because this service department is one of the best. They are friendly and let you know what's going on BEFORE they do anything to your vehicle. From the time you walk in you are greeted and treated right. I didn't meet the service tech but he, Matthew, Steven, and Bread are terrific assets to Prince Ford in Douglas, GA. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely awesome experience. Very fair and honest guys with a great atmosphere. Definitely feels like a hometown dealer. Michael was awesome and made us feel very welcome. No pressure and the best prices around!

The staff that showed us the vehicle we inquired about, Vanessa, had no knowledge of any of the vehicles. She was clueless. Brought out the wrong keys and was "surprised" the car was already unlocked.Carla was great, very nice and friendly. No one else spoke with us. Carla, you can do more things at better places, get out now!I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Seems like the service department is the same as prince ford before, terrible. I come in for an airbag recall appointment and was told it would take 1.5 hours to finish. 1.5 hours later my car had not left the spot they parked it in. I ask what happened and was told that they couldn't find the part. For the 1.5 hours i sat here wasting my time and was never given the courtesy and given an update. Then for over 30 minutes my car sits in the bay with nobody working on it, allthewhile my ticket gets skipped by the mechanics. If it wasn't because of this being a recall job i'd have done it myself.

Worked for 3 days on purchase agreement via email. Quoted me a final price, which was excellent.Asked for bank wire address , told a check was preferable. agreed to go to my credit union & get a certified ck & mail same. advised Bobby Wilson it was in the mail, told me it was sold. I doubt it was sold , they probably figured out the final price was too much in my favor . I didn't dicker , accepted their terms. Greed rules

Emailed for info on a 2017 F150 on Thursday evening. Michael Sellers called me Friday morning. The deal was made, paperwork done and my truck was delivered to me in Ravenel, S. C. by noon Saturday. EXCELLENT SERVICE.Thanks for an excellent experience with a car dealership.

Paid $860 to fix a fuel pressure sensor one week later the check engine light came on for the same thing took it back they told me it was the computer that was bad and they couldn t find one. Worked on the air conditioner one month later it doesn t work again would not recommend the service department

We live in Alma,and after being chased around by vultures on golf carts,we came to Douglas to see Foster Rowland! As always,he is a professional and had us satisfied and leaving with our new truck without all the bull!Also like to give a shout to Stacy Hall for all his help!We will always return with our business as long as they have great people to buy from!

Browsing for vehicle and I received call from Anderson Ford inquiring about my internet search for 2019-2020 Mustang 5.0 manual. Explained situation with purchasing and trading. Texted occasionally Saturday got salesman pictures of trade and everything. Come Sunday I received maybe 1 text and after that I ve heard nothing from this salesman Watts. Absolutely horrible service not what I excepted after 1st conversation but things aren t always what they appear!

3/1/2019 I haven't picked up my new truck yet. I will pick it up on Saturday March 2nd, 2019. I have had a few bad experiences with other Ford Dealers the last month trying to purchase a 2018 F-150. This dealership has bent over backwards to help me purchase my new truck. Everyone has been very professional. Everyone has worked hard to get me in my new truck with the budget I had to work with. Even though I will not picked up the truck until tomorrow morning, I have been very impressed with everyone so far. Hopefully tomorrow will be an easy trip to the dealership and I will be on my way with my new 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat. I live in Tallahassee Florida which is several hours from Douglas, Georgia.update 3/19/2019. I picked up my truck and I have drove it for a few weeks. Love the truck. The experience at Prince Ford was great. I was there maybe 30 mins, filled out my paperwork and was on my way back to Tallahassee, Florida. I had a great experience with the staff and at the dealership. I wish the dealership was closer so they could service it, but for now I will have to take it to the local dealer.Thanks to prince staff for my new truck.J.T.

On Monday 8/7/17, my neighbor took my Ford Fiesta in for service at your facility. After sometime he walked out to the shop too get something out of the car. The car was not there. He went to the window to ask where it was. The lady said the mechanic probably took it around the block, he be back in a few minutes. 20 minutes later he showed back up. Mr. Crawford than ask him where he had been. He stated that he went to get a sandwich. No, no, no! He was not given permission to take my car out for a sandwich. This is unacceptable! I will not bring or have my car sent to your facility again.

So an update my husband took is 2010af150 to have exhaust bolts replace and the ford service department have not only messed up the rocker arm but did not time it right and the piston broke the spark plug and then it had to be honed out. But know we learn that the bottom of the engine is knocking. The truck has been in there possession for 6 months with very little communication we have asked GM to keep in contact with us that has not happened. This truck has only 86000 miles and now the rop and bottom of the engine have been into when it was put in for some exhaust bolts.

Low pressure and low price. Prince gave me the 0% as advertised on Ford website. Other Local dealers did the bait and switch trick to get me in the door and refused to give me low interest as advertised on jeep website. MY WIFE LOVES HER NEW EXPLORER !! Will shop again at Prince.

They did 4 hard inquiries on a friends line of credit which goes against your credit...Like really it only takes one inquiry to know if someone's credit is good enough to finance to or not...She found out when she purchased vehicle from Woody Folsom... That's just uncalled for....

Had my truck painted at their body shop. It took longer than I was told to do the job. When I did finally get my truck back, they did a great job. Truck looks great.

They are real shady people salesman and two other men took my car for a joyride for 20 minutes and still couldn t give me information on how much they would give me for my car. I will never do business with them
