I commute to Douglas for school. Once I was in Douglas I realized my tire pressure was low. I was recommended to come here. They checked my tires and put air in them at no cost. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The owner was great! This place is the definition of small town southern hospitality! I am grateful!

I used this place before to service my old vehicle and everything was great but recently I brought my new vehicle for an alignment and left it because I had to return to work. Well, the day went by with no return phone call. I realized after 5pm; they closed without calling me to come pick up my vehicle. I panicked and had a co-worker to take me there. They were closed but I stopped a guy leaving from the back and he helped me. I called the next week about my receipt and feed back about my vehicle and his only response was, you can come get your receipt. I was very disappointed, no apology for the situation or anything.

I had to get a tire plugged due to a nail stuck in it. The people were friendly and helpful. I told the man I had a doctor's appointment and it didn't take him long at all. I was barely late too. Well worth the money! Not that it cost much. The plug is holding great! DEFINITELY GOING BACK! They have AMAZING service and reasonable prices. I've got tires there before also.

This place did a good job. It took a while but it is because we just showed up without an appointment and they were busy. The owner is super nice and let us eat our lunch there. Thank u!

Wonderful group of people. The first time I went and they couldnt help me with what I needed, they called around to other places for me to try to find what I was looking for. The 2nd time in (same problem, but differenf solution) Mr Johnny saved me a whole bunch of money by fixing my problem instead of letting me just buy new. He could have very easily took advantage of me, and got a lot of money out of me. But he didn't and I am so grateful for that!

Went there last Saturday since their website still says open 8-12...but they were closed. Looked on Google to see it suggested they might be closed from customers reviews. I'm sure you are a great place by your reviews but maybe update your website to represent your true hours of operation.

Had a flat when we woke up this am at my sis-in-law's home. Leaving for Fla that day so took the SUV to Amerson hoping for a quick fix. The owner was friendly & got us out in 45 min, but didn't know the going rate to plug a tire is $20.

Wouldn't go anywhere else! Excellent customer service! Reading the only 2 bad reviews, I would say one boiled down to a communication issue and the other was probably a patch on an already worn out tire! They don't plug tires, the fix them right and patch them!

WORST PLACE I had the misfortune of dealing with. I was stuck on the highway with a flat and trying to get back home, which was 3 hours away. I was assured someone could come to me and replace my tire, and was promptly stood up and left stuck in Douglas with a flat tire on the side of the highway until every other place that could have serviced me closed. I sure hope no one else in a similar situation in the future makes the mistake of calling this company for assistance.

Had a tire patched they needed to plug it the ground a new tire down so far there was barely left to use when I took it somewhere for a third but time to be fixed
