Wonderful, family-owned business. And they treated me like family! I had some windows that were badly leaking. The lovely woman who answered my call put me on their schedule for the same day to make sure I was taken care of. Chris arrived that afternoon as promised, quickly troubleshoot ed and resolved the issue. I also obtained quotes from First Choice to replace some fogged window panes and install a new glass shower door. They provided me with very reasonable quotes and, upon accepting, they secured the materials quickly and had all of the work completed in less than a week. Chris was absolutely wonderful to work with super nice, professional and his quality of work is outstanding. Hire these folks for your next project!

Wonderful local business! First Choice Glass & Mirror was prompt in returning my call, giving me a quote for the job and completing the work. Chris was a pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with First Choice, Glass and Mirror, A true small family run business Their pricing was fair, they had excellent follow up and communication. They did a great job replacing the glass, they showed up when they said they would and the finished product looks great. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for glass replacement!

Excellent communication and great advice. Found us some parts to replace a broken sliding door lock and gave us information on how to purchase from a supplier! Adjusted a sliding door without charge! Highly recommend.

These guys are the real deal and the type of Service you should expect. I felt bad, but the owner answered the phone on his way back from vacation with his family. This company obviously cares, wants your business and that care resulted in a fantastic job. Reasonably priced and done quickly. Now I hope I don t ever need to use them again, but if I do, I won t hesitate.

Chris and his wife provide great service at a fair price. We had a large picture window and a smaller double-hung window replaced as well as some window hardware replaced on others. More than happy with their prompt and professional service!

First Choice was wonderful to work with. The cost was reasonable and they followed through every stepof the way as promised. The window was measured, ordered, and installed within a few days. We were very pleased, and woulddefinitely use them again.

Unbelievable service! I called one day and the next business day they were out and corrected the issue. They were not the original window co that installed the window, the one that did would not help us, so we reached out and just like that! Fixed! Highly recommended

Great experience from the very beginning. Called in a bit of an emergency/panic as our dog had shattered our window. Chris came out the next morning to take a look. He was so great that we inquired about a few other window related items (broken pane on a different type of window, screens) and he was able to get those quoted for us too. Within a week, we've gotten two glass windows and screens replaced.Super knowledgeable, friendly, and quality work. They'll be the first ones we call if we ever need window or glass repair in the future!

If I could give this company a million stars I would. They went above and beyond even after hours to fix our sliding glass basement door and upper window. We tried dealing with 3 other companies before stumbling onto these angels sent from the heavens above. They were quick, RELIABLE, and just wonderful to work with. We were so stressed over getting the repairs done and when I tell you the moment we spoke with them the stress started melting away. Very highly recommend. Don't even waste your time calling other companies. Just dial their number and enjoy their services.

I personally believe this company is the absolute best in the habersham area ! Chris and his wife were so helpful and responsive in a short amount of time ! Chris is very polite and helpful and definitely cut up with my husband and we love people like that down to earth and all he did a wonderful job and his wife was so sweet when she came to measure for him !!! My window is absolutely amazing and I would use him over and over again a million times if anything else breaks !! Thank y all so much !! Best small business owners ever

I called because of a broken glass at a business storefront. They came out quickly and measured the glass and gave us a quote. The best service you can ask for in a business. They are super nice and knowledgeable! I recommend this business 10 out of 10. Will update once glass is installed!
