Just had an oil and filter change and was very pleased with the efficiency, friendliness and price. The oil change price is the best I found in the area. They even checked and topped off the fluids. This a a medium sized local shop with 6 bays and a small waiting area. I dropped off my car and they call to say it was completed within an hour. It was great to support an independent shop. I ll be back for sure.

Great service. I brought my car in at a very busy time and both of my big issues were addressed and for a very reasonable cost. The lady at the front is very friendly and helpful! I was expecting to be without a car for a couple of days but I was in and out within a few hours. Highly recommend!

Ms. Shirley, run this front office, and her knowledge of automobiles is amazing. Mr. Teco is a master mechanic and highly trained in this ever changing automotive industry. My brother and I have patronized their establishment for several years and will continue to use their services due to their fair prices and honest work ethics.

Ms. Shirley and company are awesome! They actually pick up the phone unlike the 5+ dealerships/other repair shops I called. The tow company that they recommended was professional, fast and kind. Once my car was at the shop, they had originally said they would look at it on Friday, but went out of their way to save me time. Turned out to be a battery replacement, and they were very reasonably priced for the labor and part cost. This shop was recommended to me from a FB group a while ago. Good to have an honest shop that is actually helpful and not trying to take advantage of women or other people who may not be super car savvy! I have been to Signature Auto twice in the last couple of months (oil change, tire balance and rotate, radiator replacement, electrical repairs) and they have been great. Friendly people, fair prices, and quality work. I have had to return 2 out of 3 times for them to address issues after they worked on my cars. Then I get unfriendly service to top off the high prices. I'm done here

I needed a wheel alignment, so I checked out their reviews, then website, before giving them a call. I spoke with Shirley and she told me come in at 3 and they would be able to take care of me. I arrived at 3 and was out before 4. Service tech greeted me and thank me for my business, as he gave my keys back. Excellent service!!!

Responsive. Honest and fair. Attentive to details on what matters and WON'T try to nickel and dime you. Quality and expeditious work. Great customer service. I'll be back for anything else I need.- All rotors replaced- All break pads replaced (no more squealing)- AC air compressor replaced (nice and cold)- Oil change- Headlights replaced

I can't say enough about this place, they are amazing! They have worked on my car 3 times now and are always fast and reasonably priced! The last time I had car trouble the battery died at home so they sent someone to my house from the shop to jump my car instead of waiting for a tow. The technician was there just a couple minutes after I made the call. I will always recommend them for auto services.

Took my work truck to fix a oil leak. Estimate over the phone was $600. After inspection the number went up to almost $2,000. I told them just to fix my initial issues in which i could change the rest of the leaks. I told the toninspect my brakes and they said they only had 15% left in them. The price to replace them was too high so i told them i would replace them myself. A few days later i was going to replace them but after taking both front tires the brakes had almost 80% life in them. I won't be coming back to them. They lied about some other thing. It was my firts and last time dealing with them.

Love Mrs. Shirley and the Signature crew. My grandmother and mom suggested this shop to me. And since my very first car I've been nowhere else. I would recommend anyone to come here for any problem. Even if it's something they dont fix, they will help you along the way.

Used this shop several times with great success and excellent service. However, today I called to get a estimate on replacing a tail light assembly and was told to call a "Body Shop". Hopefully it was only a bad day and they still provide good service.

Saw some recommendations for Signature on the Next Door website, so decided to take my van (with multiple problems) there for a diagnostic ($45). The young lady at the counter was very pleasant, and drop off went well. The bus stops right in front of the location, so I went on to work. They called me about 4 hours later, with my diagnostic results and estimate. Although it was a lot, it was somewhat expected. I told her I would just come pick it up.I knew they closed at 7, and my plan was to leave work at 5 PM to get there. Unfortunately, Hurricane Michael brought us a lot of rain that day, so I was delayed, and when I called and asked were they still closing at 7, I was told that they were going to close at 6:30 due to the weather. I told here I was on the way, and also on the bus, coming from downtown Atlanta. She said they would probably still be moving cars and can probably wait until I got there. Great! So I was in rush mode all the way, although you can't rush the bus, especially when it rains. Then, of course I get there a little after 7, pouring rain, have to get across Lawrenceville Highway, pouring rain, and they were still open!After paying for my diagnostic, the young lady even offered to pull my van up to the door, so I could avoid a lot of the rain. Awesome! Although I did not get my car repaired here, the service was excellent, and pricing on the estimate sheet was decent.Definitely recommend for auto care.

I bought a set of tires and replaced my brakes on my ford transit connect. Their pricing is fair, their service very professional and friendly. I definitively recommend it to anyone who is tired of those crooked auto repair shops around town.

I had to take the time out to recommend this auto repair shop. This is by far the best automotive experience I've had since living in Atlanta. They definitely have a customer for life. I can truly say that they went above and beyond the call of duty to see to it that my family's car was taken care of. They are efficient and professional. I am grateful for their service.

Absolutely horrible. I accepted help from a worker there by the name of Jeff Worstell. Totally scammed me. Took my money. I attempted to talk with shop owner, about Jeff Worstell. They told me he was a tow truck driver on sight. NOT A MECHANIC. Then I ask the shop owner for actual repair cost and they surcharge me an extra $150 for an alternator. I actually priced it myself at auto shop it was half the price I was quoted.These are not honest people. Go the other way. It may seem legit. But trust me once the touch your car it goes down hill and they make you pay the bill. STAY AWAY!Please stay away from this place.

Took my car in with the "check engine" light on. Got a call the next day asking if I knew that I had outstanding factory recalls on my car and suggesting that I take it to the dealer and get the problem fixed for free. That's honesty. Thank you. Shirley is the best.

My A/C stopped working after arriving from Dallas. Not knowing anyone, I took to the internet and found Signature Auto and Teco, the owner. Well, the reviews were spot on! Courteous and professional, I got an appointment the very next day at 9am! They diagnosed the culprit (resister and blower motor) and I was on my way in short order at a VERY fair price. Thank you so much for a great experience and I have given your card to my daughter for any repair work she may need. I would recommend Signature Auto highly!

Down in Decatur visiting and needed to get a headlight fixed. Autozone folks couldn't do it but suggested this shop and a few others. They were quick and attentive, friendly and quoted me a very reasonable price. Even helped out with some fog lights that were out as well. Would definitely head back here for any future auto repair needs when I'm in the area.

Fast and courteous service. The only place I will go for my service. The nice young lady at the front desk is a delight and the techs are top notch and happy to explain any issues to you.
