My car looks better than ever. I was floored by how well they cleaned this thing up. The timeline they gave me on day 1 was accurate and Ray is absolutely wonderful with communication and making sure I left happy.

I have never submitted a Google review, however, I take this opportunity to praise the Crash champions for outstanding service, professionalism, prompt and polite customer service.We consumers rely on our cars every day, so getting into an accident isn t only scary it s inconvenient. That s why it matters where we choose to get our repairs. We all need our cars back quickly, but we also need our cars to be properly repaired and safe to drive.I did not choose Service King, now Crash Champions, State Farm recommended this firm, and I am very grateful that they did. Everyone from the first clerk/intake person to the project manager Casey Ray Martin who arranged a rental car and called me weekly with updates to the general manager Patrick who made a point of introducing himself to me and greeting me personally. I drive a Mustang convertible and my damaged car looked like it came off the showroom floor. In addition to high quality repair workmanship, these people can sure give lessons in CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would NOT recommend. I took my car there to get repaired they did a half a** job, didn t replace my stickers on windshield. now my passenger seat don t go back , ceiling falling out and when I tried to call & get it situated and or replaced ray hunt & the manger made me run in circles & my problem is still unresolved. I would not support them.

Do not use this business for repair services!We worked with Service King to repair damage on our car, and were completely taken advantage of by untrustworthy and unorganized technicians.The troubles started when I unexpectedly received a text message notifying me that my car had been picked up and asked me to complete a satisfaction survey. Having not yet picked up my car, this text message alarmed me, and I called the body shop to check on my car. The customer service rep told me my car was "in detail," it would be ready by the end of the day, and I would get a call that evening.After not receiving a call that evening, I tried to call the service center the next morning, and no one picked up. Alarmed about the events leading up to this, I went by the shop to speak with someone. Our car was there, and the repairs had been made. The technician told me that my car needed to be "calibrated," and he couldn't release it to be driven until this is completed. This is apparently standard to new cars, and he said it would be done on Monday.I show up Monday to pick up and pay for the car. We settle up the payment for services rendered, and we then notice that the sideview camera isn't functioning. We're then told it was calibrated incorrectly and to bring the car back Friday. At that point their contractor would fix the calibration.I then return on Friday. They finish the calibration and hand me a new invoice for an additional $800.00.At no point was I informed I would need to pay for the calibration. I was told they were standard for new cars, so I reasonably assumed that it was factored into the initial estimate, which I had already paid for.In the end, they under-quoted the estimate by 33% and were deceptive about a cost that should have been in plain sight the entire time.My opinion is that this company shouldn't be trusted to do business with. I strongly consider anyone to seek additional estimates before being misled by the technicians at this company.

I want to thank Casey Martin of crash champions, I had concerns early in my repair process I wasn t contacted before my promised date that there were issues in receiving parts my completion date kept being delayed when I did speak to my technician he seemed unsure of a true completion date. I was contacted by Casey Martin who thoroughly explained the issue assured me my car would be ready in 5 days and I would be pleased as promised my car was ready I have to say it looks better than new. Again, Thanks Casey Martin Thanks Crash Champions!

I had two vehicles serviced simultaneously with these guys. Both vehicles were treated with the utmost in care, and my requests were managed professionally and with fast service!I've been looking for a good body shop ITP-and with the folks at Crash Champions, I think I've found one!

Unprofessional, unorganized, and extremely below par repairs. My pickup date was delayed several times and the last time was because they ordered the wrong part. The repairs were not good. I opened my trunk and a trim piece fell off immediately after getting the car. The spoiler lip is barely attached to my car and could easily be pulled off the car. The badges on the back of my car are missing. To top it off, my car was dirty and there were boot prints all over the inside of my trunk. This place is awful and run by complete idiots who do not care about your car.Service: Body & Trim

INITIAL REVIEWWas Hit the Day before Christmas, but this process thus far has been INCREDIBLE. Today I had, what I thought was an estimate appointment, but Crash Champions got the full process started! After looking over the reviews, I pray my initial review will still stand after receiving my car back.From the moment I walked in the door at Crash Champions, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Tj and his team took very good care of me even down to making me a fresh Chai Latte. All of my questions were answered, and I didn't feel like I was being rushed or taken advantage of! Even received a little education on how this process works and the innerworking of collision and body repair!They handled the rental car reservation and had me scheduled for a pick-up in under 10 minutes. Helped me gather my personal belongings out of my car, (again, I had no plan or intentions to leave my car there at this appointment). The way in which they handled EVERYTHING was nothing short of 5-Stars!While I wouldn't want this to happen again, I know that if I it does, Crash Champions will have me taken care of!Thanks Guys!

The worst experience ever. They have had my car since Dec.21 and my car wasn t ready until Jan. 18. Prior to the car being finished, my date to pick my car up was Dec.27. Every day they sent a text pushing the pick up date back. Once the car was ready they called me every day to pick it up. Do not rush me when your hours are 8-5. I have a job and I work 30 minutes away from the shop. I cannot get there till Saturday. I come to pick it up and they say it s a balance. No it isn t, I show them the documentation from USAA and they say we will call you Monday. They have had my car for a month! It was a fender bender not a total crash. The worst service ever, DO NOT entrust the car with them unless you dnt need your car!!!! They ordered the wrong part, the part didn t come in, excuse after excuse and horrible customer service!!

I understand that Hyundai s are experiencing high wait time due to parts being on backorder. But it is unacceptable to wait over two months, just to have your car returned and the work done on your vehicle is sloppy.-Glass particles still inside my vehicle-Paint/tape peeling from where they repaired my window.

As soon as I dropped my vehicle off. I received updates on my car . The people that was in the front office was very nice they assisted me as soon as I walked in . My car needed the front bumper replaced and I got updates from the time I dropped my vehicle off .Which I thought was really cool . I got my update saying my car was ready within a week or so . They also have a car service if you need to get a rental . Which was very awesome! . When I got my car a lady name Ray assisted me . she was very nice and sweet ,very professional I checked out the repairs , I was stunned at how beautiful my car looks they even gave me a vacuum . I was very satisfied with the service I had received. If I ever need auto repair service king will be my first contact. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND COMING TO GET YOUR REPAIRS WITH SERVICE KING .

I wouldn t recommend this place. I had to come back multiple times the first time the damages that we re supposed to fix weren t, even though they called and told me the car was ready and I had already returned my rental, so I had to go through the hassle of getting a rental car again and then when the car was finally fixed it I noticed that my fender lining was missing I called and they told me to come to the shop I went to the shop they told me they ordered the piece and they would let me know when it came in never received a call or even a text just unprofessionalService: Body & Trim

So i will start out that if you want your pick up date to be confirmed and then cancelled the same day this is the place for you. Along with the lack of proper communication no one thought to tell me (during my calls all during my repair) that my repair would not be finished, because they did not provide me with a key that can unlock or lock the car. Which would have been okay if they decided to let me know!! At anytime they could have said our keys only allow you to turn it on.Literally am going to have to leave my car unlocked so i don t get locked out. Which is very counterproductive when my car was in the shop do to it being broken into. So instead of having a car i can take out in public i have a car i cant even leave parked at the gas station. I try not to be upset, was even willing to write of the previous holiday (thanksgiving) which made me miss seeing family after like 3 years. Tbh wished my insurance just paid me out of this car. :(Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Shop is unable to complete work due to lack of reliable employees. Least this is the excuse I've been given for the 3rd week past the estimated completion date. I recently moved to the area, but the week before doing so my car was hit by someone in my home state. The person's insurance gave me a list of companies to choose from, and I chose this Service King location because they had many excellent reviews. My car is now repaired and back with me, and I can see why they have so great reviews. Everyone at the shop was so patient, friendly, and helpful. My service advisor was Kiry and he was amazing! He was easy to talk to and always contacted me about the progress of the repairs according to the schedule we set up. Just the fact that I was able to keep in contact with the same person from start to finish was very helpful. I even received a gift basket when I picked up my car and it was detailed, which was a great surprise! The work was done really well and came with a warranty. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs.

I got rear-ended and needed my rear bumper fixed as it was dangling sadly off the side of my car. Not only was their turn-around time fast, but the entire staff was wonderfully pleasant and the whole place was really clean. Marley at the front desk is an absolute delight, and Kiry, my service advisor, was so on top of everything and keeping me updated on where the shop was in the process, and when I got it back she looked like new, inside and out. While I 100% hope I never have to have collision repair work done on my little Honda again, I will without hesitation return to this Service King for repairs again if I have to.

Excellent customer service from representative Teresa. Courteous and accommodating with my schedule. Timely response on questions regarding car. Delivery earlier than expected. Body work and paint job was great! I recommend this collision repair center for all!

I can honestly say that I am beyond satisfied with the work done on my car. The staff were polite and made sure to keep me informed of the progress made.Update: So my past experiences were great. But this time I can t for the life of me understand why you wouldn t want to fix someones car if they are willing to pay you i stead of the insurance company. I mean the car is already there taken apart and all.....but you wont fix it. Must say i am fairly disappointed

I want to give a great thank you to Teresa, She took her time with my call and gave me the right options for the work that needed to be done on my vehicle. I appreciate the time she took to walk me though the steps and HIGHLY suggest this store. I hope they keep up the good work and the professionalism conducted by each staff and they were very understanding with me and my personal situation during this time to get my vehicle in the right hands.

My experience with service king Decatur was very good even though my insurance company would not fix my car and just seen it as a total loss (rolling my eyes ). Service king was very willing to fix my car the staff was very helpful and nice but two of your employees stood out the most Jalisa sorry if I spelled it wrong and Brandon these two really took time out to make my experience very nice my feelings was very hurt when I found out the insurance company was not going to fix my car but Jalisa was very sweet and her kind words was very helpful Thank you Jalisa you are what we call a Angel please all of you keep doing what you're doing cause it helps and goes a long way Thank you Service king.

Great experience. Kiry was my Service Advisor, he was very detailed and answered all my questions. He was very through in keeping me informed over the progress of my repairs via text and email.The work was great. I had a lovely experience. I will definitely return when ever my vehicle needs repair.

Update 12/4/2020: I d like to take a moment to update my review. After my previous experience the manager, Jason Abbott, promptly reached out to me. He listened to me and overall did everything he could to rectify the situation. He informed me the service king is now under his management and he will be doing his best ensure quality work and customer satisfaction.Mr. Abbott reached out to remedy my experience and did his best to help me,so I m updating my review because I truly felt valued as a customer.9/28/2020: Where to begin. I initially dropped my car off at the Decatur location only for them to turn me away and tell me to go to the Lawrenceville location instead. Well turns out the staff didn t pay attention as I m a USAA customer and can only have my car serviced at the Decatur location. So without telling me, the Decatur service king took my car from the Lawrenceville location. On top of that I dropped my car of 9/28 for just comestic damage and received almost 3 MONTHS LATER! For weeks the shop kept telling my car was in the paint department and I was wondering when I d ever get my car back. The shop also did not check in with USAA or the rental car company about the completion status of the work so I had to always update both my insurance and enterprise which was very frustrating since the shop was always changing the completion date! So when it was finally time for me to retrieve my car from service king, the service king tried to overcharge me! I know what my deductible is and USAA is very thorough when they send paperwork, yet the employee wanted to tell me that I had to pay more. So instead of arguing with them, I had to again call USAA and have them explain to the service king information they should have already known. This entire process was tedious and drawn out. You would ve thought my car had been totaled with the amount of time and effort it took to repair it. They could ve at least offer to vacuum/clean my vehicle as a courtesy instead they just giving providing excuses as to this whole mess. It s such a shame because service king in Texas was very efficient and customer service was great. It s disappointing that same level of work does not transfer to all branches.

My vehicle was damaged and needed repairs. So the insurance company had me taken in to service king for repairs. Oh by the way I don't do surveys but I could not pass this one up. Kiry my service advisor was so polite and professional he treated my baby( CAR) like it was his own car. The place was very bright and clean . Marley at the Front desk was vey helpful and delightful. The whole experience was absolutely remarkable service king keep up the good work. The standard survey1. 10 2. 10 3 .yes 4. yes 5. 10 6. 10 7. no .8 yesLord please don't let me have to have anymore work done but if l have to l will take back there .

The team at this location is top notch. Curry, Kiry and Joe are excellent in their service. The receptionist at the front desk is welcoming and kind. She sets the tone for a great experience. UPDATE: I have never had to return a car for more repairs that could not be done right regardless of which Service King location I used, Tucker or Decatur, Georgia - AWFUL and stay away!

I was very reluctant to take my car to this repair center.I'm glad I gave them a chance.The young lady at front desk has a good spirit.Even on the phone. I hope that service king is paying her her true worth/value. She delivered in regard to customer service.Mr. Henderson was my assigned technician. He is a very nice young man. He communicated regularly with updates on my vehicle repair.Give service king at this location a chance, I'm glad I did.

After a hit & run, my rear bumper was left to be repaired. Kiry was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. My car was ready early and they did an EXCELLENT job. You can't even tell it was ever hit. They even surprised us with a nice to go gift basket and even detailed our car! Thank you!

I really appreciate Mr. Vinny for his awesome customer service. He explained everything step by step about the repairs on my vehicle since I do not know nothing about cars lol. My vehicle looks good as new like I never had any damage. I recommend anybody who need their vehicle repair to come to this location.

I learned that my hands free phone holder falls under the "valuables" clause and that I should have removed it from my car, since it is missing after pickup.Pros: Marley is nice; my car is fixed, it was cleaned, the shop is under 2 miles from my home; the overall quality of the actual repair is good.Cons: It took over 2 weeks for what a pretty minor repair; the check from my adjuster was $1,400.I called to report that my new hands free holder was missing. Someone checked with the detail person who instructed me to look under the seats, in the back hatch, behind the seats, etc. I did. I called back to say it's missing. Spoke with the manager and found out that the form I signed about removing valuables covers the phone holder. Who Knew? No diamonds, no cash, no technology devices, no expensive clothes...Nope. A phone holder.So my rating turns into 2 stars because of the several supposedly scenarios that explain my loss. It possibly fell out during repair and was swept up with "trash" is my favorite. A brand new 5 star rated (by hundreds of reviewers) suction cup device "fell" off the windshield and leaped to the ground from the center of my windshield, and no one working on my vehicle thought it might belong to my car. Something as large as a suction cup phone holder may have been mistaken for trash.At any rate, all you will get is a lesson on the valuables disclaimer and their security processes.I claim all the responses roaming through your heads, such as I should have removed it, this is no time in our history to be bothered by a $35 phone holder, get over it, lady, etc. I will purchase another holder because of the careless or shady person inside my car. This is merely information for the person looking to choose a body shop. I can at least hope the person was in need of food or medicine, and was able to provide that by my "valuable" hands free device.

When my trunk stopped closing Travis and Daniel were able to quickly fix my problem during my lunch break. They gave excellent friendly service even when it was starting to rain outside. Thank you guys.
