I'm going to just say this, straight ripped off! Brought my car in and picked it up in worse condition then they tried to tell me I need to drive for about 3 weeks to correct the problem!! WHAT! $500 upfront and wanted another $800 when I went to pick it up remind u in worse condition

I would give zero star. People be careful when dealing with this automotive they must likely gonna scam you and try to charge you more by making a fake issue and fix it just like what they did to me.

Didn t even get service from them but described what was going on with my 2013 f150 and he knew exactly what it was. Told me he couldn t help me but pointed me into the right direction. I trusted his intuition and knowledge to say he s a reliable source.

Went to Quick Stop Automotive for ac check. Eddy the mechanic is very dishonesty and very negligence. I will never return to this company. If you go you better check with the Better Business Bureau to see what you are getting into. This is the worst mechanic every. If you want to waste your money then he s the guy. This is a zero star.I have been calling and leaving message and Dave have not return my call. This tell me that Dave do not want to do the right thing in this matter. It cost me to repair what Eddy mess up and Dave doesn t want to make it right. Worst place every for mechanic work.This business never answers the phone. Never talked with Dave and he never tried to contact me to pay for what his mechanic cost me.Service: Air conditioning

Quick Stops Team are so very friendly and fast. (You don t even need an appointment)They thoroughly visually looked everything over and then completed my onboard diagnostic/ODB testing all under 20 minutes from pulling in - to back on the road. I enjoy there customer service and trustworthy efforts every time I come in. They are also one of the most reasonably priced in the area. This place is fantastic! Always a friendly face always a friendly attitude! Eddie is the one who Services my car and he is the best mechanic I've ever been to! I've been getting my emissions there for years and was surprised one year when they remembered me from the year before. Great people! This is a long post but please read!!! I took my Hyundai Santa Fe for battery terminal issues earlier this month which should've been a simple fix based on the advice of other techs. I've used Quick Stop before but came to Eddie who usually does a good job but on that day he was not in so I decidedtoTRUST Aqeel and his team to help. A simple fix turned into a "cracked engine" that he so called tried to repair but was unable to. My vehicle was not leaking oil before I brought it in but after the so called cracked engine issue, oil was all over the place. Telling me about gas smells coming from inside the vehicle when I was standing right next to Aqeel who was inside the vehicle and smelled NOTHING!!!! I had Eddie take look at it 3 days later to then tell me the same thing that Aqeel said. Ofcourse the engine is tore up, it was tore up by Aqeel and crew before they handed it off!!! I still had to pay for diagnostics as well!!! They have scriptures from the Bible posted up. How do you sleep at night knowing that you've destroyed someone's only means of transportation???? Then have the nerves to post up the good word?!?! May THE MOST HIGH/ ALLAH deal with you!!Aqeel walks around talking on his phone all through out "providing service". In his mind he is a BOSS!! A word of advice. Humble yourself and be the boss and master of your so called trade ans stop destroying people's vehicles. I am now out of a car and have to take public transportation and Uber. People are wicked!! May THE MOST High deal with you!!

Absolutely not....I came gave this Eddie person $1350.00 for parts and I never saw a receipt from whebbhe ordered my parts all he gave me was a paper that he typed up himself and also my car is still not fixed and now worse then it was because he did not do what he was paid to do now I can't get in touch with him at all it's been months

Always very good service. AB, one of the mechanics, is very sweet & courtesy. The best deals/prices. I've got new and used tires gotten my brakes replaced and tune up so I've been here a lot. Really good business. THEY DON'T RIP WOMEN OFF!Very genuine ppl. Once your are a loyal customer THEY LOOK OUT FOR YOU. Highly recommended!

I sent my daughter for an emissions test. They told her that she should drive the car for another few days because they were sure it didn't have enough miles for a test. It's had over 50 miles since last serviced. She came back and they said the wifi was down and to comne back in a few days again. It seems like these guys just don't want to work.Service: Auto emissions testing

Horrible Man was very very rude told me after I'd told him I let someone else work on my vehicle prior to bringing it to him hadn't done a good job this man only one guy at this shop at time I'd come in for him to inspect my car he then said I don't work behind no other mechanic wow just like that no stars is applicable for this type rude unprofessional attitude

This company installed my tires on my aftermarket rims 3x when Firestone wouldn't. I would definitely recommend them for tires that will not seal correctly on pitted or old rims. -Mazda
