The morning cashier is very rude and unprofessional AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED SHE TOLD ME A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER TRYING TO BROWSE AND POSSIBLY BUY SOMETHING IF I SAW SOMETHING THAT I WANTED. THAT IF I WASNT GUARANTEED GOING TO BUY SOMETHING THST I NEEDED TO LEAVE AND GO NEXT DOOR TO MCDONALD'S THAT SHE WAS TOO BUSY FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO BROWSE THROUGH THE STORE

I always end here because they always have my parts and tools even though I pass two other options on the way. Thank you for stocking your tool section. Nothing worse than being stuck and not being able to find the tool you need

OReillys Auto parts store associate Andya at the store located at3509 Covingtonhighway Decatur GA.Has renewed my faith that customer service is not lost. This young lady went above and beyond to help me with getting my product. In todays world to work with an associates who truly represents taking care of the customer was truly wonderful. Called this location earlier this day for a Starter for my vehicle ..I spoke with a associate Andia she stated that they did have the part. I gave my name and told her that someone will be there to pick up the part. The person arrive at 8:25pm the store was closed. I was on the phone at the same time with a associate Dave who put me on hold pretending to get the total price for me. He did Not state that the store was closed. Again..it wasn't even 9 pm. I called back to the store Andia answered I reminded her who I was. She said ...Do you know how many hours many that was (it was around 5 pm)...yea we're Closed. I said it's not 9pm . She hung up.. Sad!!!!!!!!!!

They really close whenever they feel like. Today they closed before 4:30pm. You knew how much they paid before you took the job, if you don't want to work then quit. Transfer all your parts orders somewhere else and save the hassle. Fire everyone on afternoon shift and restaff, problem solved sales will drastically increase because people will be able to get in the store during operating hours.

There is a young lady name Angel. Her name speaks for itself. She assisted me with replacing my car battery. Once we had the right tools it went smooth. Excellent customer service. She is an asset to this company and this store location

This was my first time here and they were AMAZING, Andya and Mark helped me with everything concerning my replacement battery and gave me a discount, I m never going back to Auto Parts or Auto Zone ever again, Only this O rileys location! Thank y all again truly brightened my day

Best place to buy parts they do delivery all day to the store, I order a camshaft oil seal for a 87 Supra MK3! I call around 10am by 12pm they already had the part in the store all the others auto parts Places they were telling me "it will be here around 1 or 2 days , Now I understand why they have the most and best commercials lol

My car died in the parking lot across from this O'Reilly. I went in asking for help and within 10m someone came out with start box. Bought a new battery the same day there. Excellent!

I ordered some part online they said it would arrive before 12pm so 1:30 I went to check if on it .I saw a manager Lt or what ever her name is,i said to her did my part come in as yet she said did you receive a email,i said no she said then no sir then it s not here with an attitude I said do you have any idea when it will get in no sir I don t I don t work for logistics is there any way you can check no sir your not hearing me when it gets in you will know in an annoyed tone.that not how you deal with customers I spent $500 with orileys just this month but never again will I return.

Replaced my battery! Nathan was very polite and professional! He removed old battery, cleaned post, and installed the new battery! I would highly recommend this O Reilly Auto Parts!

Most organized and clean O'Reilly's I have ever been to In My Life. The carpet mats were very clean and the floors gloss like if they were recently polished. Mark was helping me with a battery and he was very honest and helpful. I purchase the battery and later came back to purchase spark plug cables. He help me the second time as well and was always helpful. I think the most admirable action I saw was when I arrive to O' Reily and it was pouring rain Mark was out there helping a hopeless women install wipers on her camero. Service like this is diffcult to see in many auto shops.

appalled at the way they handled business, very disappointed!! customer service is TERRIBLE!!!! we purchased a part from Javi who told us we could bring it back if needed, (claims he never said that..of course). we went into the parking lot to work on the car and realized we didnt actually need that part so we went in to return it as it never even came out of the box and they REFUSED to give us our money back, pete got very hostile, came around the counter to approach us. then proceeded to call the cops and cause a big or deal. i guess customer satisfaction is not a priority here. dont plan on them helping you because their concern is not the customer.

My AAA road service & Auto Zone confirmed that I had bad battery, but O'Reilly staff refused to give me a refund or get a replacement on my warrantied battery. They will hear more from the BBB.

This 5 star is for the men in this parts store. They are knowledge and not gone send u off until you get everything you need. The women dont know nothing. If u in a parts store u need to know a lil something bout cars. All they can do is get yo parts from computer. My husband feels the same. I thought he was over reacting until i experienced it myself

I visited this parts store to purchase New wiper blades for my SUV. The window sign stated that the old blades would be replaced 'free of charge'. The elderly gentleman replaced 3 blades and bent two of them. I will not be returning to this store. The other attendant checked and found that they did not have in stock the 'Rain-X' blades I normally use. {attitude to boot}.
