The absolute worst customer service! First of all the women working in there are so nasty and rude. They are friendly and welcoming to the men but as I was standing in line I noticed when female customers go to the counter they don t even speak! So one of the worst ones named Tatonya double charged me for some bulbs for my brake lights. I only had that one item so I don t know how she didn t notice. But I did, so I went back in to just get a refund because I was over the bad attitudes and poor service. The guy who did my return was the RUDEST most miserable person! Standing at the front eating pork rinds and wiping his nose with his hands had the nerve to yell and talk to me any way he pleased. They need to throw the whole crew away and start over with some new employees who know how to give good service. I don t know how the so called manager allows this. Me nor my family will ever do business at NAPA again.

Update: 6/2023There's a guy that works here now that's OVER THE TOP RUDE He has NO customer service skills and thinks that he can just talk to people any type of way. He almost got into a physical altercation at the store. DONT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!! Or call to see if he's there. A truly rude person with a chip on his shoulder and bad attitude.First time here. Located on Memorial Drive, next to Wal-mart and across from a U-Haul storage. When I entered there was no one at any checkout. Then 3 young ladies came from the back. Very surprised and proud to see women handling a store. They were all nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I know if I need another part, I'll return. Check out my pics and video for more info.

Napa Store closed where I purchased my alternator with warranty, alternator not working after one month of purchase ,so I had to go to another location memorial dr in Georgia, I was told that Napa system aren t linked together so they can t see if I purchase the alternator & the other option was to call the store I purchased it from to confirm . I had the alternator with me with all the stickers that came on it and the lady said it missing one and walked off on me with an attitude. I didn t have the recipe so I pulled up my bank statement and showed them I did purchase the alternator & they said they can t used it next time have better customer service when people are spending their hard earned money you are there to service people . I will never shop at Napa again/ even Autozone has an email receipt option and all there stores system are connected . So what do I have to do ? Wait until the store I purchased it from reopen ????to confirm my warranty oh they just want me to spend another $162

Okay location I can normally find everything I need here you just have to wait for them to order your items. But, I ve been dealing with this location for years and I ll continue to use them as a backup plan.

i had one of the best service ever from any part store ive been and this was my first time at napa EVER .Special thanks to miss natilia for her wonderful front desk customer service and mr johnathan assisting me in some physical work on the car.Both services were excellent and i thank you .

I wish I could remember the young lady's name who took my order for coil pads. She was very detailed, accurate and very efficient. She left no stone unturned when it came to bringing my order that would be delivered a few days later. All I can say is she's the only black female working there the day I received service.

I was at the Memorial Drive, GA location and both Natalia and Johnathan were very helpful! Natalia provided great customer service and so didJohnathan. Johnathan even went above and beyond and helped me find a part that said it was discontinued by every dealer I called. I will definitely be making this location my preferred NAPA location.

They know their stuff and are polite and professional! Only suggestion from me is: If you order online, call to check and see if your order is ready (the day of) instead of waiting for an email to tell you. You just might find out that your order is ready before then! That way, you can get your project underway and out of the way! You'll thank me later

Went to Napa Auto today because I was having battery issues on my Genesis. Ended up being helped by the most knowledgeable CSR at an auto parts retailer I've ever met. Major kudos to Jonathan for a wonderful demeanor, helping to resolve something that could've become a serious problem for my family, and taking the time to educate every customer that came through. Great combo of professionalism with charisma. This dude needs a promotion.

They unfortunately didn t have what I was looking for due to dealership restrictions on certain models found in vehicles 2020 and newer, but they were quick to find me answers as to how I might find them. Definitely 4/5 service.

I had a part that was in warranty that failed prematurely so I brought it back to the location with my receipt on a Friday for an exchange and upon arriving was told the part was not in stock by the service rep. They stated that they would have to wait until the following Monday for a manager to authorize the part to be delivered from another NAPA store that had it and they would give me a call first thing Monday morning. Monday morning came around and I NEVER received a call from anyone so I called at around 3:30 PM and the rep that answered said they had placed the order for the part to be delivered Tuesday. Long story short, I called every day to check on the part just for them to tell me on Wednesday that they couldn t get the part at all and my only option would be to pay out of pocket for the part they had available so I ended up driving all the way to Stockbridge where they replaced the part without hesitation for me. Terrible customer service to say the least. They didn t assist me in any way, and made me wait 6 days for nothing when I could ve just gone to the other location to begin with had they been honest from the beginning. I will NEVER shop at a NAPA store AGAIN!

Waited over 4 hours for a part to arrive from this store to a shop that is less than 5 miles away. Called the store and explained to the rep how long we been waiting. She never even offered to call the delivery driver to get his location. Meanwhile I'm going into my 5th hour and still no driver .... Proper Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance (6P's)

The location over Memorial Dr. In Decatur ,Ga. Has the worst woman that help NOTHING !!! Was so frustrating to be there whit a necesity of a tool and she took a lot time to go down and act like a jerk ... NEVER WILL BE BACK THER NOR MY PEOPLE ...

Poor service when I needed to do a return recently. The woman at the counter "helping" was no help at all. When I told her the problem I had with a part she didn't say "I'm so sorry you had trouble. What can we do to make it right?"She obviously had no desire to help and even questioned my integrity when I told her what was wrong with the item.These people could take a lesson from Amazon's customer service department.Avoid this place if you want to be treated with respect.

Young sales counter person was more interested in his phone than selling parts. I got home and had the wrong parts he pulled for my vehicle. O'Reilly's got it right the 1st time.

Needed to order part from another Napa store. Required an $8 shipping charge, more than the cost of the requested part. Instead went to nearby AutoZone and ordered the exact same part for less and free shipping.

They have the motor oils and fluids necessary for European vehicles not found in other parts stores. Motorcycle oil for Italian bikes, motor oil for rotary engines from Japan. Japanese motor oil.

The best NAPA auto parts store is on Indian Trail just before Lawrenceville Highway and the transition to Killian Hill. The store on Memorial that I shopped at today does not exhibit the same level of service that the previously mentioned store does. They tried to correct issue, buts it's pretty hard to undo a tactic like bait and switch. They told me they sold Phillips HID bulbs, but the NAPA branded ones they have are made in Korea. Should have been straight with me on the phone. I ended up with Flosser, which are either Phillips made seconds or GE made. Flosser bulbs are made in Germany at least, and look exactly like Phillips...seconds due to cosmetic or minor no functional defects, so should be fine. Bottom line, not all NAPA are the same!

Need to train the employees better you ask them a question about part they tell you they don't have it then call back and speak to a manager that's when the part is there if they cant help you give the phone to someone else

Very friendly Customer Service representative. As soon as I walked into the Store, someone asked if I needed any help. I was in the Store for a short period of time and I walked out with my item very quickly. Thank you.

The personal was very informative, they was very helpful they gave me some tips on how much air to put in my tires, and showed me that it tells you on the tire the amount of air to place in the tires. Way to go NAPA!

The old man that does deliveries, Welbert or whatever his name starts with a "W" has a very bad attitude... He is old and needs to be fired, awful dealing with him on commercial accounts... We are running businesses and have to deal with him acting like he doesn't want to be at work... We don't want to deal with him, do not come back to our store.
