We love Nalley BMW of Decatur!! This is our 5th vehicle we have bought from them. Hands down always an easy, stress free transaction! Cam Estrada, Bryan Albrecht and Deon Moon make a great team! We come back for them and how well we re treated! I really can t say enough about these guys!

Went on a rainy day to test drive a few cars I saw online. I waited to speak with Summer since she is so highly recommended and I couldn't have been happier dealing with her. She was so down to earth and easy to deal with. I even wound up LOVING a car that I didn't even want to look at!! I had to come back with my husband to trade in my car and Summer and Thurman had everything all set and ready to go which made the process so much easier! I highly recommend these 2 if you are in the market for a new car!Thanks girl, I love the car!!

Great experience getting my i4 from Nalley BMW. The staff is excellent all around and they re ready to put in the work to get your business. Elmer in particular was very helpful as I was picking up my car. He took the time to sit in the car with me and made sure I have my BMW customised just the way I want it. Awesome experience!

Summer worked with me to secure a mutually acceptable deal. She is one of the friendliest professionals I have ever dealt with. I was a little hesitant to drive all the way to Decatur for a prospective car but it was worth it. The sales manager was pleasant and the deal was secured in less than 30 minutes. An absolutely positive experience!! Nalley dealerships are definitely worth the trip!

Great car buying experience. We purchased a CPO car and the entire deal was top-notch. We worked with Derick, and he kept us up to date with photos and answering our questions. We flew in from out of state to finalize the deal and had no issues whatsoever. Derick took time to walk us thru the car's features and helped us set up new accounts. Will certainly consider them for our future car needs.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Nalley BMW of Decatur. From the moment I walked into the dealership, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. My salesperson Summer demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Summer was pleasant and patient and answered all of my questions. I was so happy that she took the time to thoroughly explain the features of the car prior to me testing driving the car. The majority of these reviews are related to car sales and not actual service. I ve been a BMW owner for over 10 years and consistently serviced my car with United BMW in Duluth. However, I recently moved and Nalley is closer to my home. As far as service I wish I could give this 0 stars. Inexperienced mechanics with no customer service. Zach serviced my car and supposedly replaced both my rear and front brakes and rotors with brand-new parts. I complained about my brakes when the service was done and everyone assured me it was fine - I kept complaining but wasn t heard. Fast forward to today and 10,000 miles later, Nalley is telling me I need to replace my front and back brakes + rotors on a 2018 x2.Never in my 10 years have I EVER had to service my car after 10,000 miles for the same issue! Why do I need brakes + rotors after 10k miles and I barely drive my car? Really!? BEWARE no one here takes accountability but they will gladly take your money! I was not heard or seen here!! If you want a top notch service I will stay far way. Disgusted and disappointed is not even the wordGood luck !

I would like to offer a glowing review for the customer service that I received from the sales department at Nalley BMW. My trade in was a complex issue and I was fortunate to be in the capable hands of Bart Sturm, the General Manager. He invested a significant amount of time to understand my case. Bart responded promptly to all of my e-mails. He understood my concerns and needs and then took action. He delivered on his commitments and I m very grateful to him for finding my CPO X3. Marcus Mullins served as an expert sales advisor. It was clear that he knows his BMW features well. Marcus explained all of the options on the cars that he showed me and once I made my selection he sat with me to get all of the technology working just right. Thanks to both Bart and Marcus, I had a great experience and I m happy with my purchase.

I bought a CPO 330i from Nalley in May & had a good experience. I wanted my car thoroughly detailed & cleaned before picking it up. Chuck Hodges, the general sales manager made sure my car looked great before I picked it up. He was very friendly & made my whole experience better. I was told by my sales agent my car has a 36 months/36K maintenance package along with a warranty for 4 years. I scheduled it for servicing recently & found out the maintenance package hadn't been transferred to my name. I contacted Chuck & he is getting it transferred in my name which I greatly appreciate! Thank you Chuck & to the entire Nalley team! I would purchase from Nalley again & highly recommend them!

About a month ago, I went to visit Nalley BMW Of Decatur to purchase one of the cars on the lot. I got inside to speak with an advisor named Elmer Araiza who was a massive help throughout the process. There were some hiccups that I came across which delayed the purchase of the car, but Elmer was very patient and helpful with everything. If you plan on visiting this location, I highly recommend it because Elmer and everyone else working at the dealership were kind and helpful.

Summer was super easy to work with. We test drove the car and agreed on a deal within 30 minutes. There was some curb rash on one of the rims, and she had it taken care of while the paperwork was being processed to save me a trip back to the dealership. I ll definitely work with Summer again.

Excellent experience. Summer made everything so easy. I am more than satisfied with the service I received and would recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a car. Buying a car can be difficult. This was the complete opposite. I feel like they did all the work for me. Staff is warm and welcoming. It feels like you are buying a car from your neighbor or a family member. They really make sure you are good. No complaints here. They even had snacks and drinks y all lol That was a plus too. Thank you again Summer and everyone at the Nalley team. You guys are great!
