Brought my GS460 to LexTechs for an engine vibration diagnosis & repair. Maya was very helpful in explaining the costs & repair time. David B. was a wealth of knowledge & explained in detail the cause of the problem and answered additional questions I had about the engine. Jay P. performed the repairs and did an exceptional job. Thanks Jay! My car is very quiet and runs like new again. I'm a returning customer and LexTechs has always exceeded in pricing and service compared to the dealership. I took my 2002 Prius for a check up and seeking recommendations for what needed to be done to make the car roadworthy. I went with the scheduled appointment and they got on it within a few minutes. Give me a printed report, indicating all the items that checked out correctly, and the things that needed to be addressed in terms of recommended, and must be done items. The amount of detail they gave me far exceeded, but I could get to the authorized dealer for Toyota. Hi, I would definitely recommend using this Company for addressing any Lexus and Toyota cars.

I have been using LexTechs for years for my Toyota 4Runners as well as Lexus products (GX 460s, IS 500) and would not bring my cars anywhere else. Dustin, Huston and the team provide Lexus dealership levels of service and communication and the work is always done right, the first time, at a great price we agree to in advance.As a person who always used to think, "I only bring my cars to the dealership," I cannot recommend LexTechs enough and look forward to many more years of working with the team to keep my cars in top shape.

I love this company! They saved my RAV4 2010 (300,000 miles). They able to install the good engine replacement to my vehicle. This is much better and saver than the Toyota service center in Atlanta because the Totoya service center in Atlanta refused to install the engine replacement, and they forced me to buy another vehicle. Thank you Lextech for saving much of the money!

So I was awarded ownership of "Alexus" again after a difficult divorce. After being maintained meticulously for six years Alexus was severely neglected for seven months. Not only did the LexTech-nician do the required maintenance but now at 166,000 + miles Alexus brakes and rides smoother than when I bought her with only 18,000 miles! It's hard for me to believe too but it's the truth. It's like I'm driving a new car again. I only wish I had before and after pics to post what an amazing job was performed.Maya, Dustin, Devon and the technician(s) who performed the service were all very understanding during a difficult time for me and patient during ALL the questions I had; sometimes car enthusiasts like me are very inquisitive. Even if I have to buy a new car at some point I'll purchase it from LexTechs instead of the Lexus dealership and only let LexTechs service the vehicle.

I went to have my Lights fixed on my Lexus. Jay was the technician and what an amazing experience. I was out of there in no time, Jay went beyond his call of duty. Its too bad I didnt kmow about them before. I will be going back for all my car needs from now on. Thank you Jay. You were exceptional.

Tl;dr: This place feels more like a dealership looking to charge you excessive fees than a mechanic trying to make an honest buck with your best interests in mind. Read below for details.They charge to pull check engine light codes, even if they're doing work on the vehicle. That's usually an indication the garage will nickle and dime you since you can get your codes pulled for free at any parts store or reputable mechanic.I have an older car that burns oil, so a heavier weight oil lasts longer in my vehicle. I have worked with several mechanics in the past, including those specializing in Toyotas, and they agreed that using a heavier oil was a good idea. When I asked LexTechs to use 10w oil, they refused because it wasn't specifically recommended by the manufacturer.The receptionist was polite, but wasn't very knowledgeable. When they told me that the mechanic would only use 0w or 5w oil for my car, I said "use the heavier weight oil" to which they replied "ok so the 0w?"Any one of these things would be troubling on its own. But taken together it really gives me bad vibes. I will not be returning to this place. LexTechs is closer to my home, but ultimately not worth it. I'll be going back to ToyoTechs off of Clairmont Rd.Update:They lost my key during a routine oil change. Dropped from two stars down to one.Update 2:LexTechs responded below saying pulling codes was free. This is not what their staff relayed to me. I asked "please pull the codes when you do the oil change." To which the receptionist replied "I can't do that unless you pay a $135 diagnostic fee." I said "seriously? Orileys will do that for free. You seriously will charge for pulling codes?" She replied, "we will charge a $135 diagnostic fee if we pull your codes."Seriously...avoid this place if you can. ToyoTechs offers vastly superior service.

I brought my 99 Lexus ES 300 for a diagnosis of taking the car too long to start. After a day I was told further diagnosis would be needed to confirm the problem. $300.00 more later I was told that it could be a plethora of problems and to start with the fuel pump. After being told this Dustin reached out to me to ask of my experience. I communicated to him that I did not like my experience and that I was charged additional money to be told the same thing twice. He was very dismissive and had a snarky attitude about my valid concern. He said he would circle back with his team and go from there, never called back to close the situation. I had already paid for the service but what frustrated me was if you're going to reach out as a representative as Lex Techs and dismiss my concern what was the point of reaching out? I had brought my vehicle to them before and had a completely different experience but the most recent time was not good. I didn't appreciate Dustin's tone during our conversation nor did I appreciate him not reaching back to atleast close the case. Mya was great I've dealt with her on both occasions and she did an awesome job explaining the issues.

I came here after a couple terrible dealership experiences. We own Toyotas. The waiting area is very relaxed. They are timely with my service maintenance. We recently had a bigger fix to take care of and I was helped by Dustin. He had great communication. The woman at the front always does a great job going over my inspection and guiding me through what the day looks like.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am so grateful to know that my car is going to be in top condition when I pick it up at LexTech in Decatur. The staff are very helpful. I also plan to upgrade my car at some point soon and after talking with Jimmy I feel like he s going to help me find my next car. The customer service is excellent. I went in for a diagnosis that they charge way too much for 179 when you can go to your local Toyota or lexus dealership and pay 130 for diagnosis. They over charge for everything. I spoke to the sales lady and she said they was going to charge me 179 to fix my window because it didn t go up. I told them not to touch my window if I have to pay 179 for that. I went in for a brake system check. But the way my driver window worked fine before and after I brought it to them. They try to upsale you worse than the Lexus dealership for stuff you don t need. The manager Dustin said I got a diagnosis and repair for 179 and not one repair was done. Stay far away. Would not recommend they mess stuff on your car without telling you. I can go all day.

Dustin is a master at customer service. Having traveled from NYC on business, I saw LexTechs and took the chance at doing some repairs that needed to be done. I was looking for an alternative to my local car mechanic Lexus of Manhattan who gave me a repair estimate that was over $20k. Dustin looked over the car and quoted $3.6k for 120k service, Steering rack, o ring, trans service, alignment, AC, coolant flush, alignment, new key fob amongst other things. He took pics of everything, explained in detail the what was going on with my old but trusty 08 ES350. He did all the paperwork efficiently through e-mail using all the online conveniences that saved an enormous amount of time. His football star Elijah brought me a loaner car to my hotel after I accepted his estimate. The repair was done in early May 2023 and took less than 24 hours to fix. 6,000 miles later, the car still runs smooth as silk. It s now 9/11/23. Dustin texted me today to ask how everything is. What kind of car mechanic shop does that?!? I am blown away. I really appreciate their level of care to the point that I am trying to figure out how to find time to drive down there just to get my car serviced. NYC Lexus of Manhattan are outa control gangstas. LexTechs of Decatur are IN CONTROL and morally righteous. Thank you Dustin.

Way overpriced, so I highly recommend spending the time to find another mechanic. Customer service is fine though. We will not go here again.

The service I received was the same as what the majority of people mentioned in their reviews - excellent. They gave me a shuttle ride within a 5 mile radius and the shuttle was there within like 2 mins of them mentioning it. Shuttle driver was also very friendly and engaging.

Lextechs is a gem of auto service center find for me. I located them due to the overpriced and poor customer experiences at Atlanta World Toyota service center. LecTech's is the epitome of service excellence at it's best. Their prices are extremely reasonable, techs are knowledgeable and efficient. Dustin the General Manager is very personable and truly knows how to build long lasting relationships with his customers. They have done wonderfully with multiple services on my 2016 Camry XLE automobile.!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

LexTechs saved the day when my RX350 stopped working, I called them in distress and they calmed me down. Maya was so very professional she answered my 100's of questions with patience and ease. I absolutely appreciate the kindness, professionalism and service provided. This place was recommended to me by a friend of mine we work together we work for Swift transportation. And he only wants the best for his 4Runner being that I had a 4Runner he took interest in mind and told me if I ever needed any repair work done to it that I needed to take it to this location. I was kind of reluctant at first thinking it was going to be some type of shady tree mechanic work but to my surprise this place is very professional they get directly to the point of what's wrong with your vehicle they let you know and they fix it in a timely manner I was very surprised andsharp even though what little work I had done to it they let me know the work that needs to be done to it and they were up front about the cost there was no beating around the bush and from his 4Runner I like his whole setup and this place is the place that can give me that same thing so I'm so.Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Battery
