DK carpet & Cleaning Services was so glad Josh Allgood Used and new Tires ShopCame through when I needed help with my company truck. He was very fast and so kind and very personable and professional. DK CARPET AND CLEANING SERVICES DEFINITELY USE JOSH s AGAIN.

These guys are GREAT! Prices are good, and they explain everything that they are doing. I had another shop to sell me a bunch of things I did not need, these guys wont do that. I would recommend to anyone. This was also the only tire shop to have my tires in stock after hours of calling around with no luck . Best tire shop in town !

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I have been to plenty of used tire shops and I have never experienced such rude horrible service. To top it off they charge TAXES AND FEES but do not disclose that until they put your tire on and then threat you with police after you ask about why I wasn't told about taxes. Tires are sold dirty and semiflat, you will have to air them and they charge for that too.

I am new to the area and needed an oil change. I searched for Tire & Oil Change shops with great reviews and decided upon Josh s Tires. I did not have an appointment, however, the staff was very courteous and fit me right in. They provided affordable and efficient service and I will return to patronize this business!

This was my first time being serviced by this company in Decatur. I have a regular used tire shop in the Gwinnett area that I frequent; however, the posted reviews related to the quality of customer care that is received were outstanding, so I decided to give them a go. The staff is VERY knowledgeable about their product and provide amazing customer support. I was thrilled when I was greeted by the staff member that I had spoken with earlier that day remembered who I was from our phone conversation! Efficient AND customer focused. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you again Mr. Josh!!!

Great guy! He helped me very quickly and it wasn t a bad price for two used tires for our work truck. We saved his address in our gps just in case we need him again. Definitely quick and friendly.

I dropped my wallet when I parked my car at body shop next door. Josh was kind enough to deliver 30 mins to my home w/$390 and all credit cards intact. Customers, including me, sing Josh's praises.

I have to say a well-deserved review..I just installed some wheels and the alignment was extremely bad.Thinking it was all for they had quoted me $60 which was pretty good since others were charging 80.when the guy had finished he charged me less because he told me two of my wheels were already balanced and they were okay. other places would have still charged you full price. These guys surely deserve a 5-star rating, well at list the guy who was there.I would recommend this place.

Ordered tires elsewhere and he installed and balanced. Cheap. Based on tire size it was 10. Plus disposal fee of 3. Per tire. Everywhere else was 20 to 25 per tire. No lifetime rotation, etc, but well worth it. In and out in 15 min. Great guy too.

I got a good deal on used tires ($30 per tire). This included mounting and balancing. There is an additional charge for disposing of your old tires, which is not unusual. Overall I paid $141 including tax. I had price-checked around town, so I know it was a good deal. I think it can be confusing that there's an additional charge for disposing of the old tires but that's common (this is why tire dumping is so common in Atlanta). Overall I was very happy and the service was fast.

great price on new low profile tire . the only place in Decatur where i got the cheapest quote on 265/35R22 and I've been treated fairly good .despite looking at the other review , i chose to go there because they were the cheapest around tax included and by reading Mr. Anthony review despite all the charges he still got the tire because it was still the cheapest around and he knew going elsewhere it would have spent more.as a small business owner , i only see it as a misunderstanding and tax for me shouldn't be a deal breaker.thank you guys , i will be back.

I received prompt service. Josh noticed that one of my tires was about to blow out. I went there because I had a leaking tire. He replaced one tire and plugged a tire quickly for $60.

I had two flats on the same side of my box Truck.josh had the right size tires but they weren't heavy duty for my truck so he fixed both tires rather than make a quick buck selling me the wrong tires.he saved my work day and did me a great service! Will definitely take my other trucks to him.

If I could give this place a ZERO rating, I would. Last week I had a flat and was towed here because it was the nearest shop I could find. The mechanic spoke very little English, but I wanted to give this black owned business a chance. After paying $100 for 2 used tires, I didn t even get a receipt. When I asked for it, he told me you should ve requested a receipt sooner then wrote up a bootleg receipt on a piece of paper and signed it. I drove off and immediately knew something was wrong, as I could now hear a vibrating noise on my front tires. I came back and asked him to test drive it so he could hear the noise, but he wouldn t. He simply looked at all the tires and said everything looked normal. I went to a couple of other tire places and was told I need them rebalanced, a $30 job that Josh Allgod Used Tires should have done for FREE as a warranty. Had he taken the test drive as I asked him to immediately upon returning like I asked, he would ve heard the noise. But he half-assed the job and I don t recommend this place to ANYONE

I went to this establishment thinking I was going to pay $120.00 for a tire 305/40R22 the guy who runs the shop was not clear in all the fee's you have to pay. I called him to confirm he still had the tire in stock and was advised that he did. After speaking with him, he advised there was going to be a 20.00 install fee. I questioned the reason you would be charging an install fee if your already getting an 120.00 fee for the tire in which he said was New ( Mind you no warranty on the tire because its a new tire and a 305/40R22 ) I was going to leave but he knew i wouldn't be able to find the tire any where else at the 120 price. He then says he will charge 15.00 to install the tire on the rim not on my car because the car was at home in the driveway. So now the price jumps to 135.00, he takes about 20 to 30 minutes to install the tire on the rim after that we go inside to pay, he takes my card never tells me the price was plus tax or that i would have a 3.00 fee for leaving the old tire. So all in all a 120 quote turns out to be $147.45 horrible i would never use this place again.

Horrible tires horrible customer service. And completely over priced. Never ever spend your money here. Then when I calledHe hung the phone up on me. The owner. If you want your tire to blow out while your on the highway then you definetly should be here.

Car was shaking over 60mph, tech review issue and came up with a solution. Need brand new tires, but he got me back on the road until i could get them. Will come back for brand new set! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Thank you Josh for the excellent service!! Needed 3 tires, it was cold outside, he let me sit in his office with a heater while he installed my tires.. Excellent customer service!!

I caught a flat a few blocks down the road. I've been to this place before and figured I'd walk my tire down to get a repair. I sat and waited until 9:45am on a Saturday, mind you the posted time of operation was 9am and NO ONE showed. I call all numbers associated with this business and received no answer. I will not return to this establishment.
