I d like to thank Mr. Dorian and his team for their great work. My bumper was torn off in a hit and run Sunday morning. I reached out to Mr. Dorian and his team, he assessed the damage (on a Sunday!), ordered the parts, and had me back on the road by Thursday morning. I had a great experience, highly recommend their affordable and efficient service.Thank you again.

My Mercedes had a freak computer issue from a manufacturing defect, Dorian was able to figure out the situation within minutes of the tow truck arrival and explained everything to me in clear & honest detail. Then knowledgeably worked with my insurance company to expedite the claim and get me back on the road. Atlanta Car Doctor is now my go to mechanic and I ll gladly send my friends and family.

I recently visited Dorian to get some bolts removed and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. He was extremely helpful and made sure to take care of my needs in a timely manner. What really stood out to me was how humble and hardworking he was, he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work they had done. I have a Kia optima. My car had a check engine light flashing. I was told they did a diagnostic test and he told me to go to KIA which was the thing I should have done in the first place. He supposedly did a diagnostic test but there s no proof. He supposedly brought some parts but there s no proof.He truly lacked professionalism and failed to communicate delays and that is my experience here. I wouldn t use his service again. He s pretty rude as well. He s comment proves he s rudeness. God bless him.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I took a used car for inspection. The mechanic took his time, did a detailed inspection, both inside & outside. I liked the fact that he was able to explain me everything in simple language while he was inspecting. He suggested not buying the car because there are a lot of problems which aren t worth the time & money. I ended up not buying the used car. Highly recommend for a pre-purchase inspection of a used car. Thanks.

I had nothing but awsome experiences at Atlanta Car Doctor the service is excellant! Owner is very. Honest and knowledgeable and prices are fair. You get the vibe of back in the day when people were noble and deals & negotiations were created by a hand shake! And that is rare in todays times. Dorrian worked on my 03 land rover on two occasions and fixed the problems with no reoccurring ones of the same. I though he only repaired forgian cars. However he offered to repair my 1973 Chevy Laguna, he actully diagnosed and pin pointed exactly the issues were. However in having to hold off on repairs due to the transmission failed on the Land Rover. He was kind enough to work with me and start the transmission work on my daily driver so that im able to get to and from work...Not like other mechanics, hes about businesses however human enough to understand the unexpected situations arise when least expected. He is definitely a GOD sent!

I had a somewhat rocky start with Atlanta Car Doctor, but Dorian was able to make it right. I'm glad I gave the shop the benefit of the doubt considering all the positive reviews.The shop had closed for the day when I arrived for my oil change appointment. We rescheduled for the first appointment of the day for the following week. Once again, the shop was closed when I arrived, but this time he arrived 15 minutes later.To make up for the inconveniences, he comped the oil change and tire rotation. Much appreciated!For now, it's a 4-star experience, but I'd consider bumping it up to a 5 if appointment times are honored for future appointments.

I have been going Atlanta Car Doctor since I had my mercedez, they do such a great job with my car. Great customer service, great prices and he gets the job done. He always does my oil changes, I purchase brand new tires and even removed starches from my car without me asking him to. I will always be a committed returning customer. Atlanta Car Doctor did a great job with my car, Dorian was great, he showed me a video of exactly what was going on with my car and saved the old parts to show how damaged they were. I ve been told that I m very picky, but guess what I didn t get that statement at Atlanta Car Doctor. Dorian was great! Dorian was one of the best mechanics I ve ever been to! First place I went and didn t feel ripped off! He explained everything in detail and made sure my car was fixed - not only for what I came in for, but even the tires, oil, etc I m also out of state and I needed my car fixed immediately and he provided prompt service and was happy to help! I commend Dorian for his knowledge and expertise. My check engine light was on, and he immediately knew the cause but still checked my car very thoroughly before rendering a diagnosis. He listens to his customers and asks questions about things they have noticed about their cars because his primary goal is to please them by doing the job right. He does not believe in doing unnecessary repairs. Dorian, continue to do the excellent job you re doing. It s a pleasure and a blessing to have you as my mechanic.

Fast, efficient, reliable, honest, expert in what they do, AND very reasonably priced. I am amazed at their customer focus, service and work ethics. I am so grateful for this business for running to my help when I had a problem with my BMW recently. He was very fast and accurate with his diagnosis and fixed the problem in less than an hour and saved my sanity. Thank you Dorian Vivas for your great service.

If I lived in Atlanta this is the place where I would take my car! I was traveling from NC and had some complex overheating problems with my car. Dorian took the time on a Saturday afternoon, and went above and beyond to diagnosed the problem. He is trustworthy and a man of integrity. He will make sure that you only spend the money that you need on repairs and fixes on the car by identifying a problem at the root. His prices for his services are great. I really lucked out by finding him on Google! I highly recommend him! Thank you again, Dorian!

This establishment or hole in the celling is the most 5 finger discount shop that exists in Atlanta. Lover boy want to be name Dorian steal from his own family ifHe gets a chance . Please check dekalbCounty court and see that he even conHis own boy friend and among others .He lost my bmw key and not mentioningHe charge me $2000 for the work that heNever did on my Benz and try to hold the car as hostage . Please avoid, go to a real company, with a website , with a bathroom , with running water , and without the ceiling collapsing , that has a credit card processor.I drive multiple Mercedes, fair from broke , asked to have GPS tracker placed on a couple of my cars, that I rentWhen he hooked up my gps tracker for my Nissan completely wrong at that point I should have never returned, but I was trying to give him a chance , seems like he needed the moneyI normally don t leave reviews but this was by far the worst experience I have ever experiencedPlease stop charging Mercedces prices , you are not Mercedes, the wires were exposed , he used electrical tape, no brackets , no protective covering I had to call the gps company and have there technician tell him how to install it , 3 gps trackers took close to 2 months for him to install.I highly recommend you go to a professional company

Great guy and shop. Brought in a commercial Nissan Cargo Van for a simple job on a Sunday when he wasn t even there. He came to the shop just for me and did the job for free! This kind of action is what heals society . Will definently return for bigger jobs when in Atlanta! Thanks so much!

Dorian provides exceptional customer service. I was referred to him by a friend because I broke my passenger side mirror. I contacted him and within minutes he responded. He came to evaluate the damage the very same day. We ordered the part and within just two days my mirror was fixed. I am impressed! I recommend everyone to go Dorian for high end car needs.

Tried to replace the side view mirror glass myself on the car and this place helped me finish the job. Dorian's shop was open on Sunday and I went over expecting to pay a bit to make sure the glass was snapped in correctly.Easy going guy that had it fixed in no time. Dorian could've easily charged me for this job, but just considered it a favor. I will be giving him a call in the future for car repairs.

The airbag light was flashing consistently in my car. My usual mechanic was closed so I decided to take a chance on Dorian based on the reviews that I'd read here in google. When I pulled up, Dorian ran a diagnostic for my car almost immediately and told me all of the potential problems that would cause the issue with my airbag system. He then gave an accurate recommendation on how we should proceed with fixing the issue while making sure to only spend what was necessary to fix the issue. The following week Dorian replaced the clock spring in my car which ended up being he root cause of the problem. Dorian's customer service is over and beyond what I've experienced with any other auto shop. This has been the best experience I have had with a mechanic and I will continue to bring my cars to him.

Dorian SAVED us! Hope that you never have a car issue on a Sunday, NO one is open. After about 12 to different shops, Dorian responded and offered to help us, even though he wasn't technically open. He left what he was doing in the middle of a Sunday and got the water pump installed within a few hours. Very friendly and offered helpful information. Highly recommend! ...it's always hard to find a trusted mechanic!

I was stuck on the side of the road with what I thought was a dead battery. Dorian must ve seen the situation, while he was in the area, charger in hand and ready to help. He was generous with his time and knowledge and able to tell me what he thought the problem was. He arranged to have my vehicle towed to his facility, fixed the issue and even made it super convenient by personally returning the vehicle to me at home...all in time for Christmas Eve. Now, that s what I call service!!!

WoW! Where do I start? Dorian is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! He definitely goes Above and Beyond to make sure his customers are Satisfied. I was stranded in Atlanta on my way to Charlotte when I hit something in the road which made my car shake. After looking online at all the Marvelous reviews for Dorian, I decided to give him a call. He made an Exception for me on a Sunday and took me in. He scheduled a time was very punctual sent text msgs with status updates, drove around in the car with me to understand the problem. He determined the problem and provided me a timeline and estimate of cost and time of service. He's also very Professional and a gentlemen. He offered to take me back to my friend's home since my car had to stay overnight until we could get a part the following day (Monday). After the car was completed, he picked me up, we test drove the car and it performed Beautifully just like NEW! I am SOOOOooo Grateful and Thankful for his Professionalism, Customer Service and Focus, and Unbelievable and Unbeatable pricing (very FAIR)-saved me Thousands. I WILL be referring all of my friends to this shop. He is Excellent and Awesome in Customer Satisfaction.
