OK! I have to tell you about this little company and how they blessed me today! I m an airline pilot, so I park down in Atlanta in a secure parking garage that I pay for every month. Unfortunately, someone decided to take a look inside my jeep without permission. So I had to go source some glass today for the left front window. I was able to do that with Troncalli Jeep. Great service there as well. So then I started calling around randomly to find someone that was available to do the job. Jonathan picked up and 30 minutes later I was there. They started to work immediately clearing out the glass and getting as much glass out of the bottom of the door as possible. It wasn t a particularly easy job because of the door mechanisms so I was there for about an hour and I was out of there. So I had some cash with me and I can pay by Venmo or a card, that s when the surprise came he said no charge! He said he and his partner had finished their day and they just wanted to help me out. Tell me where this happens anymore! I have to say that this was a true blessing to me today and that I am very grateful. So my job now is to go find someone else to be a blessing to. That s how it s supposed to work right? Many thanks to Southern auto glass!

I had such a great experience with Southern Auto Glass during the replacement of my Mercedes' windshield. Right from the beginning, they were professional and really focused on making sure I was happy with their service. They worked with both my insurance company and myself to take care of this windshield replacement.Throughout the process, they kept me in the loop with regular updates, since my windshield was one that had to be ordered. Johnathan was great at letting me know how things were progressing, so I always knew what was happening with my windshield replacement. And they were really quick too, managing to replace the windshield without compromising on quality.What stood out to me was how accommodating they were to my schedule. Even though they're based in Dawsonville, they came to Ellijay to replace my windshield at a time and place that was convenient for me. It's clear that they're really committed to providing excellent service.I also appreciated how honest Johnathan was. He let me know right away that because of the impact's size, a repair might not look perfect and could be noticeable in my line of sight. It was great to have that kind of transparency.Overall, my experience with Southern Auto Glass and Johnathan was fantastic. Love these guys! Fast service, great price and Good People. I watched them install an entire windshield under the carport in the cold, wet rain in 45 minutes. What a great company with great customer service! I had a rock hit my windshield over the weekend that caused about a foot-long crack in the windshield. After searching around for quotes and service, I stumbled upon Southern Auto Glass. I called and got a quote within minutes. They had an appointment ready for me the next day and we re over $100 cheaper than all the bigger names in the business AND they came to my house to complete the job. Both gentlemen were beyond friendly and completed the job in 45 minutes. Tried to set up an appointment to fix a crack in my windshield. I was in no hurry to get it fixed so I let them wait until they were in the area to make it convenient for them. After a week, I called to follow up. They did not accept my call and actually started rejecting my calls.

I wish I knew the name of the wonderful gentlemen who replaced my windshield, it was quite a drive for them but they still came out and serviced my windshield. They were very efficient it took only 30 minutes. They advised me to not pressure wash it or get a car wash for 3 days but I can drive my car 4 hours after the service is done. I appreciate them explaining everything to me and they arrived on time. I m very happy with the outcome. Will use again if needed. Thank you!

Donny and Jonathan arrived promptly gave me a very decent quote to replace my windshield in a 2018 Hyundai. They were straight up with me that they would be able to get my windshield in a few days. They were good to their word. Arrived did the job clean quick looks wonderful. These gentleman are proficient professionals did a perfect job. Thank you Southern Auto Glass. I d give 0 stars if it were possible, had my glass replaced on 7/16/21, two gentleman came out, initially was suppose to be a repair but was told the chip was too big to repair would have to be replaced, i was fine with that, they removed the old glass and as i watched left a lot of the old black adhesive from the original glass.this was the first time i ve ever replaced the glass in this truck, was still the original in a 2010 silverado.less than two weeks go by and we notice our floor boards are soaked, truck has never leaked before and i knew it had to be due to the windshield.tried contacting the shop, only to never get a answer or return phone call, fortunately i had the number for the tech, contacted him and he tells me that it can t be the glass, i explained the situation and then tells me that the glass is back ordered.once they get a glass in he finally comes to see our truck, finds that yes due to the adhesive being left that the leak was due to that. he makes the repairs and i asked that the owner please contact me and to this day still will not get in touch with me over the mold now on the padding of my carpet.don t take the risk, one technician seems great and did all he could but owners don t care about what happens to customers vehicles.

Highly recommended this company!! I called on Monday and by Wednesday they replace the back glass of our truck. Jonathan stayed in contact with me the whole time. The guy gave me the same price over the phone as he did when he gave me the bill. He shook my hand, told me it would be done in 30 minutes, and only asked if my car was locked. In less than 30 minutes, he asked if I wanted to see the window and it looked fine to me. Told me to wait an hour to let it set and I drove it to Atlanta and back today; looks and works great! I'd recommend.

Not happy at all!! They "fixed" my front driver side window back in October... It kept coming off track and when a friend tried to fix it he broke the glass so i hired southern auto glass and they came and "fixed" it. It is now again off track so i called to see if they would stand behind their work. The tech made several appointments with me for every day last week and each day was a no call no show! I proceeded to tell him how incredibly unprofessional i thought that was of him and was assured that he would "absolutely call me on Friday and come to my job or my house whichever he had to do" to look at my window... Mind you it's been raining nearly every single day!! While i do have the window all the way up is still not sealing so now my Jeep is smelling musty.... And guess what? A no call no show yet again!! Now I'm going to have to pay someone else all over again to fix the problem i just paid them to "fix". Not a happy customer
