My personal experience with Matt and staff was excellent and he delivered as promised. Had the dings and dents of time repaired and the entire truck painted. The roof was a trouble spot from some previous dealer repairs but they took the time to make it right. Truck looks better than it did when I bought it.

Owner does not take any responsibility at all or have any pride in his work. Had the car for months, and when the day finally came that it was "done", there wasn't a single panel that matched and 50% of the car did not have any clear coat. They did not do any bodywork to the car like filling small door dings. They also added a huge dent to the rear valence where he backed in to something and did not fix. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner created excuses and blamed it on his employees, which at the time was just the owner. When questioned if he thought this was really acceptable, he undoubtedly said yes and that it was to his standards. How this man can consider himself a "painter" is beyond me, he is a hack and should have no business painting cars. Take your vehicle anywhere else, or do it in your own garage like I did, you are guaranteed to get better results than here.

Unprofessional and no pride in his craft. Didn t paint the rear bumper even though I paid for a complete paint job. Swirl marks over the entire vehicle, buffed through the clear coat and paint, runs in the clear coat, and uneven body lines where he piled on the bondo. Owner Matt Callanan posted on focus on dawson asking for hard working, reliable, christians to apply to work here. He a couple hours later took it down and is now saying he never said that? Astonished that people still are not accepting of other religions its 2022! Grow up!
