Always clean! Always, when I walk in, I'm greeted! Any employee there will ask me what I need and will get it for me! If applicable, they will also ask me if I need it installed. If my answer is yes, it's installed correctly with a smile Highly recommend this auto parts place!

The guys are always very helpful and knowledgeable about auto parts. I would give a 5 star but they only had one person working there today and people were lined up. Very slow.

These guys came thru in my time of need! Called ahead, they had my battery snd were ready to swap it our for me as soon as I got there. My battery was replaced with 20 minutes. Will definitely take my business back there. Thanks Chris!

Close to our house and easy to get to from 400. We get anything we need for our vehicles here and have no complaints.

I have been shopping at this store for the last few years and every experience has been GREAT! The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.The store is clean, always well stocked, and service is excellent. I will continue to patronize O'Reilly Auto Parts in Dawsonville and highly recommend then to others.

Jared is awesome! He took the time to help me find the part I needed so I did not have to strand my vehicle in the mountains. His great customer service and knowledge is exactly what I like when I goto an O O O O'Reilyyyyysss Auto parts! Yow!

The young man Reese was extremely helpful. I got what I could afford at the time. The next day I went back to get my timing belt that he ordered for me. I wanted to chat with him, but his G-ma passed away, so he wasn't there. This young man is a great hard worker, very bright & knowledgeable. He deserves a raise in my opinion.

Jarod (assistant manager) was super helpful with replacing my battery and helping me with some other things, very informative and great customer service.The other employees are also very helpful ive been to this store many times and each time left with a smile on my face.

I had a great experience I was needing auto touch up paint and they ordered it and it came on time. Some auto shops would not order only 1 can of the paint. I was so pleased

Excellent service by Troupe. I was struggling with installing two replacement lamps and he offered assistance and had them installed in just a few minutes.

This location is always so helpful and nice. David always goes out of his way to help in anyway he can. Its like a puzzle he needs to figure out :) I cant say enough nice things about him and all the staff here!!! They are wonderful!

This is one of 5 auto parts stores probably with a quarter mile area. I stop at different stores based on which one is nearest to me at that time. O'Reilly has never let me down with product, knowledge or service.Each other store always lets me down with either product on hand or knowledge of products. I still go to those other stores when I know exactly what I want and I know they have it but O'Reilly is my preferred stop overall.The manager himself is very kind and I always see him at the counter or on the sales floor. He is very hands on and helpful.

The time before last when I visited I needed to have some codes ran on my car. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and helped me figure out what I needed to order for my car. I always have a good experience when I visit.

This place use to be very helpful. Now you can stand in a line for 30 mins and get the help of a 12 year old looking up parts in a coloring book. The employees will pick and choose who they help in the line as well. I suggest the advance auto store up the road

On 400 South is a GREAT LOCATION. Very helpful. The Gainesville store all kids and LAZY..Ill never go to Gainesville location again...

I was visiting my son near Dawsonville during Thanksgiving when my driver side rear break light went out, so I swung into O'Reilly's Auto on 11/30. I asked for LED replacements for my 2016 Dodge Ram. Quickly the guy at the counter said they had two kinds, the better ones were $24 for a pair. So I paid $26.47. I put them in, checked if they worked and they did. I came back to Huntsville AL the next day. I noticed that my warning notice still comes on saying both lights are out, but they aren't. So I did some research and found out that LEDs can't be used without some modification.It's a shame the person behind the counter at O'REILLY'S didn't know that. Now I'm out $26.47. and still have to get bulbs and replace the new LEDs. Dissatisfied customer.

Not one bad thing to say about any of the employees. Every time we go in there for parts. No matter who I talk to they are knowledgable and find the right parts. This is the only parts store I will use even if the other stores around have the same part.
