They fixed my 94 Ciera to like new once more. That was the better part of 5 years ago! Car still runs daily trouble free. MB Resources rocks it down! They also fixed my daughter s car several times to like new! And now I have had the privilege of my second vehicle getting a world-class, outstanding and fantastic repair done on it as well. Five speed manual transmission clutch and slave master cylinder replacement. Car has more power, shifts better than ever, with a beautiful, brand new clutch. Thanks to this world class automotive group for getting it done again!!

These folks are great. I believe it's family owned, but when I have been there they have been great with all the customers. I even heard the owner work out a payment issue with a gal that wouldn't be paid until Friday so she was able to get her car fixed and goto work. You just don't get that kind of service anymore.

Great people who are super friendly and helpful...very rare when it comes to repair shops. Fair and honest pricing. Saved me a ton of money compared to what the dealership wanted. Highly recommend.

Worst shop ever I spent over $200 to get my axle fixed here and was making a piping noise it never made before months ago and keeps eating my tires wouldn t fix it said they didn t do that to my car. Then come back to see if I could get a little air in my tire so I could plug my tire my self in there parking lot and was told I can t have that going on in my parking lot by the boss and his son I know plenty of people go to this shop and have bad experience that was uncalled for if that would have been a lady the wouldn t have cared one bit After all the work that I ve had done there, it shouldn t be one bit of problem for me to plug my own tire in your parking lot and get a little bit of air But thanks for your air lol . Want be back

If I could give this place a 20 star rating I would. First off Every person here was beyond amazing and treated me like I was family not a customer. I called them asking for help and they squeezed me in by the next morning! Helped me figure out what was wrong with my problem I had with my car in less than 15 minutes. I had my three kids with me and they were treated like they were family as well. I have a appointment with them next weekend to get my car fixed and I can say I'll be using them in the future for sure without a doubt. Jesse and the others at this shop are beyond professional and are all around amazing people and mechanics. If you are thinking of coming here do not hesitate to do so, I know that I am going to be using them for everything I need done. A huge big thank you to MB Resources LLC! You have no idea how much the interaction I had with you guys today has made me feel that we still have amazing people in this world!

Best shop around. Being in the insurance/auto industry for over a decade I ve dealt with a lot of shops and parts manufacturers. These guys are kind, honest, and fair. I ll be back for future automotive needs.

I am moving across country and had some problems with my subaru. After talking with subaru and getting quoted almost 2 grand I quickly pivoted and found MBB resources. Thanks to the helpful staff (and big doggo) my subaru was taken care of quickly and for a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and cant thank them enough for the hospitality and good work. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get auto work done in the area!

Sudden cooling system issue on my VW Beetle - called them up and they told me to bring it in right away. They had it running the same day for a really reasonable price. And the folks there are super friendly as well. I couldn't be more thankful and pleased.

My son's car had exploded with a huge oil mess from the pressure, was smoking etc. We had it towed right down the street to MB resource & i couldn't have picked a better place !! I talked to Jesse on the phone & he had thought it was 1 thing, but upon further inspection, ended up being a mounting bracket that fixed the oil leak. He also informed me of other things that we would need to fix to make the car run better. I was so happy with their service that i brought them some Crumbl cookies..all the people in the office were fantastic & you could tell they enjoyed working together & they kept me & my son entertained. They definitely make you feel like family when you're there !!

Have been looking for a truck and the owner kept having me come by week after week saying the ones he had on the lot were sold. then he finally said he wouldn t finance to me because I was going to use it for work could have been upfront and told me that from the beginning instead of lying and wasting my time for a month and a half and having me come up there time and time again. The the receptionist woman is also a trash mouth who uses foul crude language in front of little girls.

Traveling from Florida I had issues with my 2001 Jeep TJ. MBR diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and had me on my way. Thanks to Shauna, Jessy, David, Carl, Cody and Chris. I may not have gotten all the names right but I can tell you that these folks are good, honest people that know how to repair a vehicle at a reasonable price. This is THE place to go for any car issue! UPDATE My brakes went to zero fluid on Wednesday (August 3, 2023). Somehow, I got from the Duluth Autozone, where I filled the tank up to the max line, all the way to Dawsonville, where the tank was below the minimum line. I called MB at 5:50pm & they answered, even though they closed at 6!! They asked if it was safe for me to come into the shop in the morning, or did they need to call a tow for me. I had just filled up the fluid again, so I told them that I would see them in the morning.Jesse and his crew got to work right away when I got there the next day! The diagnosis was a leak, bad front rotors (which they had warned me about 2 months prior), and 4 pads).With the quote, Jesse was genuinely concerned about the total cost for me but then worked out a reasonable price that I could afford.MB is a locally owned, HONEST business!Don't waste your time and money anywhere else with your car issues or maintenance!These guys will treat you like FAMILY!Thank you, everyone at MB

We are from Alabama and we were meeting friends in Georgia a Saturday when our clutch went out. Not being from the area, we were at a loss and our roadside assistance would only tow us 13 miles. I looked on Google for mechanics near where we were and MB Resources was close enough and open Saturday so I could talk to them before we dropped off the car. I took a chance and I was so impressed with MB Resources. They replaced our clutch and the price was very reasonable. We had also bought a top for our jeep. We really wanted to put the top on before we drove back to Alabama that night so it wasn't so cold of a drive. We were going to do this ourselves, but Jesse helped us out. We got it on in record time with�his�help. He even stayed late, past closing, to help us. The dog even helped!��We drove back home and were comfortable and toasty. If it were not for the wear and tear on our car, we would make the 4 hour drive just to get our mechanical work done here.Service: Transmission repair

The owner (I believe) was extremely rude and spoke to me as if I was stupid we had asked if he had anything for a decent down payment and he essentially laughed in my face. Will not be coming back to this location.Update: In response to your comment, as you being the owner, you just solidified what I had stated in my review. My wife referred my brother in law to this location because she bought from you a few years ago and the customer service was great awesome vehicle and all. But your customer service seems to be lacking as you do not won't to sell a vehicle and rip people off. So good luck with your business as a business owner myself you are a reminder of how I want to honor and appreciate my customers

They helped fix a terrible rattling sound. My exhaust was making thought it was my right side turned out It wasn t either way it was a quick fix took maybe five minutes they got me in an out. Best prices ever will definitely be coming back if needed.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

They have taken care of everyone in my family if you go anywhere else you re just plain stupid in the staff is amazing. Carl, Jessy, Roman and crew are the real deal. You thought good old fashioned friendly, knowledgeable service was a think of the past? Not here. Terrific people doing right by folks. Best used car place I ever been to great people and will bend over backwards to help you and make sure everything is great with your car I ve been the best people I ever know I recommend him to anybody that needs a car and he said he ll even mechanic work

Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful. Mr Carl is one of the nicest people I have met. Always listen to you and let you know what is wrong with your car if you are needing repairs. I have bought cars from them and I still own my Jeep. If you need a car or repairs to a vehicle I very strongly recommend them .

Great people and great environment. I ran into an issue with my car today, (I don t know much about cars and thought it was my alternator lol) they welcomed me in, gave me the correct diagnosis, and fixed my car within an hour! They didn t even charge me the labor costs for replacing the battery. Thank you for your wonderful service!

Absolutely the best automotive repair shop I ve dealt with. Carl, Jesse and Dave are the most knowledgeable people I ve ever run in to. All the staff members are extremely friendly and professional. They specialize in Mercedes, BMW, Audi. They work on others too like Chevrolet, Ford, Mazda, Kia, Honda and just about anything else you can bring them. They fix it correctly the first time and for a fair and reasonable price. I found them a few years ago and haven t used anyone else since. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone needing car repair. You simple won t find anyone in north Georgia with more professionalism, a timely fix and knowledge. Give them a try.... you simply won t be sorry. These guys are awesome.Jeff BuckCustomer

This place has been a godsend for me. You can't ask for better people to turn to when you have a problem. Carl and Jesse always make sure you are taken care of and get your car back right. All of the people working there are wonderful humans with an unmatched knowledge of cars. You won't regret doing business with them!

These guys are really awesome. Single dad here with a last then great credit rating. ( Like most of us guys in this situation) and they really cared and bent over backwards to make everything work. Thanking God there are genuinely good people left in that industry.

The owner, the mechanics and the girls at the front desk are all top notch! These people are simply the very best! The owner and the mechanics are honest, reliable, educated and know exactly what they are doing because they know cars! If I could leave 10 stars I would! Everyone went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. The old-fashioned kind of service and integrity that is nearly impossible to find any more today, is exactly what I finally found with MB Resouces.
