I picked up a rental the other night, and in the dark and the rain, I didn't see that the sidewall of my tire was worn down. Apparently someone previous to me had been driving with the tire almost empty and a screw in it. It wasn't holding air, so I took it in and hoped that they could patch it. They told me there could be damage to the sidewall from running it so low, but they were able to do the repair and got me on the road without charging me a dime! I tried to tip the technician who did the work and he wouldn't even take my money! I love discount tire! Such a great place. I always buy my tires there. Competitive prices and free flat repairs and tire rotations. Thanks, guys.

John the manager at this shop is the best. He is always there to help. I have followed him to every shop he managed. He had been moved from shop to shop to help teach other employees how to run their shops. Every employee I've ever run into told me how great he is to work with. When using other shops I have never met someone as honest as John. Trust is hard when it comes to dealing with help on your cars. He is the only one of many that I would truly trust to get the job done right. And if it's not done to your acceptance. He will work to make you happy.

Can t go wrong with Discount Tire! The Gainesville location is where we usually go, but we had a flat on this side of town and ran in. We didn t have a reservation (you can get one online though and save yourself some time) but we only waited about 20 minutes.Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and we were out the door in just a few more minutes. Best part, because we bought our tires from the Gainesville location, they didn t even charge us for the repair!This location looks new, it s all clean and sparkly.In a world where customer service feels like a thing of the past, we are always impressed with how we are treated at any Discount Tire location.

Got my tires put on before it work Drove across the street to go to work didn t drive until I had to go back home and as soon as I got on the road, I had a low pressureSpent 1200 and I m very disappointed that they were in more of a hurry to close then to check if my tires were put on correctly or had enough air pressure!!!You re better off going to Sam s it s a lot cheaper!!Do yourself a favor and never get tires here

I used to go to the Gainesville location and was so happy when the Dawsonville location went up. These guys are the chick-fil-a of Tire shops. Great prices, fast service, and usually never have to wait long after booking appointments online. Will always use them for tires and maintenance in the future. The staff in the Dawsonville location are always nice and work hard!

Lucas found a solution for my wife s van to our benefit and even added an online discount to save us money. I will definitely be back. Excellent customer service and upgrading us for the same price at no fault of his own is a great way to create loyalty. Thank you Lucas!

Wasted an hour of my life here because of bad service. Arrived for a tire repair, was told it would be fixed in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, the guy tells me he needed my info to get me checked in, which he never mentioned before. Give him my info and he tells me it will be ready in 20 minutes. 29 minutes later, after my car never moves and multiple other cars are taken care of, I ask and am told it will be at least an hour wait. Took my keys and went across the street to Tire Discounters.

Great website, great staff, quality work, with super speedy installation!The website showed me all the details of what I was looking for so that I could take my time deciding which tires to get. Then I placed the order, made my appt date and time, then went to pick them up. The tires were available for a 2008 Honda Fit just 1 day after the order was made!Went inside and was immediately taken care of. They gave me the receipt and were ready to take me into the shop.As I was guided into the shop, the worker offered to have me sit in the lounge or in my car. I decided to stay in the car as I wanted to see them work their magic!They did so at lightning speed. Each tire had a separate worker and they had a lot of staff to accommodate the workload! Total installation time was exactly 15 minutes!Only minor caveat is make sure to bring your wheel lock with you as that'll save you time and they'll make sure to give it back to you when they're done.All in all, great place and will go back when my front 2 tires get worn down.

I walked in and was able to get 4 new tires same day. The staff was nice and knowledgeable. They even looked up a rebate for me to save a little bit more money. I was surprised by the prices. They were very good. Overall, a good experience. Go see them.

I had a flat and was going to be late to work, and Anthony helped me get my car set up to be fixed and then DROVE me to work (about 3 minutes away) and also stopped by racetrac on the way so I could grab some breakfast. They then dropped my car off at my job so I didn't have to miss work. The tire looks great, and the price was also great. These people really care

We had a flat tire out of nowhere today, went here and didn t know what to expect. Amazing service they fixed our tire within 30 minutes, we were in and out! And they did it for free.

I have been a customer of discount tire since early 2000. Recently I visited the new Dawsonville location. I encountered the same expert customer service I have become accustomed to. I highly recommend Discount Tire their level of service and professionalism is top notch

Customer service at this location is top notch! I showed up with a shredded low profile tire and it didn t seem like they would be able to order it and get the tires on for a couple of days. An employee said she would go pick them up now from another location and have them for me today. Completely saved me as I need my car for work. Extremely friendly, great atmosphere, and they allowed me to bring in my dog while we waited. They went above and beyond and made my week. Highly recommend this location. The selection of tires is also great and they allow you to see all the options so you know you are making the best choice.

What a great buying experience , Ralph & his team are great . I wanted new tires for our Lexus convertible since they were 6 years old & I noticed some separation in tread .Ralph was able to get the Continentals in a few days , and the installation was very fast . These guys work hard , I highly recommend them .

Walked in my first time thinking it would be another disappointing visit to the tire shop, come to find out these guys are not only honest but quick, transparent, and to the point! I got my tire replaced and mounted in less than 15 mins in and out! Unbelievable check these guys out

Tires were ordered online and then in my case installed within 2 hours. The manager, John, was great in handling a mixup that his crew had with the tires and resolved it without any fuss at all. It is clear he knows what he's doing, likes what he does and is gifted in customer service.

I hit a piece of steel that cut my truck tire on 400 last night. This morning at 9 am I stopped by Discount Tire in Dawsonville and asked if they could look at the repair as I was headed to a appointment at 10 am. Chris immediately took my keys and got my tire replaced with a extra I brought within 20 minutes and I was back out the door. He even did this free of charge. I appreciate the customer service, efficiency, attitude and detail of work they always perform for customers and my family. Kuddos to the owner for such a great business model!

I had a nail in my tire and drove to a few places that wouldn't help me without an appointment. I stopped in here, and the gentleman came out before I could enter and got all my information and said they would take care of it. 15 minutes later, I was back on the road. The staff was very friendly and the store is really clean and nice. I will come here when I need more tires!

I blew a tire late Saturday afternoon just before they closed. We called and they said bring it in first thing Monday morning and they would get it knocked out. Boy were they right! I arrived at 8:10 AM and was done a few minutes before 9 AM. Excellent customer service. They really take care of the customer.

Every time I come here they have gotten me in and out in under an hour. Today's visit, I was going to wait but the tech heard me on the phone with my coworker and I really needed to get back and help so he took me back to work. That was above and beyond!! Highly recommend!

Today I noticed my right rear tire waslosing air pressure. I headed to Discount Tire Dawsonville. Was thinking they were closing at 6pm so I walked in and it was about two mins till 5pm. Noticed a sign that said they were about to close at 5pm as I was standing at the counter. I hate walking into a business when they are minutes from closing! It s about 98 degrees today and I know everybody was ready to go home. I told Justin my problem. He said we will repair it! He did not have to do this. It was already past time for the store to close. This is the type of outstanding customer service this store has shown every time I have been there. Very well run store!! Thanks Discount Tire Dawsonville Team!!

Since I ve owned a vehicle, I ve only trusted Discount Tire! The Dawsonville location is convenient and looks great and as per usual with Discount Tire, the employees are all amazing. The team has always worked with me when it comes to budget, timing, etc and I have never left with questions about a service nor a product - the team is thorough and thoughtful.
