Thanks to the whole team at Charlie s Tire Shop!! Ive got piece of mind. They took care of 8 tires for my 40 gooseneck and with great attitude! Great price on everything.

I understand that it's a used tire shop but for $50 they gave me a tire the had a nail already in it and then patched it up. Honestly I shouldn't have let them put it on my car but my family and I needed to get to NC and now it's completely going bad

Came in 2nd time to get a patch, the nail was within the tread, they wouldn t patch the tire and didn t have a used tire. We can t help that but they had a new tire for sale and it was an off brand tire and wanted $160. I think that is ridiculous. Hard to communicate because of language barrier. The first time we came in and get used tires, forgot to put my spare back in my car so I got a flat today and didn t have my donut. Didn t seem to care when we explain that.

Cross threaded THREE lug nuts on one of my wheels so I have to replace the studs now. Didn't offer a refund. DONT PAY THEM UP FRONT. Won't be going back here again.

They just replaced 2 tires on my Ford Ranger. Prices are great and they are super quick. They even fixed my spare tire and I didn t noticed until I got home. Thank you to Charlie s. We will use only this place from now on with all of our vehicles.

My daughter had her tires rotated and I came to change brakes. When I took front wheels off the lugs kept braking off one by one because they cross threaded them. They said I must have done it wrong and I said how do you take off a lug nut wrong? Maybe I over loosened them! I told them to check the backs which I had not done yet and there was more. I got a proud look from one of them that took them off until guess what. I guess you loosen them wrong too. To his credit the boss did fix back stud but that's it. Her hub cap also came off but I didn't even mention that. If you watch them you might be ok, but AutoZone asked me when I got new lugs if it was Charlie's. That says plenty.

My phone call was answered promptly, He really worked me in on a tight schedule and was friendly and his staff is as well. They take pride in it as if it was theirs. 10/10 recommend these gentlemen to anyone looking for good, honest work.

The owner Charlie is awesome. He was fair with the prices & his team is proficient & fast. I didn't expect them to be open on a weekend, but they were. Thank goodness. I was referred to this shop by a nice gentleman when I was at the laundromat. We exchanged bad experiences with a different shop. I'll just call it "LT", on Hwy-20. All in all, I'm very glad I went to Charlie's shop. I'll definitely be back.

Gotten tires from Charlie 2 years running and he always has fair deals for his used or new tires. Very good guy I had one tire blowout after purchasing 4 from him I was driving 5 days after getting them and he let me get another tire the next morning for my f150 pickup he changed it and put it on free of charge I couldn't thank him enough for keeping a loyal customer satisfied

Awesome place. I blew a tire on 400 called Charlie's and within 10 minutes he had me a new tire on and I was back on my way. Also Great prices compared to others Mavis tires quoted $97 Charlie did it for $40 put it on and all. Really friendly place and fallowing all Covid-19 regulations.

These guys are great! This is the second tire ive had changed there. I had a blow out and my spare wasnt holding air. I got a tow to them and he was running late we got there a little after 6 which is when they close. They still took the time to put on a new tire and had me out and on the road in no time flat. I would recommend them to anybody and will be going back to them for all my tires!

Fast, friendly, honest, and affordableI have never had an issue with this man. I have been coming here for the past 7+ years. If this tire shop was unavailable, it would be hard to find a trustworthy used tire shop.

Fantastic experience. Was able to show up to their tire shop when I had a flat, and had two tires replaced in 15mins. Very friend - easy in easy out.

Charlie a number one, I have nothing against other nationalities as long as they are as hard-working as Charlie he does a great job. Prices are decent. We will go back there before we will ever go back to Kaufman's. Charlie put a set of tires on my truck unless than an hour between me pulling up and leaving. And I would say it was closer 2 45 minutes

Had the worst experience here. Went there because I needed tires put on my car and he sold 2 "new" tires to me but come to find out the were dry rotted and were not safe to drive on, then my mom noticed my wheels weren't the same as the back so he stole my wheels and gave me scratched up ones.

Got all four tires changed here. They were quick and did a good job. Drove on them for a couple of days and noticed one of my tires was losing air slowly each day. Tried to put air in it; it had a bad valve stem. I called Charlie s and they would fix it then CHARGED ME to fix the valve stem on the tire they had sold me. Own the issue with the product you sold and fix the issue. Basic customer service.

Tell me one thing on the phone about price then change when I show up.the make up prices an overcharged for a used tire with a hole in the side wall of the tire..you'll have better luck in Gainesville don't use these jokers

Friendly and fast but mounting and balancing my 305s seemed pretty steep at 100 bucks when my local guy does it for 60 :( But they were open and we were here and had to have it done before the storm came in. Our local shop would have been closed before we could get back. Still they took us right in and got right on it so they are still getting 4 starts from me.

They took care of me and it was super fast! If you need new or used tires and want to get them put on during your lunch break or quickly after work then this is the place to go!

Charlie is a family friend and has always been our tire guy, his people are quick, smart ,very friendly, and his prices aren't rediculous like most tire places nowadays.

Got new tires there .developed a vibration in the front come to find out i had a bent rim . They fixed me up and got me back on the road . I will deal with them again with my next tires .very happy

Had two nails in one tire yesterday. Charlie s Tire fixed it in a few minutes for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
