5/5 stars for being a friendly ups drop off location. I always make sure to find something to buy when I come in to drop off my ebay sales. Picked up some griots ceramic wax today, looking forward to putting on the bike. Thanks again!

Called to ask if they had a part, told me they had two in stock. I made the drive out there for the part where they told me they couldn't find it and to come back tomorrow where they'll find it by then, after that the guy with the grey hair talked to me like I didn't know about my own car. Maybe he was just upset because I disturbed him while he was on his phone when I came in.

Kyle really helped me out today he deserves a better pay or something because he guided me step by step and took extra time out of his shift to really explain to me a lot of different stuff. And if you don t know Kyle you can find everything on youtube

I ve normally had great experience with advanced auto parts until today. No customer service and when I walked to the counter to ask a question, employee got up and went away. Every employee ignored customers. Left and went to auto zone.

Ordered wiper blades online, went by after work and they put them on for me and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Friendly people and very professional.

Horrible customer service. I've tried getting parts for my car five different times here. Not only am I ignored completely but the entire attitude of the employees is one that says I don't wantTo talk to or help anyone, please just go away. The last experience I had before this visit was a positive one and the guy actually assisted me and helped me out, he even replaced the bulb because idk how to do that on this car, so I decided to give them another try. It was a flat out BUST!! I will NEVER, EVER come back to the store in any county, city, or state!! The workers here are horrible!! I will only be going to O'Reilly from here on out!!!

Go anywhere but here. Particular members of the staff who s name i won t include are always rude and seem like they don t want to be there. If you don t like retail then get a different job or get a better attitude.

The store had what I wanted (last one!), but the shelves were definitely not well stocked. I had to wait over 10 minutes to be able to check out as the employees at the registers were busy with customers. I saw at least 3 other employees wondering around but they had no interest to getting me checked out.

Hard to haggle with these people, being well aware of the multiple tier price list and the counter persons ability to adjust and be competitive with pricing but this place sticks to full list price. I recommend ordering online & picking up at store, this way you can Google up promo codes and save 15 - 35%.

Went in to buy a couple of oil filters and stood at the register with my filters for almost 6 min. One lady was with a customer, the other 3 were too busy talking about what they were planning to eat for lunch to even notice someone was waiting to spend money. The commercial manager had to come from the back to even check me out. No way would I even recommend going here unless you have extra time to kill.

Went in with a dead battery and my daughter arriving in Atlanta from Germany in 3 hours. The staff quickly tested the old battery and alternator, verified the battery was the only problem and installed the new battery for me. I especially appreciate this service the to chronic back issues. Being a former USAF aircraft mechanic, I'm very critical of anyone working on my car and I can honestly say he did everything right. Next time I need parts or does read, I'll be back.

Worst customer service ever. I generally do not walk out of a place. The initiative and unwillingness to help is unreal. Will never ever go back with how rude the employee was.

Ive been wondering why I never get any speed perks when I spend hundreds of dollars here on a regular basis. Found out today when an employee here didn't ask for my phone number and instead, used his own number to collect my speed perks points...

I had a 2 second question. The older guy working there looked up at me and very rudely said its going to be awhile, I got to get the truck going and stood up and walked away. So I walked out and won't be back.

Friendly and helpful staff! Bought more than one person could take out so the gentleman behind the counter did not hesitate after handing me the receipt to help me haul my needless purchases out to my vehicle.

Big props to Austin for helping me over the phone & confirming that they had a battery for my car in stock & explaining the different options! More big props to Nathan who installed it AND tested my alternator and starter along with the new battery to make sure all was well! No charge for the install and testing! Outstanding friendly customer service!

I have ways gone to Advanced Auto but was highly disappointed on my last visit by a young man who was less than courteous. As a women coming to an auto parts store should not feel unwelcomed ever! There are other places to go if your staff can not even be helpful and show respect. Thank you

There is a gentleman known as sonny who works here who is a very smart and kind employee who helped me quickly get the items i needed for my oil change, very friendly aswell, there is another (i forget his name) but he is a younger gentleman who has orange hair who is also very helpful and kind

The customer service at Advance Auto Parts in Dawsonville was outstanding. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts first but was not even acknowledged when I walked into the store. I will not go back but the gentleman at Advance went above and beyond and told me that my vehicle was not going to leave me on the side of the road. Very comforting with 3 kidsThank you

Nobody is answering my calls. I get an advertisement od advance auto parts phone rings and nobody picks up and it takes me back to the advance auto ad its been 20 minutes no answer.

My battery died at the Dawsonville Outlet Mall. Got the battery and replaced it. Car still not right. Jonathan was very helpful and tested the electrical system and determined that my alternator was dead. They were very accommodating and allowed me to keep my car in the parking space overnight until I could arrange a tow.
