While travelling on 95 from Michigan to Florida. My Escalade lost a pulley and belt. And ended up ruining my radiator. These guys had every part I needed. And really helped with advice and a few tools I needed to fix it. Thanks for the help guys. My wife, daughter ,and two grandkids were treated very well. It was fixed and I drove a couple hundred miles to get home with no issues. The owner should be proud to have them.

I've spent alot of time in the Darien store on countless occasions. All the guys are always on point, and go way further than they have to . Ed , Suan , Dalton just to name a few , they've always went out of their way for me.I always look forward to seeing them their

We had a problem with our trailering light. It got destroyed on the road. Brian was so kind, patient and helpful and went above and beyond to give us advice and guidance to find what we needed. Very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and compassion.

I had an engine misfire on a drive up to Blue Ridge GA from Orlando I pulled over to this O'Reilly for an OBD2 scan found out I had an engine misfire and had to replace the first coil and spark plug i went ahead and did all 4 since I was under there. A gentleman by the name of Bill was fantastic help and was very accommodating allowing me to use almost anything in the store to get the car up and running again. Before we left I shook his hands and said bye he followed outside on e more and wished us safe travels and waved to us as we drove away. Great man with great character.

Great service! Meghan L took very good care of my husband. We were headed to NY and ran into some mechanical problems. O Reilly was the nearest store. My husband went in and she offer the best customer service! Thank you Meghan, for sending us on our way safe!

End up stopping here to get a set of windshield wipers for my car. When we were heading back home two hours away it started raining so my husband decided to replace my old ones. Was able to find what we needed and get back on the road.

The employee that helped me, Edward is the name on receipt. I just want not acknowledge this employee for being extremely helpful, professional and patient. I will definitely buy from O'Reilly's Darien location if/when I need a part. Thank you

Scott was awesome!!! Traveling from North Carolina to Florida.Needed a new alternator and Scott made it happen. He even helped install it after the store closed. Great customer service

I purchased 2 batteries here for my F350 dually. The prices were on par with all the other parts stores but they are the only ones in the Darien town limits so, points for that! I called to see if the batteries were in stock and asked if they did a free replacement at the store because I have bought batteries at Autozone before and they replace them for you for free at the store, no questions asked. The dude on the phone said he could replace them "if it wasn't too hard". Fair enough I guess, since these are basically just drop in, drop out, so I figured I was good. So I go in and buy the batteries, then ask if they might be able to install them. There were no other customers in the store and more than one employee so I figured it wouldn't be an issue. I wouldn't have asked if they were swamped or short handed cause I've been a retail guy myself all my life. When I posed the question I got a baffled look and a "uhhhh" so I just said or do you have a wrench I can borrow and I'll do it myself. Then like a switch flipped they said sure we have a tool cart right here you can use. So I loaded up the batteries onto the cart and pushed it outside to the HANDICAPPED PARKING SPOT where I parked before HOBBLING in with 2 BAD KNEES AND A BAD BACK to purchase the batteries. I swapped them out in about 10 minutes and took their tool cart and the old batteries (cores, for future reference) back and thanked them for letting me use their tools to INSTALL MY OWN BATTERIES that I bought from them that someone like AUTOZONE does FOR FREE WITHOUT ASKING. I then went to my truck to leave when I checked the receipt and noticed that I was charged 2 core charges for 2 batteries (which is correct) but only given 1 core refund. So I went back in to get the other core refund applied. After that all was good!

O Reilly is a reasonably priced well stocked store with helpful knowledgeable staff. Open seven days a week and it s late hours make O Reilly super convenient for automotive needs. It s great to have OReilly in Darien.

No one had a mask on until it was time to get my battery installed. They have to wear a mask at all times! Service was great.

Best auto parts store I ve ever been to we had some issues while on vacation and they were life savers the staff are friendly and went above and beyond to help us get back on our way I can t explain how impressed I was with this store and do them the justice they deserve

Bought replacement pistons for my 2003 Dodge Durango...asked if I would need any special tools to take the old ones off. I was told no...but when I go to start the process I find I need a star drive. So finally find one of those and then I go to read the instructions on the new pistons...the instructions have no english in them...none. End up losing a piece that goes flying off to who knows where, when. I tried to get a replacement I was told they do not have them, I would have to buy a whole new piece..$45.00. lost my business.
