Sent an email to them from a website. Jonathan Rocca gave me a call and he really worked hard to help me get my dream truck. Not just saying that literal dream come true. Hey and his managers worked over time and bent over backwards to help me meet a tight timeline. They had transparency, were always upfront and extremely timely. Truly appreciate their professionalism and extra work that they put in to go above and beyond.

Our prayers were answered today! Traveling from FL to SC, our car started vibrating pretty bad. We pulled into Hodges Ford to see if they could help. As with so many places, they didn t have enough technicians to cover their workload and were scheduled out to September 25th. However, with the help of Melanie in the Service Department, she graciously offered for a couple of her guys to help diagnose what the problem was. So right there in the driveway, they came out and jumped into action. After seeing that one of the front tires needed replacing, we decided to replace both. Thinking that s all it was, we took off again only to realize the vibration was still there. We called Melanie and she said to come right back. Again, our personal pit crew came out and found that the left rear tire had a broken belt. They immediately replaced our two back tires and took it for a test drive to be certain everything was good to go. We re tremendously grateful for God s protection and for the kindness of the team at Hodges Ford!

I set up an appointment for Oil change, chassis lube and generator service for our 3 Year old Entegra Emblem motorhome (Ford F53 Chassis). They got it in early and performed the requested services and had me out in a reasonable time. Very Pleased. They are the only Ford dealer that will do minor services on a motorhome.

Purchased a vehicle from them seven months ago. They never turned my title in to the state and now my title is pending. I have been calling the dealership for months with no response. Sally sound me the vehicle then stopped answering the phone to cover the mess that she created. The general manger John gave me his personal number to help fix the issue then blocked me. I m calling the dealerships everyday and no one is responding. To top this all of I am a active duty soldier who is in Poland, fighting for a country for people that refuse to assist me. NEVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP. Especially if you are a solider they don t respect your time or money. Now I have to come out my pocket thousands of dollars to get a bonded title, in which I had nothing to do with the issue. RUN as far away from this dealership as possible if you value your money and time.

After calling the local Ford Dealerships and a few surrounding dealerships, a total or 5. I finally called Hodges Ford, 59 miles away. The only one that would give me an estimated quote for a needed repair.They called me when all the parts were in stock and the repair was done within a couple of days just like they said it would be. Had never been there before, but I was treated like a regular customer. Nice to know there is a dealership that still understands the definition of customer service.

We waited in their service lounge while all four of our tires were balanced and replaced in a short period of time on a .Saturday morning while we were traveling back to our home in Ohio. They took us immediately and were very courteous and kind in explaining what we needed. We were out within 1 1/2 hrs. The whole team did an awesome job!

I've held off leaving a review for the year that I've owned my truck. When I purchased it, I was told that Hodges Ford would put all terrain tires on it to replace the street tires. I can't tell you how many times that I've talked or texted the Hodges manager and been told that they were supposed to be ordered and he would handle it. Well, a year later and I still haven't gotten my tires. If there's any question to the validity of this review, contact me and I'll be glad to send you screenshots of the numerous texts. Nice people, just don't put any faith in their word...get it in writing or have it done BEFORE you purchase.

I knew what I wanted beforehand and because I was well prepared in advance, I got what I know was a fair deal. It is important to prepare because it is the nature of any dealership to make money...how much money they make is dependent on how well you are prepared. Hodges Ford is no better or worse than any other dealership and I had a good experience with them.

Excellent Dealership to work at AND to PURCHASE from. I actually purchased my 2017 Colorado here. If you are in need of a car or truck don't let any negative google review turn you away. Excellent place to get service and warrant work done. My 2021 Explorer Platinum came from factory with a lot of mystery issues. The team at Hodges Ford, including General Manager, were very diligent in getting my issues resolved. Some of those issues have now turned up as factory recalls.

If I could have placed less than one star I would have. Took truck in for 2 small recalls on Feb 24, 2020, as of today March 12 still not back. The truck is a King Ranch 2019 only 8 months old. We were not having any problems prior to taking it in to them. Mechanic said transmission was leaking and now we do not know what they have done. Emailed owner 3 times and he has yet to respond to us. I asked for him to call me but no response. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. From the service department staff to the service manager to the owner none of them care that the truck has been there for almost one month!

I want to thank the entire staff for their excellent communication skills and explanation of everything pertaining to my new car. Darius Stevens helped me get a dream car. Darius and Kip LoPresti, the receptionist, treated me like a family member. I feel that I can depend on Darius even after the sale. Darius is an amazing sales person best at Hodges ford in my eyes!! PLEASE GO SEE DARIUS STEVENS IF YOU WANT A GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!

I was in need of a vehicle. I had been searching for about 2 weeks when I found one at Hodges Ford. I called on Friday afternoon and spoke with Ashley. I told her what I was looking for and what my budget was. She told me Friday afternoon what she could do and we scheduled an appointment for Saturday afternoon at 3:00. I got there, did the test drive and went in to talk numbers. Ashley made good on her word. She got me into my dream vehicle at the exact price that she gave me the day before.Ashley was amazing to work with. Thank you for all of your help girl. You are an absolute Rock Star!

I have had some GREAT experiences here over the years even back when it was Mike Murphy Ford. For myself and the police department I have purchased about $400,000.00 in vehicles here since 2014. BUT after my most recent experience I will NOT be back. Now I'm stuck paying for 2 vehicles since I couldn't get the one repaired which had problems in the first 5 days and still wasn't repaired when I got it back over a month later. Come on HODGES .... I know you can do better and I have seen better from you. Very disappointed.My phone number has not changed.

This place is awful. I brought my truck in because the transmission was acting off.They said the transmission was broken beyond repair after they took my pan off (the pan does have a slight dent) and said the transmission was damaged inside. They wanted to charge over well over 10 Grand for a brand new transmission. I assumed they were correct in the diagnosis but that was too expensive. I called other shops to get a better price. I went to another shop who looked at the transmission and said it only needed cable replaced. They also replaced the dented pan. I asked them if they saw any of the "damage" that Hodges saw when he's took the pan off and he responded that there is no way they took the pan off and the pan had never been removed ever. So in short Hodges charged me more for the investigation then the repairs cost and also they claimed they did work that they charged me for without actually doing it.The GM reached out to me asking that I reach out if there is anything he can do. I have called him many times left voicemails and sent a couple emails back right away with documents showing what the service department claimed to have done. I have had no response.

I had to visit Hodges Service Dept for "extended warranty" service. First, I was impressed with the text confirming, and later remindinding me, of the appointment I made a week ago. Then, after dropping off the vehicle for service, and before I could leave their store, I received a text from the Service Adviser with his name and contact info. Them a few hours later, a follow up text confirming the vehicle's diagnosis. All in all, so far, very professional!

Hodges Ford is the best Ford dealership in Southern Georgia. I live in Brunswick GA and was advised by my mechanic to take my car to Darien for a new water pump in my 2012 Ford Edge. They took my car in on an emergency basis and fixed it within a few days. Now I m happy I didn t overheat and blow the engine. Thanks Danielle and service team for saving my vehicle.

Not happy about the service here. They had the truck I wanted. I set a time to meet on Saturday to discuss terms, finances, etc. I also asked not to "negotiate " through text or email. They did the exact opposite. I was okay with sending photos of my truck and complete credit app. However, I was sent by the sales manager assumed trade value, and monthly payment. I told them no, and that I can talk about this in Saturday. The "dealing" kept coming in texts and enails. So, no thanks. I ended the deal. Choose a more professional organization.
