The people at this All Pro Automotive Repair business are the best! I had stopped at a gas station, on the way back from Jacksonville to SC, after leaving the Mayo Clinic, and the metal door on my car to the gas tank would not open. The All Pro people got it open for me, and I was able to get the gas and get home safely. If this had happened to me at night I don't know what I would have done. Thank you a million times to the kind and generous personnel at All Pro Automotive! If I lived in your city, they would become my go to for all things car. Best automotive repair experience in my 45 plus years of driving cars and trucks. Most orderly and clean garage I've ever seen. Lisa (I think) answered phone, super knowledgable and gets right back with diagnosis and price. I was towed in Sunday night, called at 8:05, had price by 9 and truck ready to go at 12:15. Driver's like new! I am 60 miles away but I'll be traveling down to Darien and All Pro for all my maintenance. Those guys are awesome! I'd also like to shout out to the tow company Hook and Book that towed me there and Josh for recommendeing All Pro. For towing service in Southeast Georgia they are the best.

Great job guys! My work truck went down most places told me it would take 3-5 days to fix. Truck got towed in Thursday and we picked it up on Friday. Again thank you for keeping the truck making money!

I'm not going to bash the team here. They always communicate and have been honest with me. They have a great reputation in the area and have clearly earned it. Unfortunately, a tech replaced my ball joints and within 1000 miles (4 weeks) my tie rod had stripped out while I was driving and I lost the ability to steer. I'm thankful I felt it going and was at a slow speed. I had it towed to a nearby shop in Brunswick. They specifically stated it appeared the tie rod was left a little loose and stripped free. While replacing it they pointed out my wheel bearings were shot and needed immediate replacement. This should have been caught by the tech at All Pro. In the possibility of it not having been left loose and it being a long slow wear they should have caught the tie rod and notified me that it needed to be replaced. I offered the picture of the tie rod to All Pro and asked what they could do to make it right. I was asked to stop the other shop and pay for a 2nd tow to All Pro. If All Pro agreed it was their responsibility then they'd pay for the 2nd tow. That's not making it right in my book. I held a few conversations with them and that was the only offer. I think as a business they need to address the tech individually. I think they need to make better effort to make it right when they make a mistake. I was not willing to have a 2nd tow and put my vehicle back in their hands based on such dangerous oversight. Again, not to bash them. I believe they do great work the vast majority of the time. I believe this to be a rare incident but a costly one.

I broke down driving back to NY. I called, they treated me with respect like I was a loyal customer, not a stranger. They were knowledgeable, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. Thank you!

While on a 3 day road trip from NY to FL my car decided to start making a horrible scraping noise while driving! I thought for sure I was going to be stuck for the night as it was already 4:15 - who was going to help me at the end of their work day? I called All-Pro Automotive, hoping they could at least take a look or a "listen"! Well, not only did they listen and look they also found the problem, fixed it immediately and had me back on the road within 45 minutes!! They were so polite, thoughtful and helpful! I would absolutely highly recommend them and would give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you so much for helping me so quickly!!!

Rick is awesome. He called the local motel to arrange stay while I waited on my car. He even had his employee take me to the motel. His staff is so kind and helpful. My car broke down here and he saved the day. A little on the spendy side, however he has the market. No competition. Very good service. I am truly grateful I wanted to add to my review....When my car was ready Rock sent his employee to pick me up at the hotel at checkout. My car was ready within an hour of returning to the shop. The price was very reasonable and service was amazing. I highly recommend this business Rock and his Crew are the best. I am truly grateful

Scheduled repair on AC, left vehicle at shop. Was contacted later to come pickup vehicle and make new appt for service due to scheduling error. 30 mile trip one way.Will reschedule and hopefully get AC fixed. Highly recommended.

As a single, older woman it is sometimes difficult to find service providers who do not try to take advantage of me. Here I never felt that they were anything but honest and professional. Their rates were reasonable and even lower when compared to other mechanics.

John and Rick treated me like a family member, helping me with a ride and even calling me afterwards to check how things were running! Quick service and a very fair price. My husband took his truck here to get his tires mounted that nobody else could do. They did amazing and even polished the rims. Super friendly people, they definitely won our business for life.

Incredible experience! We broke down on our way from Jacksonville to Savannah and saw that this was the closest auto shop. While we waited to see what was going on they recommended a great little cafe in walking distance from the shop.The waiting area at the shop had really comfortable chairs and everyone was so nice. We were able to get back on the road within a few hours and the repair cost much less than we had anticipated! We feel lucky to have been close to this place when we broke down! Thank you!

Great service!!!! what a great group of guys. They really are the best mechanics around. Might be a little wait to get in there but you will not be coming right back because your car will be fixed right the first time.

I took my daughters car to all pro for an alignment. They put it on the rack and said they couldn t get the right inner tie rod off and couldn t do the alignment. They charged Her $52.50 to tell us they couldn t do it. Whatever happened to customer service! She is on a fixed income and she is handicap! It ll be the last time It Will be the last time I do any business at all pro! Randy Jones

Very professional and informative. The first mechanic who has been completely honest about each issue with the vehicle I brought in. No surprises after the fact just a very up front diagnosis and good advice on whether or not to spend the money to do the work or to get rid of the vehicle and move on... Excellent place of business! They will be my only place I go for auto repair from now on!

On our way home from vacation we had a wheel bearing issue on our vehicle. They were able to order the part and work on it in a very short period of time.They were very reasonable and extremely professional and helpful.Highly recommend their services.
