I bought a new vehicle and didn't like the fact that the radio and speakers in it didn't play loud so I went to these guys. I was told for $360 they could put Alpine speakers in for me and it would make the radio sound LOUDER and CLEARER. They said it would take 3hrs to complete the job. Over 6hrs later when I picked my vehicle up there was NO improvement in the sound AT ALL. I paid right at $400 after tax and all just for my music to sound the exact same as it did before they touched it. I even wonder if they really changed my speakers at all. I called to complain and one of the guys swears mine sounds better but if I want it louder then I should invest in a bass box with a built in equalizer for $450. He says it will make my radio sound 3 times louder at least. I don't have $450 on top of the $400 I've already paid. If that's what I needed why didn't they suggest that in the first place instead of selling me speakers that wasn't going to improve a damn thing? I feel like they stole $400 from me by deceiving me.

Excellent service! Friendly and very knowledgeable. Also, very affordable. I went in for a radio install. They diagnosed a wiring problem in my vehicle and fixed it. I have had several people try to diagnose the issue but couldn't. Even the Kia dealership had no idea. Xtreme audio did. Great job, great price!

I was in the market to lift my 2006 Sierra and Jason and his team not only gave me the best price, they beat everyone else by $500 with a Rough Country suspension lift! They also treated my vehicle like their own. Professional, friendly, and reliable. They also installed an amazing new touch screen stereo system that made my older pick up feel like new. My truck now looks amazing and rides smoother than before. I definitely found a place that I'll use again.

This guy seem real raciest to me. Immigrants are not welcome in this business. I went there for a quote three time called several time but they never gave me their quote, every time I called they make some excuse. I think because I am a immigrant they don't want to do the business with me. I can't believe such business exist in beautiful Dalton.

I just want to voice my opinion and get this off my chest I took Jason my truck to install a lift kit and a set of LED headlights I immediately notified Jason that my passenger headlight was malfunctioning it has been three months later and he still hasn t tried to rectify the problem and of course his communication and customer service sucks so buyers be aware

Xtreme Audio & Accessories did a great job on my custom install. I've got the works: amps, speakers, sub, LCD, DVD, changers, rear vision, remote start, Playstation, etc. Everything works great and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I would recommend the business to anyone who is needing any sort vehicle electronics or accessories.

My factory CD player broke Sunday evening tuesday morning I went down to Xtreme audio and accessories got a quote to replace my factory CD player. I got a new kenwood CD player installed Thursday morning it looks and sounds great Jason did an excellent job in an about an hour he was finished 5 stars. Good job

i have never tried to hurt anyones business before but the public needs to know . i feel like i was ripped off badly. all i can think is man i lost so much money with jason . he told me my install would cost 250 dollars. when i came to pick up my brand new truck he charged me 290. saying i owed 40 dollars for spliters. i had them put in a lc7i box it turns factory car stereo into 3 sets of rca jacks. it needs 3 sets of speaker wires going in to make a channel for highs lows and mids. he used one set and that goes to highs and then put 4 sets of splitters for rca jacks on to that making very poor sound. i gave him a 4 guage power wire and a 10 guage . the 10 guage was for small amp to mids and 4 guage was for base amp. he ran the 10 guage to the small amp then stuck another wire 10 guage in that same hole on the small amp and ran into the big amp. one tiny wire 2 amps fire hazard. it got very hot. i had too go back and pull a 4 guage for both power and ground to my bass amp.then i had ot run more wires to my lc7i convertor. had to runmore rcas to the sub. had to take all those spliters out. also the power wire he ran was pieced togethor . wasnt even one solid piece of wire . had to go back down to his shop because wire was left off air bag causing light to stay on.had to go back again because center console was not bolted down. i just bought this truck brand new and then lost 290 dollars on it at this shop. what a awful feeling. use sound doctor. this guy maybe good for side bars on a truck but you have lost your mind if you let him touch your stereo. also he strapped a base tube to my back plastic using bungy cords looked awful. it harder to fix a poor install than it is to just do it yourself the first time. i only took it to a installer because i didnt want to take apart a 2018 nissan frontier myself. what a mistake. in the end i mounted a kicker tube to the floor . it is most excelent now. alpine amp infinity mids and highs. no more dimming head lights now that it has good wires. i provided the guy with all the right wires and equipment and he charged me more to cut corners. wish i could atleast get a refund.
