I was sorely disappointed with the service. I was given a quote over the phone and a bunch of hidden fees later doubled my bill. That's fine but then in replacing my tires they broke three out of four my center caps. I was not happy. They gave me 15 bucks off inn which had so spend 40 on my center caps. I will not be back.

One man was outside when I pulled in and told me they couldn't change my oil that bc they were behind yet I was already on the phone with someone else working in auto who just told me yes come on in. It might be an hour but they would do it. And they did. The 1 man outside just didn't want to fool with it

I went to get my oil changed yesterday and they noted that all four tires were at 35 PSI. So imagine my surprise when my tires look a little flat, I take them to the air machine, and they're at 23 and 0 PSI on the rear tires! And the specifications are for 44 PSI anyway.I want to give three stars but it's just such a small thing that could have at least been checked, even if they didn't have time to take care of it for me. And it's also a safety thing, AND now I have to worry if they cut corners on my oil change. It's a great price for the oil change, so I would have candidly even preferred that they put "DECLINED" in that section rather than giving me a false sense of security before I get on the road for a trip out of town.

Apparently I visited Walmart in "No one wants to work day " (or) "Everyone is looking a their phone day"I park and get out ask a guy in the garage whonI need to see about getting tires balanced. He points to the automotive desk inside and say I don't know you'll have to ask someone in there .I go in and told the guy at the automotive counter I wanted to have some tires balanced , how much will that cost, he says give me your key and your phone number. He walks out and take one look and says oh we can't put that on our lift.I said your balance the two front tires just slide a floor jack under it take the tires of and balance them. Its that easy. He's like oh okay..So I go back in the store and proceed to shop for almost an hour.I'm the only one who is having anything done at the automotive center BTW.So it's getting close to closing time at the automotive department, so I check out and preceded there oand ask how much I owe..The guy at the counter looks at me with kinda of blank expression and says oh sorry, we didn't balance your.I ask why, he's says because your tires are too bad.The tires were new and have less than 20,000 miles on them and are not bald or anything. I have Groves tire and auto in Varnell to thank for my going to Walmart, because I went tp Groves first and watch two guys spend 30 minutes trying to figure out how to use the tire balancing machine and trying to put weights on one wheel. After several attempts to try and figure out to use the balancing machine, they finally call another guy who works there and ask home how to use the tire balancer and he gives them step by step instructions. After attempting to hammer on several weights, he stops and whines as he says I'm sorry I can't do this ,you'll have to call the owner of the shop. But after several attempts with different weights the guy there still couldn't hammer the new weights back on and began whining as he tells me he don't know how to do it and I'll have to come back the next day.No one there knew how to change and balance a tire for a 1984 A Chevrolet van.Yet the place is called Groves tire and auto.I've given them several chances to do something correctly and it has always been a very time consuming frustrating negative experience and I usually have to fix it correctly repair it myself or take it to someone else for repairs. It's like I go in for one problem and leave with three problems after being charged a ridiculous sum of money for a job poorly done and that is usually needs to be repaired again way before it should.Im left having to drive my vehicle with unbalanced tires on the front until I find someone who can.Whatever you do, don't take your vehicle to Grives tire and Itomotive for anythingNo skilled mechanics there, just some guys pretending they know how to work on a car and overcharge for the laborGroves tired and auto in Varnell Georgia, sux, Walmart auto center is usually great, but wicked badly yesterday and last night.shops around the area also suck, Walmart automotive sucks and Grives tire and auto sucks ten times worse

Let's talk about the price point first. Walmart's oil change services are like a breath of fresh air for anyone looking to save some cash without compromising quality. I mean, who doesn't love a good deal? They've got competitive prices that make it easy to keep your engine running smoothly without breaking the bank. It's like they're giving your wallet a friendly pat on the back after every visit. But it's not just about the cost the friendly atmosphere at the Auto Center is worth mentioning too. The staff is a bunch of genuine car enthusiasts who know their stuff and are more than willing to chat about your vehicle's needs. They're approachable, patient, and hey, they don't make you feel like you're stepping into an intimidating pit crew. Whether you're asking questions or just striking up a conversation, it's clear that they're there to help, not just sell. And let's not forget about the overall experience. Quick and efficient service without skimping on quality is their hallmark. They value your time as much as you do, and it's evident in how they get you in and out without unnecessary delays. Plus, the convenience of being able to take care of multiple errands in one go is a major bonus. It's like they've got the oil change game down to a science. So, if you're on the lookout for an affordable, friendly, and efficient oil change experience, Walmart's Auto Center is revving up with everything you need. Trust me, your wallet and your car will both thank you.

I was the only vehicle besides the one that was in the shop that needed an oil change. I was told it would take an hour and a half for an oil change I did a slow spin around looking at what few cars were out there to buy an hour and a half and she made up some BS excuse about how it's going to be 30 minutes in there and they have another car ahead of me.The other cars that were here I saw employees get out of them walk into Walmart. What on Earth is she talking about. While I was here I witnessed another person to get an oil changed and she was told it would take forever also.Apparently they don't want anybody's business here they just want to lallygag around. Will never come back here again!!!!!

Wow so i take my car to Walmart to get tires rotated and balanced. Apt time 10 am. I arrive at 9:50. I go in and no one is there in the office. There are three guys out in the service area. I don t bother them I just wait till 10:10 then I decide to bother them. I go to the door the same one I came in and it s locked I can t go out! So I start calling the tire center. No answer! Finally a guy sees me and comes in yells at the girl who is outside to come help me. Fyi she is very rude! She ask what I m here for and I told her. She gets my keys and says they will text me when it s done. I start shopping and she calls and said she needs the lug lock thing. I come back and was sent to my car. I find my car not in the service center but in the parking lot of Walmart, windows rolled down, running, and keys inside. I get the lug lock thing. Roll window up did I forget to mention it was raining, turn my car off get keys and lock my door. Proceed back inside to tell them the state my car was in. They all pointed at each other like noone knew who did it. They said it was the girl. Well I go in and nicely tell her the state of my car. She doesn t say a word to me. I continue shopping. Ten mins I get text vehicle is ready. I proceed back to the counter and they say my bill is $57. I said no it is free I bought my tires here. Fyi the girl is gone but she walks out behind me and leaves. He looks up my stuff and said yes u r free so u can go! Im like worst service ever!!!!!

I needed to get my right headlight bulb changed. I made an appointment with them and they were able to give me an appointment the same day. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. They also did it in a very timely manner. I really appreciate them.

Perhaps the worst place ever to buy tires. Employees walk away and go sit in their cars, if there is a problem no one tells you. Only ONLY the manager has a clue of how to work in the shop and he is too busy to supervise. You can spend hours there and nothing gets done.

I hate using self check out. I don t work for Walmart and I don t feel like scanning and packing my own items especially if I have a full cart. This is the reason I do not do most of my shopping at Walmart anymore. They usually have one or two checkout people on the lane with a line. Bad move Walmart making it mostly self check out.

Nasty attitude, plus asking you to schedule an appointment days before just a simple oil change would not recommend .Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They do just as good of a job as any other place. Sometimes it's good to have your oil changed there bc you can shop while you're waiting which means you can kill 2 birds with 1 stone but there's other times when you really don't need anything but still have to walk around the store to kill time and before you know it you've spent $100 on things that you could have done without.

TERRIBLE!!!. I have been in several times to attempt to get an oil change. Everytime I get a ridiculous wait time and look around to see no cars in the shop area. The last visit I was told 3 1/2 to 4 hour wait and they had one car they we're working on. Will not waste my time here again. Staff is rude... when you can get them off their personal cell phones long enough to attempt their job of customer service. How dare we expect them to go to work and actually do their jobs.....I only put 1 star because I had to for this review to post.

Dropped of a tire to be fixed (mounted). Waited 15 minutes for someone to help. She gave me a price and printed off a piece of paper. Told me the manager would be up to write me up soon. Waited another 20 mins, no manager ever came. She finally did it herself...not sure why she couldn t have just done that to begin with. Gives me a key tag and tells me to have a good day. She hasn t even asked about the tire/wheel I m dropping off so I ask her if she wants me to bring the tire in or where to place it to which she tells me to just lay it outside the garage. I ask if they will call me when it s done so I can pick it up. She says they will. Did they ever call? No. I called 3 times to see if it was ready. I dropped it off at 2pm and it still wasn t ready by 7pm when I called the third time. Just sent my dad to pick it up (next day). He calls to tell me they can t find the paperwork to charge him for the tire. He even gave them the key tag that the girl gave me yesterday. He ends up waiting for 30 mins while they try to find the paperwork. Please tell me why this can t be reprinted from the computer? You d think you could just look it up in the system or scan the key tag to reprint this information. I guess not. He even asked why no one called to tell us it was fixed and ready for pick up. The girl says she left at 7pm. I get that she left at 7pm but someone else could have called. This is the most unorganized place I ve ever been in and the system (or lack of) does not work. I don t know how you continue to do business this way. Other reviews I ve read are very similar. The manager did give us the new tire at no charge due to the issues -thank you for that- however, being that I work in customer service, this whole situation could be handled much better and completely avoided if communication and organization was better.

I went for an oil change. I got my car back with a nail in one tire I went back let them know. they drive the cars close to an area where there are nails and construction stuff. Told me they don t work with this # 235/55R18 I told them don t have to be the same brand. The manager said Walmart doesn t work with this number anymore. they didn t want to be responsible. I went to another Walmart they do have the tires different brands but they do have that number.

Slow service. Too long of a wait. There will be 5 mechanics just standing around talking while 1 is working, turning it into a waste of 3 hours of YOUR time.
