This is a fantastic place to find a good used car at a reasonable price and, they do oil changes in other maintenance work there is Ask for Rafeek or Big D and tell them Wes sent ya.

If I could give 0 stars I would they are very unprofessional and don t tell u everything when u get a car, the lady informed me that I would get my tag in and I was informed today I have to pay out of pocket but yet the lady told me something different plz do not waste your money and come here very unprofessional

By far the best company to buy a car from. I have bought multiple cars from this dealership for family and have had no issues! They are very friendly and have great customer service! Would definitely buy a car from them again in the near future.

I wouldn't give it even a half a star sold me a vehicle I didn't even have 30 days and found out the engine leaked oil and when I told them they swore they would help and instead it sat in my driveway for a year and half and now they had to come get it because I got the law involved. I am now out 2500 dollars.straight ripe off. Never even paid the last nine months except fines for parking. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT NOTHING BUT MONEY.

I had a truck there and had issues getting my keys back to stop any work to be done on my truck. Had to call cops to have them release the keys and I paid them there money in full. But had to leave my truck so I could get the money up to get it home. But I never gave them any written or paper work saying that they could re start work. And then was charge or rip off. I was upset to the point to have the cops come in and made them release my keys. I would never gave them the right to keep charging after them having me call the cops. The only thing they had was my truck on there land. But some how after I got my truck back and paid them for whatever they did at that time. I'm the owner and I never gave any ok to start back charging to do nothing. I mean for the first. I was refuse to look over the work they claim and that made me call the cops to have them come into picture. And then had to pay for what ever they did'? And then what gave them the idea to start back'? Because I had to leave it on their land. But the older guy that was going to pay for the work didn't know all the issue we had. So they took his money and when he did get inform he try to get his money back and they gave him what every they wanted. But as the owner here I never ok any more work to be done. I had the cops come in. Plus I was refuse to look over my truck at that time. My brother was there on that day. But the shop never did any work. And then charge $1.500.00, plus the money I paid when the cops came.Product_Or_Service: Repair shop

I took my car here on a friday it stayed till late monday afternoon. I was told my radiator needed replaced. I went to pick it up and was told my termastate needed replaced. They had already put my car back together. I asked the guy will my car be ok driving till I get it replaced I had already spent alot. He told me yes you still have no heat. The next day my engine lite came on, the light for antifreeze wouldnt moved off cold. I couldn't drive it. My radiator cap was not on, it was sitting on the engine. Because of this on the antifreeze sprayed all under my hood. The next guy i called out to my home charged another 50 to replace the termastate and antifreeze. The part I was very upset they totally left out the termastate. Nothing was inside. I called them again and the guy wanted to argue saying I told you when you picked up the car it was stuck. And I told him I did ask you will it be ok?? You said yes. I had no idea they wanted me to drive the car with NO termastate in the housing. So I had to buy more antifreeze as it all leaked out. As for someone like myself that trusted them and they totally messed up my car. I will not be back . Please be cautious taking your car there for major work. I then called them once my car was fixed. And they wanted me to being it back. I could not drive it with the engine light on and no antifreeze.

I bought a car from here on May 15th, 2019. This was on a Friday, unfortunately I had to go into the hospital the following day and starting that day we had to get the car jumped anytime we had to go somewhere. My husband & I live on a fixed income. I agreed to buy the car because my other car doesn't have a/c and my husband has COPD. So as anyone knows this heat is not good for him at all. We spoke to several mechanics and they said that the PCM was bad on the car but the mechanic at this car lot swore that it was the alternator. 3 weeks ago I had the car towed to the car lot thanks to my step dad. So since I couldn't ever get the car started the mechanic decided to install a push button to start the car. Well we all know that was a good way to fry all the wires. I kept asking them for the key fob (but they said they didn't have a key fob) because I knew there was some reason everything was going haywire was because of the security system in the car. Well I went by there today and got my personal things out of the car. I pressed the button to the trunk, the alarm went off, I open another door and the alarm system went off. And low and behold Everytime the alarm went off the mechanic stood in the garage and would turn the alarm off. That tells me they had the damn key fob from the get go!!! SO LOOK OUT!! IF YOU SEE A 2008 FORD FUSION MAROON FOR SALE JUST KEEP WALKING BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE WILL LIE TO YOU JUST TO GET THE DOWN PAYMENT. PLUS THEY CANT EVEN GET THE CAR TAGS IN ON TIME FOR THE CARS THEY SALE. I Am SICK AND TIRED OF BEING BEAT OUT OF MONEY!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CAR LOT. REMEMBER IF ITS REALLY EASY THEN THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG DONT SIGN THE PAPERS.

This place is the most unprofessional buy here pay here business in town. I gave a down payment of 1500 for a POS CAR THAT LASTED ME 2 months and was in there shop for most of it. Car broke down on our way back from a family members. Costed us 380$ to Get it back to their shop. Rafeek the owner kept me in the dark for so long I had to go to another place to purchase another vehicle. Now going back to when I put a down payment I traded in a paid off car (transmission blown) he got 200 out of it. When I asked him for my money back he would then blame me for him being 10000 in debt and change the subject . My husband also has had a car from the same place....I stopped making payments and told Big D when he called me 4 weeks after I tried marking a payment for my husband s car no one was there to take it. He asked me if I wanted to make a payment (less then 1000 owed) I told him no that I feel like I have given them enough money (1700 in total) for this also POS CAR THAT THEY REPOED THIS PAST WEEKEN WHILE WE WERE OUT OF TOWN. IM LIVID.

Im setting on the side of the road not able to get my children from daycare and when i called to see what can be done i was yelled at and told im still responsible to pay for the car... Blows my mind how little they respect someone who is always on time. Its all about money to them and they dont care what they sell. Ive asked numerious times about trading it in bc of the problems and they refuse.

Don't buy anything here. They mechanic is half baked and will get your car running just enough to get a paycheck. All of the cars are barely running and won't last a month.
