This has to be the best tire shop in the dalton area. It has the most affordable tires and they are also very good quality. The service is amazing as well with very kind hard working employees. They also donate to vets from their profits, so coming here not only gets you a good deal but also helps veterans in need. The service also came with a free alignment and included rotation and balance.

I got there 15 minutes before closing they were excellent. Most people would be stuck up. Mean, because of closing time. The cost was 165.00 for a custom R.V. tire. Fact they had it, blew my mind. The manager was awesome and very polite to me. Work late. Had heavy duty R.V. jacks. You guys rocked it. Why I am taking the time to do this review.

Service is exceptional. Anytime I have an issue of any kind with a car. From oil changes, low tire pressure to replacing batteries and even when a light comes on and I don t know what it means, they listen to my concerns and address the needs efficiently and effectively! Chris, Freddy, Mitchell and everyone truly cares about you and it shows. I cannot recommend them enough!

After having a tire puncture on I75 they got me in and replaced my tire while I waited.They also noted my rear brake pads were very low (which I was already aware of).I returned about a week later and had the brakes repaired.Great service and the price is right in line for the parts and labor.

The team at this location was amazing! I was referred here Tuesday by a GSP officer, go figure, lol when my tire burst on the highway. Once I arrived, they took care of me from the moment I got there, had my spirits up because I was so distraught being 100 miles away from home and not being familiar with the area. And guess what guys I remembered my key lock for my tire and didn t lose it!It is safe in my glove box. If you re ever in the Dalton area I highly recommend this location for the excellent customer service these fellas offered.

These guys are Awesome! Got me right in and they went to their other store to get the tires instead of sending me over there. You don't think of Customer Service at a tire store, but Excellent customer service is what I received. I recommend you visit this store or one of their other ones. If going to be near Dalton, GA though go to this location.

Freddy Pineda did an awesome job with his customer service and support during my visit today for an oil change and tire rotation.He is very knowledgeable of the various tire makes and models out there. He also made sure I received information about a rebate I was eligible for. He and the entire team at this Tire Discounters are top notch!

Tyler has moved locations. He is now at the Thornton location. I will fallow this tech anywhere he goes. Took my car in for an oil change, dropped it off, and they called me when it was finished. No wasted time waiting. It cost less than half than going to the dealer to have the car serviced. Plus Tyler doesn t try to sell you on unnecessary stuff. At the dealer an oil change runs 120$ but as you are waiting they start adding all these unnecessary things and the bill piles up. Tire discounters is a great value, great staff, and if you want someone you can trust to work on you car, thats not going to tell you your blinker fluid needs topped off, GO SEE TYLER!!!

Came from Tampa in an Enterprise Rental had a slow leak. They got us right in the day before Thanksgiving. Great service great people!

I picked up a screw in my tire heading to Atlanta, from Cincinnati. I pulled in at 2:15 on a Saturday and they had my tire patched and me back on the road quickly. Thanks to all, especially Chris for taking care of me at a great price. You really saved my weekend

the worst place i ve ever been to i got here at 8:30 for a oil change and tire rotation and and didn t get my car back until 4:15 after they closed will never go here again.

This is a great shop and I have used them many times for rotations, repairs and even TPMS replacements. Every time I have been here they are fast and friendly and the work is top notch. This is what a tire dealer should be.

This by far is the best location to go to. We have been to several other locations and not had a problem but this one puts the others to shame!! Treated with the utmost respect by everyone there, they are fast and have the most competitive prices around. If we have a choice in the matter we will not use another location but this one from now on and I m confident if you give them a chance that you will feel the same, it s definitely a step above!!!!!

I ve been coming here since I moved to Dalton in 99, back when it was Johnson s Tire. Bought several sets of new tires and had multiple repairs done. The guys up front have always been great. New staff since they changed over to Tire Pros, but they are just as friendly. They are typically busy, so try to get there before they open, there s usually a line waiting at 8.

The manager made sure I was taken care of both while waiting and when it came to price. I told him I could only do 500 out the door and he made sure it was less than that. I definitely recommend to anyone and everyone just for the service alone!

Chris and team have always taken care of me and my family like we were their family. One shop that if you don t need a service they are not going to suggest it.As long as they run the place I ll be a customer.
