Extremely fast and helpful. Got a car and was told everything was taken care of. After looking at it. I only had 15% oil life left and my air filters were in horrendous condition. They fixed everything right up and got me on my way in a decent amount of time.

I ve been going to this place since I ve moved down here from Pennsylvania (2021) and I won t go anywhere else for my oil change. Love the crew that works down here and the management is always nice and professional. The prices is the cherry on top and if you double up and bring your own material you ve unlocked a discount.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Questioned my situation SEVERAL times. Talked to me like I was STUPID the whole conversation. Disregarded the fact that we almost got into a car accident after car malfunctioned in the middle of the fast lane on the interstate after their service earlier that day. Whom ever this was either owner or manager ended the conversation with, I already told you what I can do there is no reason to be talking anymore. FYI that is not a way you talk to your customers. Hopefully you take this into consideration before getting your car service done here. :)

Been using them for years. Fast and friendly. Last time they brought the traditional air filter and cabin filter for me to change. Said no to save a few bucks and bought my own. Over an hour later they were finally installed. Wished I'd paid OW to install them.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I would not go anywhere else. I love it, detailed receipt. The receipt tells you everything you need to know. They check out everything to make sure your vehicle runs like it should.

They put synthetic blend in my car instead of full synthetic like I asked for on two consecutive visits. Both times they were polite enough to fix the problem without charging full price for full synthetic which is more expensive than the blend but I still think I'll take my business someplace where these mistakes don't happen to begin with.Service: Oil change

We have used this place for years. We took our car in for an oil change and the young man who serviced it called my husband to the side and showed him a potentially serious problem with the front tires. We had not noticed it before and were so very grateful to him because our grandbaby is frequently in this car with us and it could have been disastrous. He did not have to point this out but we are so thankful that he did. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!Service: Oil change

The folks at The Oil Well are the best in Dalton. They friendly and do an exceptional job consistently! In my 10 years of doing business with them there has never been a problem with their service. I decided to come after work because they been too busy to get my oil changed under 2 hours and they CLOSED EARLY!I don't know how early they closed but they were not there at 4p (an hour before close).Sadly, my first visit here was my only good visit.I'll head down the road to Pop's Shop where they got me in right away!Sorry oil Well, we're breaking up

They were reasonably quick and even though my glovebox was damaged during the cabin air filter change, they ordered the parts and fixed it promptly. I have no complaints!

Been coming here for year, like 20 or 25. Have never had a bad experience. The people are friendly, nice and do a good job buy don't take too long.

They were quick and professional. There are four bays so even with a long lines, it goes pretty quick! They also carry many different oils you can choose from and top off other fluids. They also have an option of you bringing your own oil and paying less.

I call it my Old faithful of Oil change stores whenever I m in Dalton. I m not fond of their hours but everything else is wonderful. I ve never had any issues or high pressure sales tactics. They ve always been clear and upfront and hones with me.

Business details say they close at 5. I ve tried several times to get an oil change here, arriving well before 5 (4:40ish) and they were closed. Very inconvenient. Go somewhere else because they obviously don t care about your business.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went for a oil change & ended up needed a belt. The worker named Luis told me it would be a little over 70$ with tax. So I agreed. As I was leaving i got charged 120+. When I said what the worker told me. The lady at the desk got really rude with me. I will never bring my business back to this awful place.

Did a great job and really nice folks! They are very professional from the moment you drive up. They are not high pressure sells folks. They do your oil change let you know what condition your airfilters and other replaceable are and give you the options.It's no wonder all the other quick change places have closed up shop. These folks treat you right.

The service here is exceptional! If anything is needed on your vehicle, they come and let you know. Each one of the employees can tell you prices of nearly any item, and they can get you in and out quickly.

I've been a customer of the oil well since it opened decades ago. The service was great to begin with, but went downhill from there. However, this was a different owner completely.Since Barry has owned it, there have been zero problems. I always bring my own mobile 1 full synthetic oil and filter and they only charge me $20.00 to change it, which I find very reasonable.I can relate to the bad experiences mentioned in some of the negative and semi-negative reviews listed here at other places, but in all my experiences at oil well they simply don't exist.They're always top notch in my book.
