We had such a wonderful experience with S&M! We broke down on the way to Tennessee. So, we googled some places near us and they popped up. So, we decided to call them and they was able to come get the vehicle within 30 minutes or so of us calling. Which was amazing. We was thinking the worst and the tow truck driver could tell what was wrong right away and put us at ease. They was able to fix the vehicle in a timely manner and at a excellent price. I highly recommend S&M.

I had a great experience with S&M. The woman I spoke to on the phone was nice and helpful. They came out when they said they were, and the price was exactly what they told me it would be. The tow truck driver was very professional and nice, as well. Will use S&M again!

We used their triple A towing, and the young man was extremely fast and very kind. He quickly got my kids and I safely to a tire shop that could help us since they did not have our tire size. It's a difficult size.

At first my outlook on S&M was not bright. Used roadside twice to get assistance the first driver (with someone in the tow truck who was not an S&M worker) arrived. Barely assisted with getting the spare removed. After removing the spare I used roadside again for the same towing company. After calling dispatch twice to get an ETA and being advised both times it would be a hour. Received contact from Joey at S&M and he advised he was in route. After Joey was assigned he had a wreck to attend to but still came back around to assist us with getting our flat repaired. Joey saved the day and was able to help get me back on the road. If it wasn t for Joey this review would be a one star. Dispatch needs better and honest communication when it comes to time. (Michael)

I believe it was a Saturday and they arrived in less than 15 minutes. Driver was friendly. My car needed a new alternator plus a new battery and it came out to $601, which I thought was fair. It took about a week and yes they were very busy it seemed like. Great service all around, will definitely call them should I break down again in Dalton.

Had to get my car towed and not only were they prompt and professional and sorry I forgot the gentle with the Locs name but he made the entire experience easy and painless,I would recommend S&M everytime

Had car trouble and were stuck on the side of the road. Called S&M and Joey helped us out and dropped us off at a safe location while we waited for our ride. S&M then repaired the car and we were able to pick it up. Highly recommend.

Wish i could give 0 stars, fellow car enthusiasts avoid this place. Was told 30 minutes wait time, but ended up waiting almost an hour with no special treatment to lowered cars at all; even after specifically stating it was a lowered car and getting quoted! Maybe call them if you don t care about your vehicle and want your bumpers scraped coming off.. driver was a total smarta** as well! 100% AVOID AT ALL COSTSService: Car towing

S&M does real good auto mechanic work they even give me a ride to my house after they tow my car to their shop S&M is the best shop I can recommend anybody to go to them they do real good work and then some

They came and and towed my Pontiac and got it and took it there and 1 day later called me saying what's wrong and charge me 90 bucks to fix it and it's runs better than ever. DEFINTLEY RECOMMENDED I WOULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS IF I COULD.

Ended up on the side of the road this morning. S&M sent Brandon and he was super helpful, kind, and brought some laughter to a rough morning. He arrived quickly and the service was reasonably priced. Thanks again for your help:)

I needed a tow to a battery place and my initial AAA tow truck never showed. So I was reassigned a driver from S&M, and I m so glad they sent over Brandon! He was quicker than the estimated time, communicated when he was on his way and was very skilled at his job! He advised my husband and I that is issue wasn t battery like we had thought. Which was so helpful! He then towed my car directly to a garage. He was so great to work with, and made a very tense situation a lot better. Thank you Brandon!Service: Car towing

I didn't get the guys name but I wish I had. My ETA was set for 90 mins but he arrived in five. He did everything he could to get my completely dead battery going and get me back on the road! It took a long time to get a tow, but some of that had to do with us having Triple A. Then we found out other extenuating circumstances: someone had quit that day and other calls were quite troublesome. Joey was our tow driver. He was awesome. A very kind guy that had been dealt a bad day. Thank y'all for getting us off of the road (two children with us).

Not friendly at all, very distracted the whole time. Took them several days longer than they said it would to fix the car. They also won t tell you about a 4% service charge if you use card.

I hit a buck at 1:30 in the morning at MM340 on I75.Totaled the car.AAA was NO help, so at 4:30 in the morning, I found S&M Towing and Shawn was able to take care of everything over the phone. I was able to get to town, and Shawn texted me the location of my car and the receipts. The BEST customer service.Please tell everyone about this business, they definitely have earned all the repeat customers they can get.Service: Special vehicle towing

My sons truck broke down and the first 3 places we called wanted obscene amounts of money to tow it 5 miles. And the average wait time was 6 hrs to 2 days! I called S and M and their prices was less than half of what the others wanted and the driver was there in 20 mins!! He was very respectful, knowledgeable and friendly!! We have a new Tow company now and will use them for auto repair as well if they repair as well as they tow. Thanks yall!!Service: Car towing

Had a great experience with this place today. Van broke down on my way to Chicago. This was the only shop in the area willing and able to take me on short notice. He diagnosed, ordered parts, repaired and I was back on the road in a couple hours. Totally reasonable price as well. Big thanks to them. Hard working family.

I sure wanted to be able to leave a good review for this place. The good reviews they already have is what prompted me to call them in the first place.But I have never been more frustrated in my life at a mechanic! Was like pulling teeth to get my car towed, starter, and battery replaced. Took over 6 hours for the tow. And 2 more days to fix those SMALL issues. The only positive thing I can say about my experience is the price. But maybe this is why they're cheaper?(This is the only negative review I have ever put on Google)**edited to respond to the below comment**Dude. No. During the THREE times I called before the tow, not once did you express how long it would be. Had you done so(and been honest about how long it would take to fix the car) I would have called around for someone quicker. Your response everytime was "I'm about to head your way. Be there in about 15 min".Also, if you were actually sorry then you would have said so to my face during the two times I was at the shop. Instead, you had the young girl that works for you(who was very sweet btw) run messages back and forth.I understand being short staffed and slammed. What I don't understand or respect is someone saying they're going to do something and not do it.Learn from it. Do better next time.Services: Battery service, Car towing, Local hauling, Battery

I am from out of town and needed my breaks looked out bc I thought there was a problem. They took a look and said it was just something on the pad making the noise. They are very nice and honest people. Once again I went here and they were so helpful. Told me what I needed to do in and emergency leak I had and where to get my tires repaired. That are always so nice. Thank you again

Don t hesitate to call them for a Tow!This WAS THE ONLY Tow company in the Dalton area that would give me a tow after we broke down on a Sunday. After several phone calls to the other companies the area, even though they advertise 24hrs, don t do breakdown tows on Sunday.They got there fast and Dakota was a true professional. Where I live was a tight spot and he was able to get my truck in the yard no problem.Service: Car towing
