I have a company vehicle that is part of the ford fleet program so it has to be serviced at a ford dealership. I have been bring the vehicle to Ford of Dalton for over a year now. All of the staff are very professional and friendly. Service is always reasonable and don t have to wait long.

Place is always friendly at the quick lube. Front desk staff are the best. Found another problem, and they got it fixed while we waited.

Can t recommend this place enough. Broke down on the interstate and they got me in late on a Saturday. Diagnosed my problem and got me repaired right away. Daniel from service provided honest, detailed and thorough explanations of the problem and some of the best customer service that I have ever received at a dealership. 5 star customer service and 5 star repairs!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

I was looking for a local business to do oil changes/brakes for our vehicles. I went to the Quick Lane website and it showed the Saturday hours to be 7am-2pm. I called and it rang and went to voicemail. This was a red flag for me . A reputable service shop needs to have someone to answer the phone.

U would think that a Ford dealership would know how to correctly repair a factory recall warranty item without doing further damage to my truck. But no, a 2hr job now runs into a 2 day repair and they didn't contact me till after I drove over an hour there to pick it up after they called me to say it was ready. In response to Ford dealership I know Quick Lane is for maintenance but that's what Google search only gave option for. I was in for the recall on the service side.

It's very good service in my experience they have been prompt and knowledgeable for the issues that I have faced and any that they' more not immediately familiar with they were quick to is quick to come up with a solution or at least offer me a helping hand on whatever I was facing

We broke down on I-75 on a Sunday and were DOA with a fifth wheel. FOD took great care of us and were very accommodating to our situation. We felt safe while having to "camp" in the dealer lot, and worked tirelessly to get us back on the road. They do great work. Good price. I trust them. They recommend services but not pushy about it. Have gotten service here for about 5 years. Never had an issue.

They guy didn't know if he was equipped to check transmission fluid in a C5 Vette. Maybe you shouldn't be in automotive fluid services if you don't even know how to do each individual vehicle.
