We're in market to seriously replace a vehicle. Due to our personal situation, we do not have time to explore dealerships like we've enjoyed in the past.Mr. Jordan @ Pye Honda was understanding of our situation, acknowledged our needs, and gladly went above-and-beyond to meet our particular requirements needs! He is a fantastic human being, respectful, and helpful. We are still in the middle of the decision process, but WOW Mr. Jordan has been great to work with!!!

Yesterday,3/4/24, I had the pleasure of meeting Jordan Dyer a salesman at Pye Honda. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Next I met Christian Olvera a true professional who lead me through the process of buying a beautiful new car. Thank you to both these gentleman. I highly recommend this dealership. I ll definitely be back to buy some accessories.

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Deionte was phenomenal, I walked in thinking that I wouldn t be able to go home in another Honda and would be stuck with my current car however I was wrong! Deionte listened to my concerns and was very determined to help me go home in a CRV! Not only did he help me get a 2024 honda CRV he also helped keep me in my price range! He is very professional and honest and will always have mine and my families business, also Christian was very fast and efficient at explaining all paperwork!

I inquired a price on a new 2024 civic type r that was not on the lot. The manager gave me an official quote in writing. I liked the price, and wanted to put a down payment on the car and wait for it to be made.The next day the salesman called me and said they cannot take my deposit. The salesman told me Not even Donald Trump could get his hands on one of these if he wanted to. A month later the same salesman called me back and said we re getting two of those cars somehow!!! But they said they wouldn t sell it to me for the agreed upon price, but for 10k to 20k more. LOL. The salesmen here are the worst. It almost feels like they don t even have high school diplomas. They will lie to your face to make a sale that allows for a commission to be made.

My wife has a nice Hybrid 2020 CRV Touring Model Honda with 20,000 miles on it, and one day, we took a ride over to Pye Honda to get a new battery for my Fob. The gentleman at the parts counter was friendly and proficient and before I knew it I was out the door. On the way out of the parking lot we stopped and looked at a couple of new vehicles and talked to a salesman before hitting the road for home. All in all Pye Honda was a nice place to visit that day.

My experience at this establishment was very disrespectful. When my friend and I were trying to address the way she was treated by some of the employees we were dismissed and disrespected. My friend recently purchased a 2023 brand new car from them last month and had come in for windshield wiper fluid and to get her car cleaned, which are covered under her warranty. There seemed to be miscommunication between the owner of Pye Honda and an employee. Instead of resolving whatever issue they had between owner and employees, the owner decided to involve both of us. We were yelled at, walked away from, ignored, disrespected, and over heard the way he chose to initially describe my friend. When speaking to the owner and trying to get an apology and better understanding as to why he chose to describe my friend who just got out of the gym as wearing booty shorts and long hair, instead of respectfully describing her by what colors she was wearing, the owner kept interrupting us and at some point just walked off because he did not want to listen to what we had to say. Did not take constructive criticism well. After a few minutes of going back and forth and being disrespectful, they apologized. They did not complete the services she was originally there for. Instead she left with the same issues she arrived trying to get fixed as well as feeling disrespected by the workers and the owner himself. I am very disappointed in the way this situation was handled and would advise any young female to stay FAR away from Sean Pye s Honda dealership in Dalton, GA. This is not the first time I have heard of the owner Sean being disrespectful towards females and I can say with confidence, after this experience, it most definitely will not be his last time.

Timeline. Purchase vehicle before vacation to blue ridge. Find out the hard way the entertainment system has a recall. Schedule an appointment with pye service department because they could get me in and they confirmed they had the parts after giving them the VIN. Come to find out that they did not have all the parts to do the repair. 5 hours of vacation wasted, but I could come back tomorrow for a fix. Thanks Pye!Called another Honda dealership and they were not shy to state that they consider Pye is the worst Honda dealership in the US.People were nice so I generously gave them two stars.

My experience purchasing a car from Pye Honda was beyond excellent and I encourage anyone looking for a new purchase to check them out first!! This was my 2nd time going to Pye. I got my first 3rd row vehicle there which was a Toyota Highlander and desperately needed another 3rd row after looking online at several used vehicles and many different car lots I found myself right back at Pye Honda and I am so glad I did. I worked with Victor through the entire purchase, he pointed out to me a 2021 Honda Pilot SE. I fell in love with it and it is exactly wat my family needed!! He was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could. Victor made the car purchasing very easy, I didn t feel pressured or rushed with doing anything. The paper work was really quick we weren t left waiting on not knowing if it was going to happen or not!! I would highly recommend working with Victor if you re looking to purchase a new or used vehicle!! He s the Best and so glad I got to work with him in getting my Honda!! Thanks Victor and Pye Honda you guys are Great!!

I had the best experience at Pye Honda! The service advisor Joshua Templeton was so friendly so helpful extremely knowledgeable and just all around nice and friendly and charming. Everything happened exactly as he said it would. There were no surprises no delays no unexpected costs and everything was just so professional. Joshua made my experience unique and one of a kind and I will never forget it and I am a customer of Pye Honda for life!

Tried to say we needed a new transmission when all that was wrong was a loose drain plug that was easily fixed elsewhere. This is not the only time we ve had issues. Be careful when they claim there are more issues with your vehicle. Odds are nothings wrong.

Pye Honda has been so wonderful to me! I bought a brand new civic and decided i didn t want it anymore (i know better to buy sedans but still do it anyways ) but i wanted a suv and they were so wonderful with helping me get into a suv! thank you all so much for all of the help, i m happy to be apart of the pye family!

Called and spoke with Austin in the service department and asked if he happened to have any openings for an oil change, and he very nicely said, "sure if you come right now we can slide you right in!" Not only did they accommodate me last minute, Austin let me know my car was a bit past due for certain 30k maintenance updates. I very much appreciated his friendliness and patience, as well as the free coffee while I waited. Will definitely return for future service!Update: I took my car in on 23 Jan 2023 to get new tires installed in my vehicle and I decided to wait in the customer area, while the job was being done. It was a couple hour wait, but it went quickly as the waiting room provided fresh-made coffee and had plenty of interesting reading materials. Also, I wanted to give a special shout-out to my service tech, Jairo Perez. Besides his kindness and efficiency, he went out of the way to ensure I was happy with the service, which made me feel like a valued customer! This is such a rarity in today's business world, so, THANK YOU! I will definitely continue to patronize Pye Honda, in Dalton GA.

If you re looking for a new vehicle, look no further. Mark, the sales manager was super easy to work with, I believe in this environment he was able to get me the best that he could for my trade and gave me a good deal on my new vehicle. I had requested add on accessories and he made that happen in lighting speed and at a great price.He didn t use it as a way to up charge to try and take advantage. Rick my salesman, was informative and not pushy at all. A great guy. Isaac in the service department Was extremely fast friendly and got an issue done in record time. I had an all-around excellent experience and Pye Honda of. Dalton and I will return.

My experience today with the service department was exceptional. Austin and Brent were courteous and professional. My repair was made in a timely manner. I appreciated the care Brent took with the car. Greg was also helpful in explaining the warranty coverage.

For all you guys complaining about the oil change price, I live in Acworth, so I have my own mechanic here. He cannot even find the oil for an oil change for my Honda most of the time. Supply chain problems. Feel lucky that these guys can give you an oil change. I bought a Honda Accord there in 2020 and love it.

The worst experience I have ever had with any business anywhere. Went in with legitimate issues and questions . The owner Sean Pye instead of dealing with or discussing the issues . Ordered us to leave the lot . We were kicked off the lot after our daughter purchased a car 2 weeks ago . If anyone reads this review it s your choice where to buy a car but if you are expecting a good experience or you have an issue be aware if the owner doesn t agree you will just be asked to leave the property . One addition the salesman was great . The management team all needs to go take a class on customer service . I am surprised that the Honda corporation will even let them sell their brand .

Mark and Zach were phenomenal. There was none of the game playing or arm twisting that so often accompanies car buying. They answered all of my questions (there were a lot!) patiently and quickly, and were beyond accommodating when I had all four kids with me the day of purchase. I have other dealerships much closer to me, but Pye is worth the drive!

I took my Honda CRV to Pye Honda last week because I received a letter saying there was an airbag recall and they would inspect, replace if needed and service my vehicle for free. Now my water pump is leaking and making a loud whistling sound. I am very upset about this because my car was just fine before I took it there and now it's gonna cost me a lot of money to fix my car. I do not recommend anyone to take their vehicle for any kind of service to Pye Honda in Dalton, Ga.!

Staff was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Overall a great first experience at a dealership. They worked really hard to get me the best deal possible and I couldn t be more thankful. I ll definitely be using pye Honda for any maintenance and future checkups I have as it was a pleasure doing business with them.

If I could, I would give zero stars. After spending several hours at this dealership and agreeing to their unaltered price as well as them accepting our trade in they suddenly refused to honor the contract. The sales person and finance manager were extremely unprofessional, rude, and condescending. After wasting hours of our time we left this dealership frustrated and confused. We then went to the Nissan dealership and were treated with respect. Everyone was very friendly and we left the lot with a brand new car within an hour. So if you are near Dalton, GA go anywhere but Pye Honda. Worst customer service experience of my life.

I normally do not leave reviews. However, due to the poor customer service we received I felt compelled to warn others of our horrible experience. We went to Pye Honda for a specific car and we left because of the unprofessional sales tactics. I urge you not to waste your time or your hard earned money on this dealership that does not deserve either. Fortunately, we were able to purchase a brand new car with no problems at a Nissan dealership where we were treated with the utmost respect. Avoid Pye Honda in Dalton, GA.

I just purchased a 2022 CRV here, and the experience was awesome! Jace was my sales guy, he was great. He was knowledgeable on the questions I had, but he wasn t pushy or trying to oversale.They gave me a good trade in value. The paperwork went pretty quick. The inventory at this Honda was far better than anywhere else we had looked. I know supply chain issues are terrible right now, but they had a pretty fair selection of new cars. I made the drive from Chattanooga, and I m glad I did.

Great team even when short staffed. They helped me, a first time buyer, get approved for a brand new car! Very helpful and detailed throughout the entire process. I have a recall on my Civic now (fuel pump). The paper says to call ANY Honda dealer to schedule an appointment. I didn't call the one I purchased it from as I work in a different city now and am close to Pye (~2 miles). After looking up my VIN, I was told I would have better luck going to the dealership it was purchased from since they have to hold open spots for their customers first. I told him I work down here now, not in Chattanooga and was hoping to use them. He stood firm and didn't try to help me otherwise. While I can understand some loyalty, this is ridiculous. While we have purchased an Odyssey from them in the past, we will make sure that Pye is the last place we look in the future.

Went to have my Wife's Passport Serviced, the guy at the Service desk had a smart mouth. My Wife had a Toyota previously before the Honda, the Toyota came with free oil changes up to "X" amount of miles. She assumed her new Honda Passport did too. The guy behind the desk said:"Well maybe you should have asked before you bought it!". Won't be dealing with these clowns again.

I loved my Pye Honda experience. I got more than what I expected for less than anyone in the tri-state area could do. The personal service by every person involved was exceptional to what I have ever experienced buying a car. The staff worked as a team and were respectful of both my time and preferences.
