I would normally do 5 stars!!! This place is very fast and the guys are awesome, BUT they don t carry my filter so I had to go buy mine and bring it to them. Which is fine but the filter was $20 ! They charged me $75 for the oil change and only took $5 off the total!! That s crazy, since the last time they gave me a discount bigger than that for not having it and having to wait for one to arrive. So technically I paid $90 for my oil change that s more then they charge for a synthetic oil change!!!

No heat in the waiting room. It was 20 outside. People were done before me yet i was their a half hour before the other people were. Also the guy referred to my vehicle as a trash box on wheels, because it was a ford escape. First and very last time i will go their.

Pops is always amazing! They are extremely helpful and know what they are doing. I always trust them with my oil changes. They did my brakes too and did a great job! Terrible service. They will sell you unnecessary parts and services and don t properly fill up all fluids when paying for an oil change with the works. My windshield wiper fluid was oily . Worst place in Dalton for an oil change. They even switched out my battery and wipers and replaced it with old junk.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

These people are amazing. They do exactly what you ask. They don't do extra without asking first (so no random up charges) and they talk to you like you have some sense even if you're female. (Adding that just because a lot of these places talk down to females, and try to talk them into extra services their car doesn't need.) Would and have recommended to anyone needing an oil change.

These guys get you in and out, and do a full check of tire pressure fluids etc. Making sure that you are road ready after your oil change.I highly recommend them.

They changed my oil and put air in my tires without my asking for it. The guy turned my car around since the parking lot is kinda small. I thought that was very nice of him. I'll be a returning customer.

They put the wrong oil in my wife's car then wanted to charge her full price to fix their mistake. If you make a mistake, the customer shouldn't have to pay for it.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I got a basic oil change for $25.50. There is a $.50 fee for using your debit card. I was absolutely amazed by the speed of service. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Also, the customer service was exceptional. If I could give them six stars I would! They also have a very sweet dog that walks around.

If the owners are there the service is usually great . Have gone there several times but thanks to his employee they would never see another dollar from me. Customers pay for oil change not for unprovoked rudeness. Like I said the owner and his wife are good people and very courteous.

Best place for an oil change in town. They always do you right, don't have you paying for anything you don't need, and their timely service just can't be beat...never been there more than 30 mins unless there are a few customers ahead of me. I was so sad to hear of "Pops" passing. This place will always have my business.

Pop is a great guy! He does a great job! oil change for a great price and tire rotation simple things, but he's the at the best! Prices are fair for all of their services.he and his wife arere excellent people I highly recommend anyone stop your get the oil changed or tune-ups tire rotation Etc. Real salt of the earth people

I drive all the way from Calhoun to Pops Lube Shop to get my oil changes and check-up needs for my vehicles. They are always courteous, friendly, and gives their honest opinions. Their prices are great too!!!

I got the $30 special which was an oil change with the new oil filter, tire air up, and top off of all the fluids. I was very pleased with the polite service these men provided and the speed of service. My truck was ready to roll in 15 minutes! Great job guys!

Car battery on the fritz.. went to pop's these guys always take care of the customer. New battery installed in less than 30 minutes. The fellow even cleaned all my battery cables. Why go anywhere else! Save $30 vs going to big box auto parts place.

They scam on oil change. I haven t change my oil for over 1 thousand mile over the limit. So I decide to go there and finally get an oil change because it was cheap. So I go and get my oil change then once I do I go home and check the oil my self. It wasn t changed. The old oil was still inside and the new oil was just added on top of the old oil. Plus by the way the other people who gave their rate a 5 star on this place are the workers it s not the customers. So please think again before coming here.

I've been going to Pop's to get my oil changed for several years. They're very professional, friendly and the price is reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've been coming here off and on for 3 years. I've never paid less for a synthetic oil change than at this place. He also lets me bring my own oil and filters and will deduct that from the price.

The only place I go for an oil change. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. The time it takes for an oil change has always been quick. Prices are fair. I have had a good experience every time I go.

Great place. Quick, reasonably priced. But the favorite thing about this store is the signs hanging in the waiting room and the weird thing you have to stick your finger in and turn in a lot of spins. The guy said it was a phone.

I did not even make it to the shop. I called to get some information on a "tune-up". Of course there is no way they can give an estimate without inspecting the vehicle and determining what services will be needed first. I inquired about supplying my own parts, and could not get an answer accept that he would prefer that I bring it in. Okay, so how much is he going to charge me just for examining my vehicle and making the checklist of needed services/ repairs? When They still insisted I bring it in without any information cost-wise ( I'm a single mother of two on a budget and live in the next town over) I asked if perhaps I was misunderstood and just wanted to know the cost the "office visit"... not including any repairs, parts or additional labor... I was then told that if I could not just bring the vehicle in then I can just take if somewhere else...I assured them that I most certainly would.

Good work but some of the employees are very rude. And they don't know how to work a stick shift car. Edit since the comapny wrote me back with a sarcastic reply. A post at 1 am probably means I am bored and not busy at work because I you know work night shift. Don't get mad because you go a bad review. That just looks worse on your business.

Terrible experience!! Overfilled oil. Didn't realize it till I was an hour away from home. Had to pay another company to fix their mistake. Called to report the problem and the guy who answered the phone was rude and did not want to help. Don't trust these guys with your vehicle. Would not recommendService: Oil changeService: Oil change

So my 72 year old mother goes by for an oil change. He tells her was not sure he had the stuff, but would check. He comes back a little later and advises he has the stuff and would take care of it. Just a few minutes pass and astounds my mother that it ready. WOW that was fast she says! She calls me the next day and I have her take it to the another shop. They advise her due to the condition of oil that it was way over time for a change. Do I have to say more? If you love a thief, stop at POPS!
