DO NOT BUY HERE! I bought a 2012 GMC from here and they told me nothing was wrong with it and it was a good car. Once I bought it and drove it up a hill, I discovered the transmission was bad. I tried to take it back or get them to fix it 2 days after purchase no luck. I took their good faith statement the car was good and I got burned. I've had it for months now and still can't drive it. Nothing wrong means, "bad knock sensor and burnt cables, Bad motor mounts, Bad transmission mount, bad transmission that required a total rebuild or replace, burnt plugs, and it's still not running and the shop is now telling me it likely needs a throttle body next, and so the list goes on. I have spent thousands trying to get my "good car" driveable. SHOP ELSE WHERE!!!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE . I bought my car and all that was fine we'll they sent me the title and they didn't even sign from where they bought it last . So I had to drive an hour back out there just so they could sign . And they said they would fix why my engine light was on then all the sudden I had to pay to get it fixed . Now a month later my head gasket blows and my engine blew up . And they won't help me at all . IF YOU WANT TO BUY A LEMON THEN THIS IS THE PLACE .

This is a very great place to buy a car from I was one of the first costumers to buy a car here my first car to buy was a 2011 Ford taurus never did I have a problem with the car always ran like a champ I also got my family to buy some like new cars here and never did we have a problem now my wife has bought a 2011 Ford taurus its an awesome car runs and drives great we did have small mechanical problems at first but Ponce auto help me get it running like a champ very great people to work with they are always willing to work with anyone by experience. I would highly recommend anyone to this place if you are trying to find a great car. Now don't forget it's a used car lot not a new so things can happen just choice carefully on what you want you know a used car can break down just like any new car can. Thank Ponce auto for everything and for working with me alone and if you guys ever get a truck I like I'll come get it right of ur hands lol
