Wonderful customer service! I brought in my Toyota Rav4 to get my brakes replaced/ checked out. Alan checked out my brakes and let me know that my brakes were much worse than I had thought (one of my brake pads was completely gone... oops). They are a family owned business and are extremely knowledgeable. They also completed a thorough examination on my engine, and saw that my battery was leaking acid all over the engine. Alan showed me the problem and let me know that if it coats certain parts, it can cause further issues down the road. He saved me from having to deal with much larger issues later on. I am so grateful to the Ortiz family for helping me with my vehicle and getting me back on the road safely.

Had to get an alternator changed out and they charged me $200 more then the dealership. Just go somewhere else. Not worth it. They are very rude to customers

Love this place!!!! I took my f250 here for a brake issue I was having. The young man Alan that serviced my truck was great! He found the issue and it turns out it was quite bad, he called and had some parts delivered that fixed my brakes that day.I learned that they are a family owned business. Father and sons and I have to say they are awesome! Being a woman they never made me feel foolish for any questions or concerns that I had. That means a lot to me.I will definitely be using them for any and all my truck issues and maintenance from now on!

They want to charge $300 for a diagnostic fee and they don't wanna tell you until after it's done. Dodge dealership charges $89.

While I didn't get serviced buy them they did help me out whenever I was broken down they gave me a suggestions on getting it towed so the guy that I talked to was pretty awesome.

Dealership wants to charge me for $9000 to fix something that only costs $2000 to fix. Better off going to the dealership.

Outrages prices. They are saying they are going to repo my truck for not paying a diagnostic fee for $300
