Chaz is the absolute GOAT!! Maloy (I am so sorry if I didn't get your name right!) was nothing short of a freaking miracle worker! We showed up 30 minutes before close with a huge problem. We were about 800 miles from our home in Wisconsin, and 3 of our wheel studs broke. They went so far above and beyond to help us get back on the road. These men were complete life savers! They deserve raises and promotions and a reality tv series to show off all their awesomeness!! Ok, Seriously, they were the kind and really did go out of their way. Chaz even stayed after his shift to make sure we were safe.

Do not go to this or o Reilly s they are not helpful sold me the wrong oil and luckily I checked before I put the oil in and realized it was the wrong oil could not switch it for the right oil had to buy more oil and the sakes associate who was to busy working on his car and wound no give me his name after I asked for it twice and the older man would not give me his name has well and told me to ask for Dennis

Left Buc-ee s and noticed that the O2 sensor wasn t reading. Looked up the closest O reilley s and found this one. They had the sensor we needed, got everything fixed and back on the road.

Would like to thank Eddie and the guys for helping my grandson and I with a battery problem he was having with his Honda. They checked the problem and found out battery was dead. Looked up and found it was still under warranty and replaced it with a new one for free. Thanks O Reilly and crew

I've always used O'Reilly for parts. My husband has worked there for 18 years. After he passed in November, I still go to them. They have helped me so much with parts. I'm having to learn how to do this all own my own. They even put my wipers on for me.

I generally don't have much of an opinion on auto part places...as long as they have what I need at the moment, I'm good. But I was recently impressed by this store when I called in looking for a fairly obscure metal polish product. The clerk stubbornly kept digging in their computor system until he was certain the exact item I asked for was not available. I actually appreciated this. So take it for what it's worth...a pretty decent parts place.

I asked them to carry to my truck, parked right outside their door, something heavy for me to lift alone. They did not, claiming "insurance liability" reasons.

Rode the Harley to the store and when I went to leave, the bike wouldn't start, long story short is that I needed a new battery. The gentleman at the counter was out with me and helped with the battery, very nice people and very helpful...

Bought some $20 headphones thinking they would be decent, but when I got them out of the package, there were already globs of earwax in the ear buds. Freaking disgusting. 3 stars because the guys working the counter were helpful finding the other stuff I needed.

This is the most unprofessional place I ve been to, I don t know much about cars and I was asking them question what I need for an oil change he didn t want to help me and gave me the wrong oil for my car. Where I had to come back to buy more oil where He wouldn t let me return it when I asked for his name he refuses to give it to me. Worst place ever will not recommend.

I have to say when you are stranded 2 hours from home and need to replace your alternator on a holiday weekend you are very stressed. Came to your location and I have never had such a more pleasant experience as I did at this location. Jason Molina and Miguel Figueroa were so knowledgeable and friendly it absolutely made the experience NO stress at all. They tested, guided, helped, and got us all taken care of. I will always reccomend not only this location but any O'Reilly Auto Parts store to anyone over any other parts store.

Originally had an engine replaced in March of 16. Due to my travel schedule I wasn't able to pick the vehicle up until late Jan of 17. Picked it up and it was leaking oil. As soon as I stopped for fuel took back to shop and they replaced the rear main seal, picked back up 3 days later still leaking oil and now a/c wasn't working. Returned to shop for repair. Picked up again and all was well. For about 12k miles started going through tons and tons of oil and knocking. Took back to original shop for replacement and wife went to pick up as shop told her all was well. Before they pulled it out of the shop 2nd replacement blew a head gasket and was pulled out and replaced. New one ordered took a couple days to come in and was swapped.Wife loaded up daughter and clothes from trip and the 3rd replacement broke down before she got out of city limits. It was some kind of sensor that had to be replaced. Drove up to KY. All was well for about 4k miles then drove to North Dakota in it and started knocking and lost oil pressure on the way up replaced engine once more. This is now engine number 4 and within 600 miles of having this one replaced it's starting to jerk really bad when you let off the gas and the warranty is finishing every excuse to not cover it. Don't waste your money on their parts they refuse to honor warranty and will leave you stick on the road with nothing to show for your money except another repair bill.I have paperwork to validate all of this so I'm not just a disgruntled person. It was a pure ripoff on their part. I have all of the others but they are at home and I'm out of state again. This is in no way a bad mark against the garage. They went above and beyond to take care of me when I brought them this truck to do a diagnostic on it as per the warranty requirements. So now odds are I need a 5th replacement and O'Reilly refuses to honor the warranty.

got my parts wrong a few times. But they were always friendly and willing to give you a hand finding the parts. They will also price match with other stores. they even price matched with a online item I wanted

BEYOND HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF!!! I had vehicle problems my first day of vacation and made multiple stops here in Dalton Georgia to try getting a new belt for my jeep to bypass the AC compresser. Don't bother with the Advanced Auto in Dalton just go here trust me

Half a star...high prices, employees automotive knowledge is almost nonexistent. You just up a creek when you need to know something, yet you walk in knowing more than they do.
