Ok once again I don't like leaving bad reviews but sometimes they are necessary. So im broke down in the Walmart parking lot with a bad fuel pump . I call the closest O'Reilly's which is 2.5 miles from my location . Now I'm here with no way to travel to get the fuel pump. So I very kindly ask if it is at all possible for them to deliver said part 2.5 miles to me. I said if you can't deliver it I'll have no choice but to walk to get it . Being as I'm limited on funds to pay for this part $195 and a Uber ride there and back. I said it doesn't have to be now just sometime in your delivery route could you just drop it off. I was told there was no way they could do that , they were short staffed. But when i got there finally there were 5 employees 2 that were just hanging out. So I believe in this instance that a 1 STAR REVIEW IS JUSTIFIED. I will never go back to that location again . Everyone have a nice day

3er time I came to this store I ask for an item they always show in their computer that they do have the item I wait and wait and for a reason they out of the item. and they offer me other expensive brands. This time I ask for a matching price because the waiting time but he said he can't. For me this is a bad service and tricky service

I came in for a battery and Joseph was very informative, helpful, professional, and respectful. Aside from the battery, I asked for advice on another car part and he suggested several local car repair shops to fit my needs. Thank you Joseph!!!!

Store 937 is always so good to me! I know nothing about cars and they always step in with the help I need. Gregory was super awesome, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I highly recommend this store.

Bought a starter and but connectors for my truck. The guy that helped me was very professional. I will definitely be buying my parts there from now on.

The assistant manager, I think his name is Jeffrey, was awesome most professional and polite person I have ever met. Great staff all was helpful and friendly also fast. I recommend to anyone.

Nice enough staff. Helped us with what we needed, thought we had the wrong part, but it had been adapted to fit other vehicles. Night manager explained the difference, without trying to make us feel stupid. Good customer service on his part. Thanks for your help. Will definitely return next time we need something.

It started raining while we were out out and turn the windshield wipers on and they just flipped and flopped over which way the team at o'reilly's was wonderful they put my windshield wipers own and sent me on my way very happy with them

Helpful folks seem to have everything I need every time I go there. Can't say that it's the cleanest shop I've been in the most shops the deal with auto parts I have a lot of recent well. I don't go there for cleanliness I go there for parts. I do think better lighting might make the experience feel better but I don't know if that's profitable for them

I could not figure out how to change my brake light. The employees at this o reillys went out of their way tp help me they not only sold me the light , they actually helped me het it installed. Heat place.

We rely on O'Reilly for almost all our parts. If it isn't in stock and they can order it ut is usually there in a day or so. Their staff is always helpful in making sure we get the correct parts needed. I recently had a code pop up, they resd it snd saved me money. Turned out it was a simple repair and I fixed it in the parking lot.

We bought a starter for a 5 speed after the third time of returning it they finally realized they had been giving us a starter for an automatic incompetent workers.

They always have the part I need and they take the time to make sure it's the correct one. If there's a job I think I might not be sure about doing, they know someone that can do it at a reasonable price.

If you order parts online, don't expect to have the order ready for pickup when the tell you to come.

I go in to the oreillys on n.glenwood,I wait 3 guy on the phone,the sale is right in front of your face,I wait and wait,then after 5 min. I leave ...never to return,I gave it one star,don't even deserve that..

I was there and waited in by the counter for 15 minutes while all three employees where on the phone with other customers. Not one asked if I needed any help. I took the time to show up to the store only to be ignored. I will be calling to file a formal complaint.

They are good for getting me the right parts and if the part is not in stock they're reliable to get it the same day or the next morning

The checked my battery for free and I didn't have to wait long. Very friendly and helpful.
