I placed an online order for a RAV4 cargo liner, MSRP $100, they had it for $69. I added 2 oil filters to take advantage of the free shipping for orders over $75. I ordered late Wednesday night and UPS delivered it Monday. I received several emails from Jeff Brewer confirming the status of my order the whole time. Great service, thanks.

I ordered the parts that I needed online and then drove over to pick them up once they were ready. OEM to tend to be better and oftentimes the price isn't really that much more.
