This 1 of 16 HD dealers we visited on our way to Florida for 3 weeks. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I like to get the T-shirts with the name on it, collect poker chip and stickers if available. To add to the collection we take a picture with our travel trailer with the building.I got a few souvenirs to share with my riding friends back in Toronto.

Very nice clean store. The staff were very nice and helpful. A beautiful array of bikes and a s-ton of apparel. I spoke to a Tonya Ellenwood and she was amazing, never once made me feel pressured, very easy to talk to and she is super knowledgeable about anything Harley related. I feel the next time we speak I'll be riding a different bike home.

Very friendly staff! Even gave us "goodies" for being visitors from out of state...koozies, keychain & chapsticks...we couldn't get a koozie back home unless u bought a bike! Thank you TSMITH & the other employees from Mountian Creek Harley for a pleasant experience!

My parents stopped through during their trip, and I just had to have one of the Halloween themed shirts. ABBEY was extremely helpful, and very patient with helping my mom and I with sizing, and finding what I was looking for. Not many go out of their way to be so helpful and kind, so I just wanted to make sure that ABBEY gets the recognition she deserves

Ive got a late 80's Electra glide that was spitting oil going down the mountain in Blairsville GA. Turns out my engine shook lose the timing plug bolt, and had oil literally all over the bike. (Thankfully I never lost oil press. and changed it after) But I was stranded with two buddies, and was in constant connection with the dealership, and they even offered to drive out in their own vehicle to get me the plug. Luckily I was able to find a temporary fix and get 600 miles home to my shop. Nothing but positive remarks for the folks here. Friendly, honest, and even though they had an event going on that day, they had someone going out the door as I spoke to them to help me. Will go back when i'm in the area. This is the exact reason I love Harley.

Purchased a used 2007 Honda Shadow from them on 08/25/23 as my first bike. Emailed about availability as I could not make it that day and had a response within 30 minutes. Went and looked at it and purchased the next , in and out process. Samson the salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable even though it wasn t a Harley. I will be back to purchase another (Harley this time) and gear. Great people to deal with

Mountain Creek Harley has got to be one of the best bike shops I have ever been in, not only are they helpful with anything you need, but friendly as if you knew them before you walked in the store. Plenty of bikes on the floor to look at and get a feel of what your looking for as well. Great Place.

Great experience. My salesman Hunter was locked on. I talked to him on the phone before going down there and he listened to what I was trying to do and he gave me options. No pressure deal. I picked one of the options which was exactly what I was looking for and we made the deal on the exact bike I wanted. I traded my current bike in and rode home on a 2023 Heritage Softail Classic in Billiards Blue. There are a lot of Harley dealerships but Mountain Creek stands out to me. From finance to parts to service, everyone went out of their way to welcome me to the dealership. Thanks everybody.

Have been in a couple of times, and the people here are awesome. Very nice and helpful. The store is clean, the bike selection is good, the motorclothes department has some really cool items. Tara is sweet. Had a great time at the 4th of July party Saturday! Thanks for having it!!

Excellent Harley Davidson dealer! I want to compliment the amazing job of the store manager because after a 3,000 mile drive and visited almost 30 different stores in the states this was the best with variety , availability and great designs in all its merchandise, giving you a ton of options to buy. My wife and I will recommend to every enthusiastic motorcycle rider to stop in this dealer

Purchased my first motorcycle here. Hunter was excellent. Always returned my phone calls and answered my questions. He even came in on his off day to make sure I was comfortable with the sale.Thankful for this shop!

My wife and I are on our anniversary/vacation we stopped in to get a few items. Brittani was phenomenal. This is a very friendly place. They are great people will definitely come back when we come back to Georgia from Michigan.

Great service Department. Walked in with a problem and they diagnosed it immediately, came out and did the minor repair. No charge just being helpful. Saved our trip. Really appreciate the friendly service.

I was on the road from Florida to Tennessee and I had a wheel bearing go out on I-75.There was a giant sign for Mountain Creek Harley Davidson so I limped the bike there.The service department was super friendly and instead of trying to take advantage of someone who was in a bad situation like some shops might, I was treated like familyThe receptionist looked in her car and got me a phone charger. The salesman suggested a fantastic restaurant in the same plaza. (Ask the staff about the restaurant if you go there. It's fantastic and reasonable in price)Overall, I got fantastic service, genuine Harley Davidson parts, was treated like family and the staff is as good as it comes. I would highly recommend them and I will drop back in next time I am on my way to Florida.Thank you very much for the great service and getting me out of a jam.

The bike I wanted wasn t available, despite an intense search for about a month. Having been to Mountain Creek several times for shirts, head scarves and such, I looked to them to help me find the CVO I wanted; to no avail. I settled for a beautiful 2019 Ultra and began negotiating. I bought the bike with a due bill for 4 additional items and with the help of an excellent parts department and an equally professional service department, the receptionist having coordinated everything, I m here getting the promised parts installed and picking up others. I ve been to dealerships all over the country, including Sturgis twice, Mountain Creek is about as relaxed environment I ve experienced, yet every employee is willing to do whatever it takes to make things happen quickly and efficiently. Huge thank you s to Lexi, Tanner, John, Tonya and the General Manager Tom. As soon as my new garage is finished, I may come and get a third bike! Best Wishes, Kevin.

Definitely recommend this store! I called around looking for a specific shirt and it seemed like the other stores didn t want to help me at all. When I called mountain creek, a girl named Brittani answered with the best attitude. She was super sweet and helped me in every way. She got my number and sent me pictures of shirts similar to the one I was looking for. Thanks to her I now have a custom T-shirt I love. THANK YOU Brittani!!!

Scheduled a rear tire change before my trip, noticed a vibration in the front end on the way up, discussed with the service manager Chris , he was very good, got his best mechanic to come talk with me so there was no confusion. I told him to do whatever he thought was necessary. He ended up changing both tires and fixed my problem. First class people and first class service. I ve been riding 50 years, this is not the closest dealership, but it s one of the best I ve been in.

This dealership is one of the nicest and best stocked that I've seen in a while. The great experience started the moment we walked in the door, I apologize for not getting the office managers name...... but she was the first person to greet us and we talked for quite a while about the dealership and the area.My wife and I ventured farther into the showroom and were immediately greeted by Tyra S., she is the highlight of the visit. She explained the store layout and helped my wife find several items to purchase. The conversation that we had while she was assisting my wife shop was awesome, I learned allot about the area.Nuff said, we will be back when we make our move to our new house in the area.

Thank you to all the fantastic folks in service and Spencer in parts (not in that day) for keeping my tire in stock. Wilson, the technician, and John the service advisor who answered my call and verified my tire. I came in with a nail and they got me taken care of! Thank you bunches! Wheel and tire protection is a beautiful thing!

Great dealership, great people. It s amazing when you buy a bike from them, they know you by name every time you walk in the door afterwards. Bought my 1st Harley from another dealership & went in said dealership several times after & was treated like I was invisible . Traded in & traded up at MCHD. It ll always be MCHD from here on out.
