My back passenger window needed to be replaced. After getting a $500 quote from Safelite, I called Mark's and got quoted $216. Mark's then ordered my window on a Friday. I dropped my car off around 3 p.m. the following Monday and they had me installed and ready before 5.

These guys are great! Replaced a back glass for me on an older 4 Runner. Which was already a hard part to find, and worked out a dent for us. Dropped off and picked up in just a few hours! Really fast and good price! Great service! Would definitely recommend!!

Made an appointment on Monday for Tuesday morning at 08:00am. Arrived at appointment time and was out and back on road within 1-1/2 hour wait time in their waiting room. Appreciate Marks quick response and great service. I recently replaced a windshield that was replaced by marks auto glass about 4 or 5 years ago. I see a lot of sloppy work, but I was very happy with the time marks auto glass obviously put in to their work. Keep up the great work marks auto glass. Thanks for caring about the trade.

These guys are great. I have gone to have windshields replaced on many occasions. They are fast. They have the windshield in stock. They also are half the price of the Volvo truck dealership. I wouldn't use anyone else in the Chattanooga, Cleveland, Dalton area! The front office staff are very professional and the repair techs do quality work at a fast pace.Thanks for your service,Kalush Trans LLC

Mark s took great care of me and my classic 1979 Corvette. During a time crunch where we were down to the wire and pressed heavily to meet a major non negotiable deadline, they made it happen with speed and accuracy! Marks Auto Glass was almost $500.00 less than a quote received from a nation chain who "safely" charges out windows. Read that again Five Hundred dollars LESS!! Customer service was good, got the car in 2 days after I called and windshield replaced by late morning as promised. For their pricing alone I would use them again!

I had a cracked windshield that I called to get quotes on. I called several places and Mark s had the lowest price and all of the reviews were very good. The shop was clean, comfortable and spacious. I ve been in some other car garage shops that barely had a sitting area for those of us waiting for our car repairs. There was a table, chairs and a TV. I was told it would take three hours but it only took about an hour and a half. I m very pleased with their work and promptness in getting the windshield in the next day and installing it so quickly. Highly recommend them!

They were professional and have a good reputation and local and that is were we need to support or local business with good reputations and they explained to me what to do for a few days before washing and it is worentted for life if it leaks they will fix it at no cost .Thanks great job Wayne Wilson

I just had a rear window and a windshield replace in my dodge truck. Excellent service from the first phone call to the finished replacement. Very knowledgeable and was done in a timely manner. I continue to use Mark's auto glass and would highly recommend them to anyone.... thanks to all at Mark's auto glass for excellent work !

Great Business, I called on a Monday morning at 8am about my busted out window, Got an appointment for that same day for 11am And was driving my car fixed by 2 pm that evening. Fast Service, Very Friendly, and Straight to the point. Will definitely return for future problems.

Great customer service and they replaced the front windshield for $100 less than the estimate that was given to me by 2 other chain repair shops!! Great honest folks there who do marvelous work. I believe this is a family run business and I will return here for any future repairs needed.

My girlfriend got 2 rock chips going down the road a couple days ago. She called her insurance company and they were setting up a repair appointment with a company I wasn't familiar with. I suggested Mark's auto glass and they set up a call with them right away. My gf set an appointment for Monday and forgot, but just as they said they could, we took it by today(Tuesday 8-14-18). They provided us a cool and comfortable place to wait, were finished from the time we entered til time they finished in under an hour. Very quick, convenient, and professional service, a 5 star visit

I asked repeatedly if they would be able to install with the tint on my windshield and they said yes. However, upon picking my car up, it did not have the tint across it and they said it didn t come factory that way, point being: they shouldn t have told me it would have tint on it to begin with. And second, the guy left my key turned on in my car after parking it for an hour before calling me, so my battery was dead and they didn t even apologize. Will not be using them again.UPDATE: I had to return my car due to the trim moulding, and they replaced the windshield not once but twice because of it still not being completely correct, and the windshield they put in did have the tint across the top. So changing my review from one star to five.

Had 2 windshields replaced in my kenworth and mark done an awesome job and was far more reasonable than the competition in the dalton ga area!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Patched a chip on the windshield. They started work at the scheduled time. The workmanship looks good. Everyone was nice and curious.

They fixed a window I had and one month later it was broken again and required a $300 fix on top of the 150 they already charged me for the last time and fix it.
