Let me start by saying I'm a Quadriplegic and I get taken advantage of all the time. Also, that I never write reviews, but in this case, I thought I just had to. I had a friend of my son change the Oil pump on my Handicap Van and when he finished it had no Oil Pressure, so I sent it to my usual Mechanic, and he said the motor needed rebuilt or replaced and that he didn't rebuild the, so to replace the engine it would be around 7000.00, so, I told him I would call around to see about rebuilding it. I called several places before finding Mario. Another place said he could rebuild it for 2400.00, but Mario said he could replace it for about 1200.00 plus the cost of the engine (2500.00) plus Oil, Filters and Gaskets. I decided to replace it. He was able to get the engine the next day from Nashville and it beat the towing company in getting my Van there. He got the Van on Wednesday about 2:00 and Friday around 10:30 he called my saying he had it in and was test driving it and noticed my brakes were really bad, which I already knew because my Firestone had already told me about them and said it would cost 1200.00 to fix them, so I told him to fix them too. He charged me 267.00. All said and done he saved me around 4000.00. Now the engine purrs like a kitten and the brakes have a full pedal. To sum it up in one word, it would have to be Exceptional in Service, Communication and Price. I will never take my Van anywhere else. If I could I would give you all the stars in Heaven. Was out of town and had car trouble. Hotel concierge told me to go see Mario; said he services her family s vehicles.Mario was friendly and quickly assessed the problem and did the repair within the hour for a fair price.

I ve had several repairs done at Mario s on numerous vehicle's over the years. Yesterday they fixed the brakes and check engine on my 1999 Ford Ranger that three other shops were unable to diagnose. They offer fair prices and great work. Thanks Mario s!!!

Very rude, my car has been there over two weeks and I call to ask when will it be ready and he tells me he ll check it the next day, I call the next day and he says another day. Now he is telling me he won t check my car! Do not recommend.

This shop is amazing!!! I dropped my Jeep off to have the AC worked on and within 24 hours he had it completed!! Saved us a lot of money and only worked on what needed to be fixed - I paid $424 and other shops had quoted me $1200!!! Fast friendly service. Needed my rear brakes changed before a trip. They changed them out and resurfaced all four of my rotors (instead of unnecessarily insisting I pay to replace them all). I really appreciate their timely and honest work. Car brakes like a dream again. Will definitely return.

I had an engine go out on me on my car and Mario said he would find another engine for it and he did, but the finished product was a joke. My car still has a check engine and it did not pick up quick how it did when he changed some bad coils on my old engine 2 years ago. If you pay $1,600+ for you car to be fixed, you d think it would come out running smooth and beautiful but no, I took it back to Mario and he said he would fix it but it still ran the same like the day I went to drop it off. He probably just erased the code so the check engine light would go away but it is back again, I don t know what happened.

So I had him take my heads to a machine shop and replace coil pack/ spark plugs he crack one of the coil packs which ended up making it misfire and he used to much glue on the valve cover causing an oil leak I went to anther shop to get it fixed in Cleveland tnService: Engine repairService: Engine repair

hey had a problem with my car, took it to Goodyear and they charged me $600 and fix something that I that was already good on the car and nevertheless still had the same problem so call Mario took it to his shop $200 picked my car up the next day and doing good telling you he is the best mechanic around. so if you want to save money and get the work done go see him

If your broke down on the Interstate this place rocks. This shop has honesty and integrity first. We thought we blew a transmission line and it turned out to be just a transmission overheat/overfilled issue.Mario also picked us up at the hotel as soon as he could. They went above and beyond and will always be a place to keep on my list in emergencys. Thank You Mario and all that work there. Huge thanks to Brad Edwards for taking care of us. Brad stayed with us until a tow truck arrived and was kind enough to take us to a local hotel.

You just can t ask for better service. They re honest and hard-working people. They are straightforward and don t tell you one thing and then fix unnecessary things and overcharge you. I ve been looking for a great mechanic for years and now I found one I will not take my vehicles nowhere else

Do not go to him he is a rip off!! My car was over heating and not running right, he charged me 200 for sensors, the problem continued so he changed a belt and a fan 100 more dollars, then the car ac wouldn t work , he changed my compressor for 300 dollars, the problem continued !! I said no more and found a random guy on Facebook to look at it & he told me the fan was on wrong the whole time. He charged me 30 and I haven t had a problem since. I feel like Mario wouldn t fix my car right just so I would keep going to spend more money. Don t waste ur money like me.

I took my 2006 acura tl twice to this place. First time he said my engine was no good he says he got me a replacement from chattanooga and swapped them. The second time he did a job he says he discovered my motor mount were no good and had to fix them and discovered other things that were wrong and had to " do a lot of work" to fix my car. I ended up taking my car a year later to another mechanic because my car kept making a noise in the engine area only to find out all the motor mounts were still broken and there was no ways a mechanic had replaced these a year ago unless he put some junk parts on which makes me wonder did he really replace my engine the first time he "fixed" my car or did he do a patch up job? Either way dont trust him and also ended up paying near 2500 for both jobs.

Mario's is the most fair and customer minded auto repair in Dalton, ga. I called him after hours when 4 people from out of town broke down off of 75, he said he would get them back on the road as quick as possible the next morning. He had them in the road by 9:30 a.m. and did only what was needed for them to drive safely. Mario is a kind and fair man and is an asset to our Whitfield county community! Frank you Mario. Your good name has spread to Knoxville, Tennessee as of today with new happy customers.

He stays covered up, but he is very good and affordable as well, I can see why he stays covered up, he had us in and out in a day, for some minor motor work!!! Price was really fair too!!!

I had taken my car their fir an oil change about two months ago.they had changed the oil but the filter has not been changed in a very long time.my car takes a cartridge style oil filter and when i removed it almost all of the pleats where caved in on itself.i would not recommend any one take their vehicle here.how can you not perform a service on some ones vehicle.i mean that's people's lively hood

Took my Mini Cooper for something wrong with the oil pan and he informed me Walmart did not tighten my plug in good.
