Had absolutely the best buying experience with Jeremy. Went to the competition in East Ridge and was treated like absolute garbage the day before. Jeremy got me a better interest rate than my credit union did and had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. He was extremely professional and handled the entire transaction from start to finish. I would give him 10 stars!!!! Thank you Jeremy and Kirk s Cycle!

I ride vintage motorcycles, Kirk cycle has always helped me keep my old bikes running. Tammy has lived and rode vintage bikes, and knows the thrill of these old machines. Thanks

Today I called the parts department to place an order. They confirmed it was in stock, verified my shipping address, provide clear pricing and had my order placed within a few minutes. The staff member was very helpful and clearly a professional. Thank you for the excellent service!

I have used Kirk's before. There are two things I didn't like. They couldn't balance the tire and didn't call and tell me it was ready.$45 seamed a bit much for a swap. I am thankful they did the job! Very nice place and friendly people

Great experience all around! I was in the market for three bikes. I called at least seven stores and only Kirk's had the exact three I wanted - all in stock. Jeremy was great to work with - provided straightforward pricing, sent me pictures, and had the bikes and paperwork ready when I arrived. Kirk's pricing is the most competitive compared to other shops I called and visited. I'm from Tennessee but will be making the short trip to Kirk's for our next purchase. Thanks again!

Absolutely terrible experience all in all. They fixed the issue I went in for under warranty, but they charged us 45$ to clean my 4 wheeler to work on it and it dirtier then how I left it. Also they did not re seal my snorkel kit after working on it, left my riser 180degrees from how I sent it to them and broke the tip and neglected to tell me as a customer. They had my atv for 3 weeks and I now have to fix it before I load up to go ride! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I will never take my quad here again and I recommend y all find somewhere else

I find that it is always a pleasant experience when I go to Kirk's. They are always well stocked and have fair prices. The guy at the service desk always has the information needed.

Absolute horrible customer service. Went down to check out a 2024 Honda Grom because they were the only ones that had a grom in the color I wanted. I had full intentions to purchase the grom and had the full cash amount in my hand. I arrived 30 minutes till closing and wanted to take a good look at it before I made up my mind. I called Kirks a hour earlier to let them know that I was headed that way and would be there at 2:30(they close at 3:00.) As soon as I walked through the door I was immediately pressured into signing papers without even laying eyes on the bike yet. I told them no thanks, I would rather not be rushed. I understand that it was close to closing time and everyone was ready to go home, but this would have been cash up front with no financing, and I brought my own ramp, and my own help to load it into my truck. Jeremy is the salesperson who was rushing me and giving me no time to look at the bike at all. So I left and said I will do my business else where. I called the following Tuesday and asked to talk to the owner. The guy on the phone was extremely rude and would even let me talk to the owner. So instead of letting me talk things out with the owner and trying to do business with with a family owned place, they chose to deny me the opportunity to speak with the owner, so now I m leaving this review online for everyone to see. Please just go elsewhere and deal with a better dealership. Kirks Honda is very unprofessional and very rude.

Small Town atmosphere is what I liked most bout this dealer. I've bought 2 side x sides here and returned to have both serviced. I received fast courteous service and honest deals. Will definitely do business here again...

My husband has taken his 4 wheeler there on two different occasions. That place is incredible! They are honest, and as fair priced as anywhere. They don't just put a new part on if they can and did in our case fix the problem. We drive from out of town to go there, but so worth it. Kudos to all the staff. Thank you

Today I looked over their website and found a bike I was interested in and then saw that I could reserve a test ride online (which was a relief because back in March when I called I was told customers were *not* allowed to test ride their inventory) but I decided to call instead to make sure the bike was in stock and I could test ride before I buy.I received friendly service when I called and spoke to Jeremy today. Unfortunately it didn't work out to move pass my phone call because Jeremy told me that they still do not allow customers to test ride their inventory. I suggested to Jeremy that perhaps the website needed to be update and thanked him for his time.In March, as I recall the reason for not allowing test rides was "no one wants to buy a bike with miles on it" then I asked if I buy it and it doesn't ride like I wanted it too.. what then, a 30-day return policy? and I was told "no, we don't accept returns. Most people will look online to get the details about the bike"Not allowing test rides is a different approach to selling bikes that doesn't work for me, but glad it works for a lot of others since they have such great reviews. Best regards to the staff, and thanks again for the friendly service.

Bought a new 4 wheeler here, a couple of weeks ago. We had stopped by their competitors down the street and they wouldn't give us the time of day. Walked out and drove across the street and bought a brand new one within 30 mins of being there. The owner greeted us at the door and treated us with such respect, that it made me feel confident that I had come to the right place. Took it back for service last week and was treated with respect again. Great staff, who care about there customers. They have made me a customer for life.

amazing. that's all I can say, but can't say it enough. you guys helped my son get his first bike, his first solo purchase. he was treated like an adult, like a person not just another sale and we will never forget it. I recently purchased an ATV for here and got a great price on it. I drove several hundred miles to pick it up and my sales person, Jeremy was very helpful and got me in and out quickly. After I got home I noticed some issues with the ATV but JoAnn and her staff went well above what was expected to make things right. Since my purchase I have also purchased several things from the parts department and Sandy has been extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Called on a Friday for some tires for my Yamaha R6. Went in the next day to drop the bike off to get tires. Quote was $150 less than the other 3 places I called, plus received a mail in rebate. Great experience, would drive down from Chattanooga again just to give my business!

I decided to check on a '18 450 with low expectations on getting a decent $ with a trade in. Joel got right on it and within 30 minutes I got a call back. The deal was way too sweet to pass up, I went by their shop after work and had the paperwork done and the bike loaded up in less than 20. All around great people to work with!

I ordered a set of tires for my side by side here. The tires were priced higher than anywhere else. Not to mention they charged me an hour of shop time to put them on. Why did it take that long to do when you have a tire changing machine? It was $630 to put tires on a side by side! I do not reccomend this place. I will never shop here again

Not the the type to leave reviews but after having the opportunity to talk and do business with joann to obtain my first motorcycle, I want to give 20/5 star review . Joann help me a lot she was so nice and such a wonderful person both Joann and Jeremy are such wonderful people,I 100% recommended new motorcyclist to do business with Joann and Jeremy at kirks cycle Honda .

Filled out an online request for a service visit but didn't get an answer. Typically dealerships are proud of their work and it's reflected in their prices. Previously, this shop quoted me $100 to mount a $50 tire! Obviously I went elsewhere.

We bought a bike along with an extended warranty from Kirk's in 2019, we traded that bike for a new one at Southern Honda Powersports. Called Kirk's today to get the pro-rated refund on the extended warranty..was told there would be no refund because I had to request it BEFORE I sold my bike. Called Southern Honda to get a "second opinion"...Southern Honda informed me that I am entitled to a warranty refund and was happy to apply for it with Honda for us. Kirk's Cycle has lost a customer!

I really enjoyed my experience with the great people at Kirk's cycle shop in Dalton Ga. Friendly sales people.great service.and I love my new Honda CRF 250L. Awesome little dual sport.has taken me everywhere I wanted to go. Thanks to the folks at Kirk's cycle.

I had carts change out some old tires on my Kawasaki KLR 650. They didn't waste any time.. price could have been a little bit lower but the staff is knowledgeable and genuine.

Quality service, always enjoy shopping with Kirk's. The Staff are friendly and know the products. Sandy is great about getting parts and the shop Guys are first class Noah Chase and Robert ride and understand powersports. Good People to know

Kirk's Cycle is a great place to shop for all your power sport needs! I've bought many bikes from them over the years and have always been treated great. Every time I go in there I get the help I need and the attention a customer deserves. I've always been a honda guy so it's a no brainer that I go to kirks. Great staff!
