This needs to be updated bc jokers is no longer in the mall and apparently hasn't been in years. It's located on Glenwood Ave. All I did was go get a estimate so I really don't have an opinion.

Hands down Omar is the man when it comes to audio. Treats your vehicle like his own no short cuts. I had a appointment at 11am last Friday he stayed 3 hours after they closed finishing up my ride.

Had an amp and speaker installed. they charged triple price for their low quality electronics.TOOK 6 HOURS to install an amp and sub that I brought, and charged $500!! . Wired everything up completely wrong and now I am spending double to have it fixed by a professional. They are jokers for sure.

this is the place to go for your car needs! They have a great selection of rims and tires. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the owner Omar went far beyond expectations in helping me get everything I wanted. If you need tires, rims, a new car stereo or speakers this is the place to go. I am over an hour away, but honestly I would have probably driven further. Just a great experience with some awesome people.

I was looking to upgrade my wheels for something durable, yet still stylish. Jokers audio had a huge variety to pick from. From low end to high end. I got a set of rims and wheels for a reasonable price and gotta say, they were the best in town. Glad the owner heard what I was looking for. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for wheels or audio.

Best customer service I have seen in quite some time. Omar and Nadil went above and beyond to make sure my son's truck met all our expectations as well as scheduling the work around our schedule. As the truck was pulled in for service they noticed AND FIXED a problem with a scrubbing wheel - AT NO CHARGE - which WAS NOT what we brought the truck in for. I would HIGHLY recommend Joker's Audio!!!!

This place amazing I got a 2008 yukon denali with two fosgate 15 p3 and fosgate 1200 prime amp brand new had someone install it didn't work right called this place on new years eve at 1pm they said come on I drove a hour to see they went on and behond to make sure I was satisfied great people and prices

Joker's Audio is a great example of how business should be done. Omar and his staff were fantastic to work with and beyond accommodating. I drove for an hour and a half to Dalton to have my windows tinted and it was time very well spent. If you are in the market for some car audio, rims, or tint, there is only one place around that deserves your business. I will certainly be returning to Jokers Audio in the near future. Keep up the great work Omar, you have truly set a high bar for what other shops should be striving for!

These guys are great! I had an issue getting a dash kit for my 07 accord and Omar hooked me up, not only did he overnight the part directly to me; but him and his team also helped me out with some issues that came up during my install. Definitely going back to these guys for all my audio needs

This place should be your first stop for all your wheel needs. The team was completely professional and they always went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. As an owner of a luxury vehicle I am always reserved about who to take my vehicle to for any kind of maintenance and going forward Jokers audio will be my first stop for all of my wheel needs. Lied to about price of what we were financing. I m extremely pissed off and hope no one talks to these jokers. They re terrible people and terrible at customer service. They said a $54 down payment would go toward the price we financed and it turned out to be an application fee. Their service is terrible and so is their store . Completely disgusting. Do not do business unless you want to get ripped off!!

Just want to start off by saying Omar is a great Bussinesman he know how to work with you and give you a great deal. He make the money you send worth it and helps you find something in your budget range. I highly recommended him for all your audio,light, and wheels and tires needs .

I was looking to get a set of wheels and tires to fit my 2017 Chevy Cruze but no one in Dalton had custom color wheels that color matched my car. That's what I really wanted and no one knew what I was talking about. One morning, as I was heading to work, I seen a decal on someone's car that said Jokers Audio & Custom Wheels, so I decided to google it and called them. I went by Jokers in the mall and they had everything! And when I say everything, I mean a lot of wheels and tires. I was helped by Omar who is extremely educated about wheels and tires, and he helped me pick out a perfectly color matching set of wheels and high performance tires. They look amazing! They really did a great job and I would highly recommend them for any kind of custom work done to cars or trucks.Thanks again guys, I really appreciate everything!

Called after 6:00pm, I needed 1 window tinted but tint guy had already left. My schedule was going to make it difficult to get it done any other time. Omar said bring it in we'll take care of you. They were extremely easy to work with. Had my truck back to me in 45 mins. I definitely recommend Jokers.

They have great service and reasonable prices. this is the best tire/rim shop i've ever been to and i've been to a lot . They took care of my benz pretty good and i really enjoyed their time and service . If you want the best then come to these guys and they wont let you down . They saved my life from being stuck all the way in another state that im not from and i've traveled very far . Good job guys and you guys will be seeing me again and im all the way from iowa !!! - Pee'a

I bought a car locally here in Dalton ga , I had some problems with the cd player so the car lot said we have an account with N & R radio , I went there 3 times and got no help what so ever . The car lot said just take it where ever I wanted so I chose Jokers Audio . My experience was very delightful to say the least , the sales rep Justin went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed , his expertise in stereo instalation was top notch . I got way more than I bargained for ! Opon leaving the store the owner Omar made sure every thing I was promised was on point and up to par , feels good to know there are people out there that want your business and not expect it ! I give a big kudos to Omar and his quality staff for taking care of business the right way . I will return for several products that they showed me in the future . Trust me if you have or have had problems in the past ...put your trust in Jokers Audio you won't be sorry .. Greg Stewart ..

I had an amazing experience with the Joker's Audio in Dalton ! I went in looking for two tires, and as soon as I came in they helped me and made sure i had everything I needed . They were very professional and the man that helped me understood that I was a struggling college student. Thank you so much for everything y'all did for me ! Y'all are awesome !

I came in yesterday and got a box for my subs half off. Then came in the next day and they hooked me up with a great amp for cheaper then listed, i recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a great system and they have great service.-Maverick Lynn

Bought a radio and dash install kit for my girlfriends 2002 Jeep liberty. Dash install kit fit perfectly. The radio however did not, the volume knob didnt work. I came back to jokers and they fixed it free of charge. Bunch of great, knowledgeable, and helping guys!

I called Jokers and Justin said "come on over". I was having difficulty getting someone to install flat screen TV in my semi. He was very friendly and accommodating! We were very happy to have television installed proficiently and most professionally! Thanks Justin

What in the world kind of place charges you $600 to put in a remote starter???? You all have had my daughters car since saturday and it still isnt completed.. Then when you call you cant get anyone to answer.. This is just ridiculous.. I will be telling all my friends and family not to use you all.. You are totally taking advantage of my daughter when we could go somewhere else and get better service and our car back in the same day and also not be charged the OUTRAGEOUS prices you are charging.. and at Christmas time nonetheless.. You all should be ashamed of yourselves..

Excellent Service and great selection of electronics at Joker's Audio and Wheels at Walnut Square Mall! Very pleased with their installation of my new stereo system...they even input my preset radio stations in my new system! Can HIGHLY recommend...nice guys!!

Came up on a monday to do business got there at 10am. Store opens at 9am. No one showed up till noon. I was not even spoken to. They need some employees with good service. Terrible experience and a big waste of time.

DO NOT GO HERE!! They are crooks and will give your the shaft!! Trust me take it for my experience! They sell refurbished and discontinued amps and all car electronics! Go else where to buy your sound system equipment , they are very shady !!

These guys are awesome! They have moved locations and changed names. They are now called wheel zone in Dalton, Ga. Still the same guys though! Highly recommend them.
