I bought a 2010 Kia forte. They've fixed everything I've asked them to fix. Alfonso goes above and beyond to help out with whatever needs fixing. The ladies who take my payment every week are awesome. they listen to everything and treat you like a friend. All of my family use j&d. Not to fond of their lead mechanic. He made me feel like a fool. Left in tears. Other than that , I've got great respect for these guys. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car who doesn't want to deal with hassel of a bank. They can get you approved in about 10 minutes. I would buy again from them. Just bought another car from J&D. We bought a 2013 Buick Encore. I'll miss my little red go getter but it was time for a upgrade. New guy took Alfonso's place and Destiny is gone to, but the new guy is giving all he's got. He took real good care of us.

Found the perfect Ford Expedition for reasonable payments. Very friendly staff. They go above and beyond when it comes to helping you. Even fix your vehicle and work something out for you so you can get back on the road with a safe, reliable vehicle.

I just purchased a vehicle from J&D Auto sales. I have never been so comfortable at purchasing a car. Mark and everyone was so nice. Soooo pleased with my car. If you're looking for a new ride check them out. Do they had a large selection. And they really seem to care. I will never go anywhere else. You've got a repeat customer with me.

Absolutely hands down the best used car business anywhere close. The staff's exceptional, easiest approved..I've got to reach out to see if there's anything they can do about my back passenger sliding door, it hasn't worked since we got the van..

Absolutely THE BEST lot to work with, HANDS DOWN! Second car I've gotten here, and still the same awesome experience. Great vehicles (checked out in their own on-site shop!), great deals, and a great set of folks to work with, who really CARE about their customers! 100/10 would/will recommend AND will continue doing business with!!

My stepdad took me there and I got a nissian titan 2008 from them . Throughout the time I had the truck I had to take it to have things fixed 3 times I know of and something was wrong with the window took it in and they said nothing was wrong with it, guess what there was something wrong with it. Anyways I switched jobs had never been late or missed a payment got behind 3 payments and was trying to catch it up . Was unable to because they wouldn't work with me and they reported it on my credit and didn't have to. I don't recommend buying a car from them at all. It's absolutely been the worst experience ever. Have asked several people which I wished I had done before because wat they had to say wasn't the best and it would have influenced my decision majorly

I have bought two cars from this place. When the engine on the first car blew, (not at all my fault) they replaced it with no qualms. When that engine blew, they put me in the front of the line to get it taken care of. Now I'm on my second car with them just pay the completely and totally off. I am very satisfied with J & D Auto Sales.

Visited J&D for a car and got bad customer service in return. I ve purchased from J&D before and this particular time a new salesman i ve never met by the name of Alphonso was completely unreliable. He was not able to follow through on his pitches and his overall help was very poor. Dealership was completely unorganized. I hope they can provide better service for their current and future customers because this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. God bless.

They just sent out the repossession letter yesterday on my brothers vehicle so of course I haven t gotten the letter yet. I called today to ask if we could come get my brothers stuff out because he was going to be gone until next August so we were going to do a voluntary repossession and dena advised yes we could. When I got there they had already had the car detailed and everything was thrown away because it was all garbage when I asked alfonzo about it he said at any time I can do what I want with the cars so the garbage they threw away ended up being a 200 dollar system, a birth certificate that was in the dash, lights that we re installed, Nike shoes, car detailing kit, phone aux cord and charger. Can someone please explain to me how that s garbage the respectful thing to do would have been to call me to let me know versus stealing my brothers belongings. On another note, when purchased, this car needed brakes and tires. Two months after having the car, it started over heating which we fixed because their cars are all as is no warranty . I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Honestly Mark, you might just need a new salesman rather than blaming it on the deal. I ve had wonderful customer service in the past but this time Alphonso made it clear that even when it s busy in the office, he s going to make it his business to be overwhelmed under pressure. I hope you all start hiring better for your company. Blessings sent your way.

They can put you in a car easy. The problem is the vehicle you purchase will be $4,000 or more than the vehicle is worth. Also if you get behind on your payments they will show up at your job and be rude to the people there!! The financial people in the office are very Rude and dont care to show it!! We will not be back to Jand D auto sales and will make sure no else gets a vehicle from there!!!

Always a good visit and they back everything they sale. I've got 2 trucks from there and they made all the problems right even after the warranty was up. If it was in reasonable doubt they over looked it. ie A/C leak or 4wheel drive not working. Alfonso's a straight shooter. As are all the people there.

Very honest salesman and some nice cars we paid cash for a truck...This is the 4th car we have bought from them.***Ok just a update I'm still waiting on my title for my truck that I paid cash for been about 6 months or more now when I went and asked about it was told it would cost me 8 more dollars and I would have to go to the tag office and pay to get it now I know it's only 8 dollars but I already paid car lot for the title not a happy man***

The guys are always welcome you in to office. We have always had good experience Mark , John and the ladies at J.D. We have let's people know it they need a good car go to J.D Auto to get there car.

Once again Mark,Alfonsi,Destiny have went above and beyond their calling.Had a terminal problem with my car and they fixed me up in a better car.They always look out for their customers.Great folks and great service.Totally trust them when it comes to cars.As it has been said "They are often intimidate but never duplicate".So next time you are in the market for a used car i would highly recommend them

Great folks, really want to help you find the right car at the right price, every step is explained, but without "talking down" to you, will probably buy every car I ever get again here.
